i started the free ten day trial tonight.. so far i like it. quick to ffw through commercials, picture quality actually looks better than Dtv. and has unlimited dvr. i added the 4K package and that includes unlimited devices versus the standard three it's a 60 days free trial anyway. a couple channels i like aren't in it though... reelz and A&E.

but for the price i'm pretty sure i'll deal with it. i'll just download those shows from torrents.

I’ve never paid for tv. Rarely watched it but would hook it up myself. Ladder and coax. 🤣

Once computers could DL a movie in under a day I started collecting them. Seems a lot of IT people get into collecting movies. I’d share them with fam and friends. Burn them or USB.

Haven’t had internet in a few years but one of my nephews drops off a HDD a few times a year to keep us up to date. Others I stream off my wife’s iPhone with Netflix/Prime. Eats data bad so used sparingly.

Installed Tubi but only had a peek so far.

We got it, it would just rain or get sunny over the next 48hrs. Made it damp and chill. At least snow helps keep it warm inside.

I hear it’s going to be a bad winter this year. If that makes you feel any better. 🤷‍♂️🤣

It does get bad. Corner lot and we have wrap around sidewalks inside the fence. Double the work.

It got bad enough I bought a Sears 28” snow thrower to clear the driveway. Before that I had 31” tires on the Jeep. Just drive out. 🤣

You know my dad and mom live in two northern locations. Both have long driveways. At least I don’t have to do them anymore.

The boys shared some of their harvest this week. Nice of them. Outdoor weed but looked after well. One smells nice but taste is meh. The other is a sour cheesy smell I don’t like but they both have a good buzz. The first must be Indica as I got body high and tired after a while. 🤔

just finished watching a new romcom show, Nobody Wants This, or something. I don't watch a lot of new shows and thought it was pretty funny. I like kristen bell

Just got back to the East Coast today! it's truly a different world than where we were in Cali.

Got some good pictures for you @CannaGranny !
And a prize I want to donate for the next POTM winner that seems fitting.
Came back to two very health plants :)

Too many pics to pic from, but we hit up Yosemite and Sequoia park and Santa Barbara.
Me and my wife had a great time! we loved sequoia park, it's crazy how big they get and how the fire is needed to drop the seeds, continue the cycle..

Chopped the last plant today. Sour D is ready for a bowl trim and then into Grove Bags. Probably 9-10 days for Jet Fuel to dry. That’ll be it for my first ever grow :)

Funny: I was wet trimming Jet Fuel over a tote and putting the trimmed buds into second tote. I was listening to The Velvet Underground and got into a pretty good groove, or so I thought. At some point I switched totes and was trimming over the already trimmed buds and dropping trimmed buds in the waste tote.

Butter Waves made me do it.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I had a bit of a setback this week, but I’m still ploughing through. I guess I just got too wild with it. Today is the first time I have drove since this started, I was pretty pleased with myself. Having to learn to drive right handed, that’s a little different. I have drove so many standards that I have always driven left handed.
Hope you get on the mend quick!

I’ve broken the seat in a mustang and Jeep, both the side of the stick shift. Not sure if aggressive clutch or stick work. 🤔🤣

Once I got married I stopped buying standard cars out of respect for my wife. She doesn’t like it. Since then no more broken seats. 👍

Glad to hear you’re mending. But it sounds worse than you let on. Not being able to use your arm to drive is pretty bad. 😞

Well, it was getting better and last week I had it in my mind and thought I could do what I wanted and make it work. Well it doesn’t work that way apparently. The physical therapy is hell. Good thing is the pain lays down after about twenty minutes. After a major large joint has completely froze, all the muscles, tendons and ligaments contract. This means they shorten. Stretching them back out I guess takes time. It’s crazy stuff too. Latching a seatbelt, allowing the arm to move in a circular motion on the steering wheel.

We went to a winery where the lady poured our wine into the spittoon sitting on our table...it was 4:45 PM so someone may have been tired. Glad you had a good grow.

Santa Barbara area also has some good Pinot Noir wineries like in the movie Sideways. Redwoods really impressive.....thanks for sharing.
