Kuwl...... MH FC 8000 EVO + 6 Plants

Harvest Finished at 10 wks
Chopped and hung, I did some leaf pickin' on the biggest one.
The 3 others were of similar size and weight but that huge LSD is 3 x as heavy.
Well it' s finished, now for the clean up.

It was a pretty good grow using Athena Pro product line.
I added in Cal-Mag and PK (I didn't see the PK working so well.)
2 plants are really bulky/chunky, they others did well too, with very little problems for me.
Easy too, cause hardly any maintenece at all. I only cleaned the tanks out once and they did not need it.
But will probably switch nutes because I think they can do better at finishing
Nov. is a way off so I'll wait til then to figure it out.

The light was a perfect fit for my room and 6 plants.
Next time I will use the sidelights earlier and will have some new ones too
and I'll have the timer I want for my UV's.
Plus 6 - 3.9 gal pots instead of 4 + 2 - 2.2g.

Had to turn on the humidirier today as the plants were not drying as they should.
Hummi just too high this time of year.
BG should be almost done but not. It's on the brink tho.
I should be able to put it in a grove bag by tomorrow.

Brought some RH control pads from Amazon, I think it was a good deal.

Cleaned all the pots an stuff plus the room needed vacuuming too.
These roots looked terrific! The others were similar but these were the best.



My guess it's the large LSD plant but could be BG both were exceptional plants.
Not sure why only one LSD did so well and the other good but not as good.
Same pots, same location (back of room) and same feed.
At this point I could smell which one is which.
BD is an obvious smell, I could not miss.
So is LSD which is more of a fuelly smell and BD smells, well, blue haha.
BG is also a dif smell more earthy to me.

Bagged White Truffles @ 22 grams wow hope it smokes good.
I knew it would be a low harvest but not that low haha.
Nice shiney crystaly buds tho.

But did not get any cola's really, small plant with sparse buds.
I got 3 more seeds so I might try again in a much larger pot.
Good thing is I got 3 more Blue God seeds!
I might pop 2 more next grow.

Thinking of taking a bike trip down to the Falls, up stream, Ito fish.
Wanting to go fo a long time so I might just do it.
Up past the rapids there is a small cove, I think they used it to dock the Coast Guard boat
or was it an Ice Breaker idk but nice place to throw in a line.

Never seen this one before, the Lion King
Hopped on my shed and slinkered down to check out the food.
Other cat took off and left the goodies to the big black cat.


Haven't seen it since.

Blue God
The results from BG were much better.
I popped the buds off the stems and bagged her today.
She was a nice plant with large buds all the way down.
Dry weight is 4.15 oz. which makes me very happy!

The other 4 plants hanging in the room will be dry enough to bag soon.
The weather is drying up here and so is my cellar room.
Turned off the hummi and turned down the fans. (76F/64%)

With a lot of relief, the MH 8000 6 pot grow is over.
Finished her up today, didn't want to wait, they were as dry as I wanted them.
No use to stretch it out for another 1% dryer.
So I clipped them and bagged them all today.
Hummi was going up again and I didn't want to fk with the humidifier.
8 days drying time.

Before I get to the pic's I want to say this grow was pretty easy for me.
I had a few hiccups but not many, I think I'm finally getting it.

MarsHydro FC 8000-EVO
The light was superb, excellent, beyond my wildest dreams!
Beyond, because it cost me less $ than the old FC4800 (480w) when this one has 800w.
Old bill = $250 New bill = $176
Granted I only used 80% of the lights total power most of the time and had it to 100% for only a wk, I think.
I guess it scared me a bit, all that power.
I'm going to krank it up to 100% for a longer period of time next grow. Only worries I have about that are seeds.
I believed my seedy problem started when I used too strong light during flower, maybe I'm wrong but will find out next grow.
It's size is impressive too. Takes up half my room and covers 6 plants easily.
The plants loved it, loved it and it showed.

Pots
Never will I use the small 2.2g pots again lol.
I'll have to buy 2 more 3.9g (x2 = $110) or jump to the bigger XL 6.6g pots (x 2 = $145 w/round air base)
Other than cleaning them out once to change the formula, from veg to flower, they were perfect.
No leaks, floods or drips.

Sidelights
I need more and they are coming out with better one's all the time.
Wish I installed them sooner tho and maybe just around 2 plants with what I had.

Results:
White Truffles = 22g
Blue God = 4.15 z
Blue Dream x 2 = 5 z
LSD x 2 = 12 z (10 z off one plant)

After all that is said and done, I still wonder why that one LSD plant produced 10 ounces, what did I do?
They all had the same feed and the same light source, but most finished at 2 ounces each, give or take. The only other exception was the blue God with 4 ounces, but that was a different strain.

That LSD plant was in the back right or left hand corner, not sure, not the center of the light like some of the others. Go figure.

I think this was my biggest harvest at 1 lb. 6 oz. I couldn’t be happier.

Turned off the reds and the side lights.

Going to chop 2 plants today and put them in the hanging net.

White Truffles and Blue god are done.
I see enough amber to satisfy me.
The WF is smallish with small tiny colas. Different than any other plant.
Maybe with the exception of that fake C99. The red one last grow.
It was a mistake that was sent to me by accident, I'm sure.
I tried to look it up on the QCS site and found what looked like my "c99" but then
the next time I tried to find it, cause I forgot the name, it was gone.
Had a flowery name I think. Anyway that plant was great smoke so I hope this one is
cause there won't be much of it.

Blue God I've never grown but looks fantastic with big colas and flowers all the way down it's stem.
Looking forward to smoking these!

We got out of the house after my wife had a angiogram and a stint put in.
She felt so good I had a hard time keeping up with that scooter.
But main thing is getting her out of the house.
Rode all the way to the Falls and around the path to the gorge trail and
that was enough and we headed home.
Took about two hours.
Seen a few fishing spots further upstream then went to the Falls and it was crowded.
They still had all the fenceing up destroying the view.
From there we just went down the path. The scooter worked good!!
Took this pic of the Balloon Ride hahaha no way would I go up in that thing.
While I was taking a pic, she was zooming along.

Wear your helmet man, We almost lost old PC yesterday, head is still achy. My son and I took a small trail and hit some rocks, I stopped dead and fell over, no big deal right? just a small fall been there dun that a thousand times but bang I hit my head like I've never hit it before, a rock in the wrong place, I heard a Bang pop and I thought i was going unconscious. I wasn't sure if I was hurt or not, bike was on me , son lifted it off me and helped me up. He says you okay? I didn't know I was confused a bit. No blood other than elbow off so shake it off and off we go, another 1/4 mile same thing down I went no head bang but knees and hip. I'm too fkin old for that.

My helmet saved my life! I've never whacked my head so hard in my life and I've whacked it a lot in sports and bike accidents, through a car window once head first and it all pales to what I did yesterday. Glad you’re OK man wow yeah you gotta be careful. I don’t go on the rocky paths too much. The path we went down was very smooth, but it can happen.

It was a hard stop, I can't get over it, like nobody can possibly know how close that was to serious brain injury other than me and it scares the shit out of me. Too close to being no more so innocently too. It wasn't a major fall just a cartoon fall over but the whack at the end of it said smarten up. I gotta go take pics of where that was. I should have been able to handle the ride but I'm shit on the bike, my balance aint what it used to be.

Curing is going well in the bags with the new 62% RH control packs.
Smoked some of the White Truffles, was a good heady smoke that needs a little more cure time.
Cleaned em up a bit for the pic.
They all look really good but for a couple of random immature seeds found in the LSD.
Just in the nick of time cause I'm running real low on smoke..
Basically down to some C99 and some seedy Fruity OG and whatever else is already broke down in the jars I have.

Went fishin' with wifey down to the Niagara River down near the Falls right before the rapids.
We used to fish there long ago. Caught small Rock Bass, Sucker fish and Sheephead there.
Mostly Rock Bass or small mouth Bass, tho .
Something fun to do with no car yet and it gets boring around the house.
Nice day for fishing. Sunny but a bit too hot at 90 degrees F.
Didn't stay to long and went cruising up stream towards the Falls.

Still thinking on what to use for my next grow as far as nutes go.
Right now I'm looking at the General Hydroponic's stuff.
I'm going to dive deeper into that and see how complex or easy it is to use with the Auto Pots.
Another thing I'm thinking on is 4 or 6 pots?
Not sure at the moment. If I decide on 6, I have to buy 2 more 3.9g or 2 of the XL 6.6g pots.

The pot garden is coming along pretty good, even got some small tomatoes growin'.

It's so nice to read about good times like this. Awesome that your wife is feeling so good. It has to be miserable when you aren't getting the blood and oxygen circulated and at the levels we're built for.

I have a fear of heights, but have enjoyed the rush out some things I've made myself do way up in the above the ground. I'd be nervous, but bet I'd end up loving a balloon ride. The views have to be wonderful.

This is about as gnarly as I want to go haha.
The Gorge Trail is pretty rough with a lot of med to small rocks that can take you out in a sec.
I take it slow, no hot doggin' for me.
But the bike did great and traversed the rocky steep trail pretty good with no problems
going down or coming back up. The trail gets very steep 40 degree angle at times with a few
twists and turns thrown in. It's the clift to the right going down that terrifies me.
That drops down to the gorge below, maybe 200-300 ft drop off.
You start skidding and you're in big trouble.

We are hitting the Royal gorge Area when they release the dams this year. Hitting the upper and lower gully River rafting

I'm a softy, I guess
2 small azz kittens hanging out in the alley.
I snatched them up before an alley cat or dog did anything.
So now I got to get them a home or keep them.
They running around the house now!
Hissin but no spittin' and only tail waggin' from Sky.
Wifey not feeling good today because of new meds.
She's not sure what to do either.
They are tooo small but the neighbor said he feeds them kibble and
I seen the mother, she comes to my backdoor for food or water.
So I think they are 5-8 wks old.

Panda's almost there but Shady is a hard ass.
They have not found the Catio yet haha but they are climbers.
So it's Bella and Cissy joining our crew.
I got 3 kitty litters and they been usiing them so that's a relief.


Fleas are the battle now. They got them pretty good. So we sprayed them with Adams today and it killed most so another spray is in order.
Plus I got that earth stuff from my grow that kills em too. On the rug it went.
Ordered some powder too, Too young and light for any other flea meds. Most say 2 lbs. and up.
In2 weeks they can get drops if they still have them.
Ghost gets Capstan ground up in her food haha.
The others get drops.

Most of the weed is cured enought to smoke so far I'm liken White Truffles but wouldn't you know that's the one I only got 22 grams from.
Blue god is also ready but haven't had time to grind some up.
Got Blue dream ready for tonight.

It's gorgeous out there. Yeah, that bridge is up there. Seems like I recently saw where they have some path you can cross the gorge on underneath the road. I don't recall that from past trips, but maybe I just overlooked it. I haven't been in a while. Might be time to plan a Fall trip.

The Gauley is a beast of a river. The New has some crazy stretches, too. When I was younger, I had some buddies that were into whitewater kayaking. They'd camp and hit some of the tough stretches. Way out of my league.

Yeah it was sick af when we hit it, level 5 shit. I brought some homemade chocolates i was gonna space out over the day but they started melting before we even went off so i just ate all of them at once.... Crazy experience, high af and the front man on the raft. We just did the lower gauley that time, this time we are doing upper and lower all in one day... Fuck! Going to be fun but it ain't no cake walk, takes a lot out of you avoiding rocks and death and shit lol

They tell you again and again you can easily not make it if you aren't listening to your guide, our guide was cool AF, we did keep everyone in the raft the whole trip, most weren't so lucky.

I tell people this was the biggest adrenaline rush in my life, highly highly recommend to any thrill seekers, hit the river on dam release season

Yeah we went on that lower road, it's pretty cool, there is an OG bridge at the bottom that was the only way before that big mofo went up

man what a time, there are so many photos weren't it doesn't even look like we have a raft lol
and those rocks will eat you alive if you fall out... no joke

they tell you the biggest danger is that the rocks aren't solid underneath, water flows through most of them, therefore if you aren't listening to what side of the river to go to if you fall out at every turn from the guide you prolly won't make it... cause you might think the rocks will save you but the current under the rocks will pull your legs in through the cracks and you will never get out

My 3 boys missed us bad, Qnight lost weight and Coal gained weight over just 5 days, Dusky was scared of us at first and was skipping away from me. Coal always comes to bed at night with me but not last night and I could see his down turned face, He was mad at us I think, They are much better today and it seems they are now happy its back to normal.
My son looked after them fine but it wasn't the same routine and each of them get a piece of me every day and without that they were lost, a lot of meowing I heard from my son. poor boys just didn't understand.

I have them out on a clothes line now with 15 ft leads, they love it on the grass.

Smokin' the recent harvest, all good but for a few random seeds here and there.
Still love the LSD and the Blue Dream but Blue god is not burning to well, might need more time.

yep, belt broke today, half way done, had to break out my self propel lawn mower to finish.
Ordered the belt and dropped the mower deck.
Not to bad if I can remember how to put it back together when I get the part, tomorrow!
I strung the broken one on just to make sure how it goes.


Took a couple of pellet guns out for practice.
Had to shoot left handed cause can't see worth a dam out of my right eye.
From 10 yards out, I did ok, going to back it up more when I bring out the 25 cal.
I got the target at the Goodwill, it's a police training target.
I also got another bunch with a burgalar as a target.
I can kill !!

Trying my best to type this when who comes up to pester me and won't take no for an answer?

Last of the White Truffles today.
Only 22g's so it went pretty quick as it's really good smoke.
Super Hard buds that I have to put some force into to break them up.
Pretty buds too, kinda whitish in color and smallish too but great to smoke.

for some reason the camera does not catch the true color tho.

I been using this pipe, it's perfect size does the job!

The other smoke I grew turned out really good.
LSD Still only of my fav's and glad I have a lot of it.
Blue Dream also good, this time finished nicely,
I grew it one time before with not good results and did not want that headache again.
But I liked the smoke, so figured I would give it another go.
Much better this time.
Blue God was new to me and did not disapoint but does not burn well for some reason.

Not sure when my next grow is going to be.
Without a car is very hard on wifey and me and expensive too.
Looks like next fall for me unless something breaks (Like we get the settlement $ Lawyer said another year)

5 Cats and a Dog is alot!!
They are aclimating nicely and getting along with the dog, Sky.
They are the only ones not afraid of her.
Probably cause they are so young, never had a bad experience with one.
I got this young female tabby cat that hangs around this area along with 2 more babies (cow cats)
I call her buddy (didn't know ti was a female then) and she will let me pick her up.
Not the kitten cow cats tho, they get close when I feed them but are skittish.
I feel like scooping them up and taking them in before winter hits.
I know.....too many already.
Wifey says, make a cat door so they can come into the pantry in the cold.
This pantry is off our kitchen and is a small room maybe 4x12 feet.
That's buddy the twin tabbies are looking at.
Her and the two cow kittens play in that empty yard next door to us.

Well I was bored and thought I would put out some stuff.
See ya's later and man that was a load of cool seeds from the contest.
Looking forward to growing them for sure.

I'm glad the pipe works for you, I gotta get at making some more. I have an Idea of using acrylic pen blanks as stems and mouth pieces. I have a heat gun I maybe able to give them slight bends if I can copy what the youtube videos I've watched have shown me.

Ya the bubble bags I've had for maybe 5 years and only used them twice before. I'm think dry sifting may be an easier method to obtain hash. Washing it is easy but I just had to buy a mini fridge with a freezer to get the drying parameters of 54-54f and 30-35%.....like where can a person get those numbers? even air cons only go down to about 60f and 35%?? where but Vegas can I get that.

I found a new mini fridge with freezer at Walmart $99 in store deal marked down from $179. so I thought it a deal...I just plugged it in and the freezer plate has frosted up, so she's working...that's a bonus.

The food is getting tough and eventually will go to kibble. I get 9 lives 13 oz cans for $1.50 a can and buy by the case of 12 at a time from $ store, 3 cases per month.
The inside cats get Special kitty 5.5 oz cans of pete from Walmart @ $.57 a can and I buy bout 36 cans for the month. Then there is the kibble.
I get 1 bag of Purina Cat Chow Naturals, hairball control 13lb bag @ $16.99 and 1 bag of 9 lives 20lb @ $18.96 from Amazon for 2 months or more.
And I just spent about $150 for flea meds.
I'm def going to take the outside cats off soft food to only kibble. (My daughter lives next to us said she saw a tiny kitten in our yard, oh my another litter)
I dunno bout any more additions to our cat population tho hahaha. I did try to pick one of the cow kittens up yesterday and paid the price. It raked
my hands pretty good. Once they are that far gone it's tough. Our Ghost is still not huminized yet and runs when I approach most of the time. Other
times it just stares me down with those evil eyes. No more feral kitties for me.
As Cissy lays on my desk while I am typing and purrs. I'm hooked on cats lol.

A 4th cat like Coal or Qnight would be just food and basics but another Dusky and we'd be broke......but he's our favorite little guy, hes timid as heck but hes just a little sweety, he gets picked on by both other cats hes just small and they push him around. If hes sleeping they'll go wake him up, he has to go up high so Coal can get to him, fatty can't jump like the little guy. They're all buddies but at times they get bored and go after him

Yep I forgot about the vet expense to get the twins spayed n checked n the shots, it all adds up. Thank fully I got bout 6 months before that expense kicks in. Just got a note from the vet for Sky’s distemper shot n check up $$$$

My son came out for the weekend and we went for a ride on our bikes. everything went fine until I tried to go up a steep gravel/rock road. I lost my forward momentum and over I went. I fell over with my thumb still pressing the power so the rear wheel spun around then flipped over top of me as I went with it over the bar and smacked my shoulder and ..again same spot I whacked my head hard. Not as hard as the last time but it dented my helmet more. I'm fine, sore shoulder but heads okay...again.....I think...My wifes going to ban me from riding. I've fallen off almost every time I've got on it...I should trade for a dirt bike, more power when needed, just noisy. My son says he'll buy it off me...thinking hard on that offer.
