Lol
Just playin/interacting with y'@ll
What I got going on right now, worked a lkttle but boss said take the day cause lightning
It stopped and now I wanna go back to work, but can't.
So I spent a few hours cleaning, resetting the room, organizing, now I'm just chilling and relaxing, ready to bust ass tomorrow.
I was willing to work in the pouring ass rain and lightning, but working with metal and the carts can't take it, it's a risk, it's a fine line to walk, the balance, I was willing to work in the pouring rain, get soaked, but also understand the risk....so he called it.
Shits gotta get done.
Digging dirt out around a cement drain trough in one spot around the course.
Gotta clean it out and the move the dirt away.
Weather/risk stopped us.
I got the cart (utility work vehicle around the same form factor of a golf caddy) , 5 5 gears, manual, a "jacobsen" stuck yesterday, it was a obvious/common sense/stupid mistake and knew it was gonna happen, but I pushed it lol, listened to the other dumbass and moved a foot back too far, then the brakes and e-brake didn't stop it rolling back, lol.
Boss handled it well, he was cool about it, wasted only 10 minutes of his time tho, thank fuck.
He wasn't sure if his vic would pull it, but I knew it could, but I ain't gonna say that, nor am I gonna blame the other dude in the situation, I knew better. My responsibility, my call to listen.
We tried to get it out and couldn't, so then I had to call Boss and say, " I fucked up, need you to pull the cart out", lol.
I swear, it sounded like he said "well that was faster than expected" before we hung up lololol.
Oooof.
I was trying to make the job easier on us but haste, made waste in that scenario, too steep of a incline and just rolled back into the soft mud and then stuck, lmfao, I knew it too, I was fine if I didn't go back that last 2 feet or so, though, lol.
Fine line.
