Is there any truth to the saying 'bigger the roots, bigger the fruits' when growing cannabis?

I am going to grow some photos when my current Grow is finished. I am going to Grow
2 Dutch Passion Lemon Z and 2 of Tony Green's Tortured Beanz Gorilla Glue RIL. I can't wait I wish I had another tent set up. But I still need a LED for my second tent. Getting all the pieces together has taken longer than expected.

@Observer I just checked my coco runoff and it was at 961 ppm. I was feeding 550 ppm(autos). So does that mean I should be feeding 411? 961 ppm minus 550ppm equals 411 ppm. I just want to make sure I am understanding the process. I am feeding liquid silica Dynagro Protekt potassium silicate. And I think it was building up in my media when I was feeding 4-5 times a day but only once a day until runoff.

IMO just need to feed with more runoff or more frequently to keep the balance. Usually more frequently is the best option

That is the assumption I came too. I was just not feeding until runoff enough. I got away with only feeding until runoff once a day in veg. But it seems I can't do that with them in flower.

You can run 2 lines to each plant but 1 will do.

You can make several auto feed systems with these. Just need a pump for each

More run off/slightly lower E.C

If lower E.C you can use less water (?) More gas exchange in media.
