yeah, i agree with both of you guys.
i'm still a relative newb at this with only a few harvests so still on the long uphill learning curve.
personally, i hate this time of the grow.
do i cut, do i wait, i should chop, i should give it a week, etc,etc
under the different light, ie, led ,sunlight, darker room with a usb cam, the trichomes always look different to me.
what light should i be using to see better?
and surprisingly enough the 2 buds i already dried with no cure seem to be good. according to the 2 people i gave them to as a test.

I prefer to cut earlier than most but 8 weeks is early IMO.
Let them go to 9-10.
I like the paranoid energetic buzz.
Have no problem sleeping at all..

I don't recall seeing this asked before. As a guess, I'd say white light. I look at mine using LED light, or sunlight if they're grown under the sun.

It seems when to harvest is often a matter of opinion or personal taste. Some people like them to be mostly cloudy, while some like plenty of amber. I look for some amber (about 10 to 20%) and very few clear. I'm sure I harvested too soon a few years ago, but the weed was good anyway.
