Yeah males typically have a bit more vogor IME keep an eye on the this if you ever grow regsHe was the strongest of the 4 photos. In my tent though, u start showing ur balls,is coming for u lol!
Wish you all the best brother! It will be a nice crop!I have one other thread that has documented my current setup w tons of help from the community. Decided I'm pretty much done with that phase(still could use pointers though, like a LOT!) I immensely appreciate all that participated in helping me get this far!
My setupis a 5x5 ACI tent, 4 13gal rdwc sites, mammoth mint 8 led, 4 S2 6" fans, 6" charcoal inline exhaust, a T7 humidifier, and a 69+pro controller along w essential pens. Currently using 8" nets w straight hydroton but will switch to 4" after this grow. The hydro system is the PA hydro fallponics system customized for the space in my bedroom. Also includes a 55gal drum fed by 5 stage ISpring RO system. I also squeezed in a 7gal dwc.
In the DWC I have a freeb auto pine that stretched on 1/8. She's been mishandled her whole life but couldn't toss her, at least not yet. In the rdwc I have 4 photo white widows(thanks to the VG) that sprouted from the 1/13 through1-15. All of them went in the tent by the 20th.
Been keeping temps around 80, RH around 70%, PH between 5.7-6.1, and 130 ppm for the baby's, 340 for the flowering auto.

Thank you kind sir! If I come out w some decent smoke at the end, I'll b happyWish you all the best brother! It will be a nice crop!
You will have my friend! It a co evolution process, we are responsible for giving love, and they will take care of you. Trust me I almost killed 3 autos 6 weeks in a row overfeeding then, but I did with love, they gave 350 GR dryweight. Let's hope for the best and get prepared for the worstThank you kind sir! If I come out w some decent smoke at the end, I'll b happy![]()

I was hoping I wasn't rightThose are balls.
Pinch them off and give the plant a good look over.
Spray them with water before you pick them so they can't dust anything.
They look young and I think you are ahead of the ball [pun intended].
I would not chuck it unless it went wild and was out of control.I was hoping I wasn't rightI'm gonna try ur suggestion instead of throwing another plant in the bin. Damn I hate balls way more than I have previously! disgusting!
Its like coach said, take 2 then hit it where they ain'tI was hoping I wasn't rightI'm gonna try ur suggestion instead of throwing another plant in the bin. Damn I hate balls way more than I have previously! disgusting!

Burn pitHello all! I may have been finding more balls. They seem a little diff than what I saw before, like they don't seem to be attached directly to the stem areas. Was hoping they were just future bud sites, probably just wishful thinking. View attachment 91483View attachment 91484View attachment 91485
The herm plant is a good 8-10 inches above the rest. It was the first to sprout by 2-3 days b4 the rest

Also, I thought I read I can use king crab along w hydroguard but waiting to get confirmation b4 I start using it. Thanks for looking!
Kind of thought soBurn pit
Genetics is probably the biggest influencer to the hermi trait followed by stress. I’d guess in your case it was the genetics. You invested quite a bit in equipment. Not sure where you sourced your seeds but using seeds from reputable breeders is just as important.Kind of thought soAfter tmrw, I'll have 3 sites open
Probably 4 cuz what's the point in having a 50 gal rdwc with 1 plant. Looks like I'm about to start over cuz of dumb nanners, oh well
Shit happens

I am a newb, but I check ph, ppm, temp, humidity, and water levels daily. I control my light height and strength by watching how the leaves react. I saw little to no stress in those plants, leaving me and others to believe it was the seeds. I dunno, one plant was straight male. The herm was growing like a male, super thick stalk, way taller, and the nodes got further and further apart. The third(2nd herm) started growing like this as well recently. The 4th photo seems to be ok THUS FAR! lol chop, chop, chop!Genetics is probably the biggest influencer to the hermi trait followed by stress. I’d guess in your case it was the genetics. Yes, bad genetics can and do carry hermaphrodite traits. From everything stated, this indeed does appear to be the case.I am a newb, but I check ph, ppm, temp, humidity, and water levels daily. Lots of options like these and plenty of DIY options out there also.Yes, bad genetics can and do carry hermaphrodite traits. From everything stated, this indeed does appear to be the case.
My question for you and the rest of the team here is - "How do we safely send clones through the mail?" Safe as in get to their destination safe and sound and without damage.
The reason for my question is I am firing up my cloner today. I already have an order from a local grower for 4 each of the following strains:
Gorilla Road Kill - "Skunk Really Works" - 70 day flower time
Dante's Inferno Tester Seeds - "GPS" - 63 day flower time
LemonGrass - "Humboldt Seed Company" - 50 day flower time
Anyway, for the cost of postage and whatever supplies are needed to ship safely, I will clone some extras to help a fellow grower in need.
I tried a few methods. A lot depends on the size of the clone.Yes, bad genetics can and do carry hermaphrodite traits. From everything stated, this indeed does appear to be the case.

I have not yet purchased a 3-d printer. It's on the wish list, but not at the top.I tried a few methods. A lot depends on the size of the clone.
I tried the led style but don’t think it’s necessary. Now I just 3D print a box that fits in the usps box nicely. The problem is keeping the water down in the root area with aero clones. No media to hold water for the trip like with rapid rooters or similar.
I can share files with you if you have access to a printer.
They also sell green plastic shippers cheap that’s what most vendors use.
Wow man!! I dunno how to even begin with expressing my gratitude towards you but saying, you rock!! This whole community has been nothing but extremely helpful!!Yes, bad genetics can and do carry hermaphrodite traits. From everything stated, this indeed does appear to be the case.

I like that method. Since I don't drink soda very often, I will have to see what I can dig up from those who do at work. I can also see if my stepsons can bring their bottles home.Plastic pop bottles work. Just cut in half , put some damp paper towel in the bottom and place the clone inside the paper towel. Poke toothpicks through the bottle and rapidly rooter to hold it in place and then place the top back on and tape it. You can also poke a couple small holes in the top of the bottle if you like.
Thats about the cheapest i can think of

Best community on the planet man. It truly isWow man!! I dunno how to even begin with expressing my gratitude towards you but saying, you rock!! This whole community has been nothing but extremely helpful!!
Here's a picture of all 3 strains in the same tent. 3 each from left to right: Gorilla Roadkill, Dante's Inferno, LemonGrass. I don't know why they wouldn't be able to share the same space in a hydro system. They all have done fine so far in soil. The picture is recent from only a few days ago.@MiGrampa I know nothing of these strains, they all sound wonderful. Do you have a preference on one? Are there 2 that are compatible with each other in the same tent?
