Newbs 1st grow! Complete failure or a "by the skin of my teeth" documentary 🤔🫣

Yeah, I'm leaning into light leaks. I let my neighbor and her daughter to take my bed for a weekend. it was -20 or more at night and the parent neglected keeping up w the bills, so no heat or electricity. So I'm pretty good at not having lights on in my bedroom after the tent light goes off. Pretty sure when they stayed, they were not vigilant about no lights going on in the room after tent light went out.

I'd still verify it. It only takes a moment to turn off the lights using your timer so it mimics lights off and then sit inside the tent with it completely zipped up. Have the bedroom lights on when you're doing that.

If it was related to company, they must have been looking inside the tent with the lights on. Good tents don't allow outside light in if you use them right.

No indicator lights on your light fixture? If not, great!

I went to an on/off timer with mine because using a light controller, my green led indicator that tells me what watt level I have the light set at would remain on after lights off.

Funny you said it may not be what I hoped for lol Turns out this one getting chopped also is a herm lol FML!!! I'm leaning more towards my environment caused all of the herms and the male. But yeah, the education has been well worth the dismall results Still gonna dry and cure the buds. The tops are bean free, just the mid-lower sites have them nasty bees. Currently I am wet trimming and throwing those in a hanging basket. Fudge this is a LOT of work!

It goes better cutting it all up if you are smoking some of last harvest. I also recommend rush or AC/DC.

What brand tent do you have? I'm using an AC Infinity 5 x 5 for this run. It's material is heavier. The poles are heavier. It's zipper is better ... No pinhole leaks. The little bit extra for a top of the line tent was money well spent. I haven't replaced a tent since then.

Yep, there was always some cleaning to do b4 smoking, some more intensive than others. I used to know someone that didn't clean out the stems OR SEEDS! I would never hit off something they packed lol

Eagles is more 70's, 80's and so on. It's one of my favorite bands of all time! Since we're talking bands ... don't forget Steve Miller Band.

So you will end up drying for somewhere around a week. Then move them to cure you got that figured out? I use 2.5 gallon anchor hocking glass jars with humidity packs. Mason jars also work well. Some folks use grove bags. There are other methods too but typically cure takes about a month to make the bud smoke smooth. That your plan to use this all as flower to smoke?

Make sure to set a little aside for your next harvest. An offering to the cannabis gods.

I have 2 3x3 A/C Infinity, quality zip sound and feel. I have a 450 w Philzon I have to fully dim, turnoff unit, turn back on philzon then off to discharge the wattage totally, wierd huh?

Mason jars w hygrometers is what I'm gonna do w boveda. Ended up using the drying basket in the new tent. My friend has a press? to hopefully make some oil of the shit I'm trimming. Just sucks that this plant turned out herming as well, I gotta figure that shit out on the next grow. I think if the clones come in healthy I'll get some mothers going and start trying a perpetual grow. This last grow has been nothing but showing balls... I fucked up somewhere I guess. The tops seem to be seedless, but fuck! it all should be w/out seeds!!
