Chop day for the Sirius Black and maybe 1 of the Zamal Dreams.
Weather is changing this week for the cooler with predicted 'showers'.

I'll chop her later today in the sun when she is dryer and then put her in the cannatrol for the week.
After that I will jar her.

You'd be welcome here anytime and especially at trim time.
I have a small trim bowl but not the heart to use it on all buds.
Only used it once and think it is for smaller buds, certainly not my babies~!
The Mrs. does not partake so she does not help.
I am tunning my art at getting the plant to defol itself at whatever speed from 4 weeks in flower sometimes.
Less is more in proper conditions. Last couple grows I only had sugar leaves with very few fan blades even left at chop.
Speaking of which I did a thing in the room~!
I fed pretty heavy last week to help with being lite and never realized that the plants in the room have not received any calcium at all~!
My Peters calcium always gets all wet so I must have chucked it and spaced it.
Spaced it until this week where so many leaves looked burnt and splotched and my mind started to spin.
Almost started a thread about over feeding and deficiencies and then it hit me.
Look for calcium and had none and think I may have realized intime for some recovery.
Found Fox Farms Cultivation Nation for a good price.
I almost fell over when I saw 2lbs of beastie bloomz was almost half of what I paid for 15lbs just last year~!

^So while I did mention yellow leaves none had any indication like this.^
I think my strong feeding brought it out faster and strong.
Whole room got fed 1 normal dose of 15ml per gallon of the cultivation nation cal/mag.
5 gallons mixed and fed with dose of Beastie Blooms.

Should be a very good harvest and one that will not drag out.
Bumbling and fumbling but pretty pleased all in all.
Time to start thinking about next grow.
I got a pretty large selection and a regular grow that needs to be done.
This next grow is the best of times in the room with the winter grow being next best.
Really pleased how I pushed through summer and all.
I think if I look back I was exactly in the same place this time last year~!
Not sure how I could be so dead on but I really think 1 year ago the room was week 4, 5 or 6 in flower~!
Talladega was fun to watch yesterday so I expect better today~!

It grows, I just water maybe 1x a week.
The Bluemats are a no brainer for anyone growing more than a few plants.
They really are an incredible product IME.
I can drought one plant and saturate the one right next to it and still never do more than look in during the week.
The fact they only water when the plant demands it by the proper settings makes it such a luxury when growing multiple strains.

Chopped the Sirius Black yesterday, tossed her in the cannatrol and then attempted to trim her up this morning.
An incredibly sticky plant that required all 3 pairs of scissors and alchol to clean them several times.
Almost switched out gloves at the half way point as they were just too sticky to function properly.
I powered through without changing but what a PIA~!
I reset the dry cycle when I added everything back and will install the sponge with water tomorrow.


There's always one picture that has to get sideways~!

Less than half that price direct from Cannatrol guy who is in Vermont [ NYs neighbor].
Stoney has been working with Moe on making one and seems to be doing well.
I have a 25 square foot dead side by side fridge waiting to be customized when we think we have it figured out~!
I think I will need to take mine apart a little to really see what it is doing.
I would have thought its performance would be impaired by its location but it never budged all summer in my shop where it easily got into the 90s.
I guess I could order or make more trays so I could have probably fit one more plant?
They say 2.25 wet pounds is max no matter how many shelves.
Adding shelves DOES NOT increase the total capacity of the unit, 2.25 pounds of wet flower maximum at a time!

Just back and room survived~!
I had 2 plants not adjusted correct that are a little dry.
All looks ok otherwise.
Now to get these plants finished up.
Glad to be back~!

Chopped plant Saturday night [8 days ago]
Trimmed and started it in cannatrol on Sunday.
Went away on Tuesday and just came back to basically properly dried herb.
Sampling the Serious Black and plan on jarring it tomorrow.

The outdoor season is officially over or very near here in mid state NY.
We had one of the best Septembers that I can remember in a long time.
Hope we don't have to pay for it this Winter.
44f and raining here today.

I would like to have the room chopped by November which would be week 8 but we will have to see.
I need to start thinking of next grow besides the 4 clones that will be monsters~!

I was heavy on finishers and lite on the big 3 or off ratio at least.
Room came out dry at 3 1/2lbs.
Just started smoking some of it and really liking the Luv Shack trop cherry and Ethos Cherry.
The outdoor Sirius Black I could not resist so long and really like a lot.
Going to start the last 2 SB seeds very soon for next grow.

I dried hanging in the room.
I am not sure how I did not really finish this thread besides work schedule was crazy probably.
That and you know ' slacker'.
Here's the new thread 4 weeks in flower now with CO2.

So it is time to start another grow thread. Starting to pop seeds today and getting the room ready for it all. Hopefully growing; 3 Frozen Black Cherry [ FBC] from @B2ACG 3 High Mars [HM] from B2ACG 3 Oregon Grapes [OG] from Capt. Redbeard. I also have 4 clones of Tropicana Cherry from Stoneys...
