That kippered herring or whatever you call it was loved by my dad. I wouldn't touch the stuff then, but German or Swedish herring with sour cream and onions is OK. We made a mac n cheese last night. Tons of work being done.

I love canned fish, lol. My wife has a super sniffer and can't stand when I open a can. For sardines in olive oil, I like to hit them with a splash of apple cider vinegar and sprinkle on some salt.
