Thanks in advance for your help,These are banana cream Sunday from Atlas seeds. They are 75 days since germination n are in the 5th week of flower. I am a newer grower n have grown 3 plants to maturity. I have so much to learn n I am having trouble with my grow. Everything has been going smoothly I noticed my leaves were starting to turn different colors.I have no clue I've googled everything. I'm not sure if it's the best problem I checked and looked with the microscope and didn't see any bugs or eggs or if it's some type of nutrient deficiency but if anyone could help me out I truly would appreciate it!

My guess
Taken from https://drcannabis.io/symptoms
I’m with steamroller, if you’re truly in week 5 those girls should be getting a bloom feeding (something with more P and K and less N) judging by how dark your leaves are it seems like your still feeding something heavy in nitrogen which is more for the veg state.

Other that that they look good maybe start taking a few of those giant fan leaves out a little at a time.

Ok I appreciate all ur help I thought I was cutting back my nitrogen I have been giving 1/2 -1/4 general hydroponics nova bloom last 2 weeks n was planning on cutting it out it seems like it's very heavy and nitrogen even though it's for bloom. Next week will be week 6 any suggestions on what I can use to feed to help

Are you using FloraNova?

Sorry I just got off of work wasn't able to respond yeah I use General Hydroponics floranova bloom, liquid cool bloom,n calimag ever other watering I use two and a half gallons of water pH that around 6.4 my tap water reads around 9.3 so I use pH down as well. Last week when I watered I used 10 mL of floranova bloom 4.5 ml of Calimagic and 3.5 of liquid cool bloom

You probably don’t need calmag every other watering. Too much calcium can cause a nutrient lockout.

That said, week 5-6 leaves will start discoloring and turning as the plants start using up stored nutrients. As long as you keep using the recommended nutrients and aren’t letting your plants soil dry out, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

I think the cal/mag dose depends on the plants needs so each one will be a little different. The cultivars I currently have in mother all like a lot of cal/mag. I feed cal/mag at every feeding. In seedling/early veg I go half strength. A week or more before flip I'll up the the cal/mag to full strength and do a 50/50 of Grow and Bloom. After week 2 of flip I'll go with Bloom only. Week 7 I'll do another 50/50 blend for a couple of feedings then back to bloom only. I also cut cal/mag back to half dose.

Yeah I was kind of lite on the nutrients this run. My last plant I did last month had some super dark leaves on it. So perhaps being lite on my nutrients I was a little too lite. But like I said I am still new to this. I know it's important to be able to read your plants and know what's going on with it and I just lack the experience and knowledge! It was a good veg cycle n the last 5 weeks of flower have been great. And then I seen my plants the leaves were going to s***.

Dark as in...purple and black...or dark green? Dark green can be a sign of too much N which I think you were saying you felt like you had.

Throw up a picture of your last one in here if ya got one handy

I see P K issue, i don't see 5 weeks, how do you figure the 5 weeks ?

What strength were you feeding them? I never go more than 1/2 strength with FloraNova. I go by PPM so I never go as high as 1200 ppm in the water.

Yeah that is one thing I don't check is PPM I probably should. I just started getting into ph ing my water cuz my tap water is around 9ph and using a around half the dosage says on the bottles. I don't know maybe I need to find another nutrient line do you like the General hydroponics nutrient line

I'm using it in soil currently, it's pretty simple but I'm also following what they call the "Lucas method". Essentially it uses the gh trio grow, micro, and bloom...but you never use the grow....just the micro and bloom from start to finish....someone figured it out and it just works for cannabis pretty good.

They even have a Lucas formula calculator you can Google that'll tell ya your dosages per liter or gallon...you can edit all the parameters.

I have good luck with it now but it took a while of trial and error as it's mostly used in coco or hydro....I didn't this past grow but next grow I'm planning on running it up to 100% strength....didn't seem to burn the plants in my previous grow I just tried other shit this time.

These are the two that I use. I think they're both too high in nitrogen. I've backed off the dosage by half this run and my leaves are still getting very dark. But now it's showing other signs of deficiencies. I guess this is how you learn though. I seen that at the store I was wondering about the three part you are using. I think there's a lot of stuff in your micros bottle that the two I'm using don't have. I'll have to try that.

PHing is a big deal. Any reading over a 7 could very well cause a lock out. Many say that soil is forgiving and they’ve no need to PH. I can tell you from experience that is not necessarily true.
If you are experiencing a lock out, the only way to right the problem is to do a flushing of your medium with ph’ed water. Otherwise it does not matter what you add, the plant will not uptake and you just continue to destroy the integrity of your medium.

Weird. I run FN at half strength throughout the grow and the girls love it.

I got some of this liquid Kool bloom I was gonna try but just said fuck it...anyone ever use it any?

Hello CannaGranny my plants have been doing good till like 2 -3 days ago. Since the second week of veg I've PH my water to 6.4 6.5 and I always water slow till I get run off and it is always been around 6.7 6.8 I don't have the best pH pen tho

Hi. I keep pushing this chart for feed and its how I feed my Gh nutes, + Diamond Nectar or Flurolicious Plus....I build up to 5/5/5 flipping to flower then I start with liquid cool Bloom week 1 with 2.5ml/gal week 2 - 5/5/8/5.. week 3 I add cal mag at 5ml/ so I'm at 5/4/4/8/5..... I'll go to dry Kool Bloom week 7-8-9 and taper off at the same time with the others nutes...4/3/3/6/4.....1710359641991.png
