I had a 4" MBRP exhaust on my Cummins when I had that.
I (of course) at 17 didn't follow the directions on install and installed it without the muffler or resonator and had it come out like yours.
Shit was so ungodly loud I couldnt even hear the radio...

Install was fine, lasted as long as I had the truck.
I just took all the stuff that made it quiet out of it, so it was super loud.
