And everything's authentic. Like one of the GG, I think it's Sophia. Supposed to have Durban Poison and damn if she ain't throwing that African sativa mojo. Gonna be some real good pot coming out of there.

You know, I like city life a ton. We have pretty much everything and much of it's in walking distance. But this city is also very cosmopolitan so it draws a lot of celebrity people. Some good, some horrible and you never know what you may see day to day.
Like the time during SXSW Cheech and Chong rolled down main street with a 12" fake joint on a trailer.
Or over the weekend, this beast seen rolling around town



No big deal, just Vin Diesel out for a steak downtown. That's the cool parts of city life.

The uncool part is that it's also attracted people like Rogen and Alex Jones and these men are poison pills in society.
IDK why they came here but they did. Rogen opened up a comedy club and it's a magnet for dbag tourists. Locals don't go there and the comedians who play the venue suck.
I like comedy like what Shane Gillis delivers. Lewis Black, Ron White, Kathleen Madigan, John Caparulo, Hannibal Burress and others. Truly funny and well worth the priced of a ticket.
Hell Madigan is so good we flew to Vegas just for her set at the Mirage and it was well worth it! Saw her again here a few years later and she didn't have an opener so Ron White opened for her! He's a dang headliner so that was a very special and funny night we'll never forget.
But the dudes who are just out to be mean to other groups just don't jive with me. It's the intent I suppose. It's neanderthal and low hanging fruit tropes and it's tiring more than it ever will be funny IMO.

Back in the day, Kathy Griffin could roast a room full a gay people and have them laughing. Rogan does it and he's doing it to be cruel while also doing it in an echo chamber and not to their faces. i followed a lot more of society when i travelled a lot and had down time.. but since being home bound and started growing i really started to care less and less about celebrities' ... it's cool though, it's not like they care about me either.. hehe

i'm now good for saying Oh, it's got that guy in it from that show with the things... hahaha sometimes i have unique names for celebs when i can't remember their real name.. or sometimes i just call them by a character name from something they were in many years ago!! haha

Right now I'm designing something I'm calling root cages for aero to soil. They'll work kinda like airpots but for hydro.

Also have an idea about modular trellis net I'm working on that I think will pretty much revolutionize trellis nets. Instead of nylon netting I'll be using thin metal rods with 3D printed end caps to attach to railing mounted on poles and the poles mount to my tables using these custom brackets



This idea has been inspired by the custom light brackets I designed to mount rail lights to tent poles



I think that's where I have the most fun with my printer is making things that don't exist and coming up with innovative ways to solve many things. Seems like everything I make leads to another idea. It's wild how it's become one of my most useful tools for growing weed

I clicked and saw your "awesome a+" likes but holy shit a bunch of people have copied some of my works!
Kinda cool to know there's folks out there using my water can and the VG. Seems the barbed fittings for 1/2" tubing have helped a few. Lots of people using the netcup but what was really weird is how many people have copied the pole dancer hahaha

yeah i check those notifications out now and then... i've had more copies on the cannigar than i can remember.. that and this silly under counter hook setup for my tongs... must have had over 50 copies on those already!!



i often forget to make mine public too..i wish it would default to public. when i remember i go in and do batch updates on them but it always asks me if i'm a robot when i do it and apparently i do not know what a fire hydrant is because i gotta click it three times.. a pita sometimes just to share a model!

Cool. I’ll have a look. I saw a mason jar root basket I saved a link to for later. When my wife over waters her plants and they start to die I put the ones I can save in a water jar in the window. But the leaves hold it up atm. Basket will be better.

I was taking mechanical and architectural drafting in school when cad and plotters came out. Always liked it. But fell into estimating right out of school.

After that it was computers and I went down that rabbit hole for decades. Son used cad in school but dropped out the year Covid started closing things and screwed kids up.

Your boy probably has a slicer program already installed but yeah you gotta have that program to export what you design on tinkercad to the slicer then that's where you designate it into a STL file, adjust the settings, and save it onto a micro SD card that transfers over to the printer.
Better systems and printers can do all that via wifi but mine is pretty basic and no frills so that's the only way I get my PC to talk to my printer.

Once my designs are final I'll go ahead and make them public. I'm still in mad scientist mode on them and work has most of my time taken up but I'm getting there.

So far we find things on Makerworld that he can directly save to the app. It supports wifi so he can send it from the app on his phone straight to the printer. The printer can hold a few projects before you lose one. Probably FIFO.

Cool, no hurry. Plenty of time with winter coming.

Loving the effects at the end here with copious amounts of cold air (lows of 56), co2 (highs of 2800+), very low RH (39%max), UV, and drought.
Light is at 20% red, 100% white.
The shittier I get these ladies' leaves looking the better the flowers look, swell, and stinkier they get!
Finally getting beer can size colas here in the last 10-15 days or so

Yea I got 3, 4, and 6 footers of those.
The stays are consistent sized and really tough. Hard to bend like the tubes.
Hoping I can weave them into 2x2 squares for each plant.

Busy week here at The Hideout taking down these ladies and prepping for the next grow

Soil mixer is ready. My wife thought it was another BBQ



Choices need to be made. Space for 10 plants but will drop 15 seeds since most are regular




The room is winding down. Lights at only 10% and the plants are dying.
Rather ugly scene really. Bad lighting, yellow leaves, colas leaning and ready to fall over if they haven't already.
While I love my plants to look like hell at the end before harvest with all green and perkiness gone in exchange for yellow leaves and tired plants it's not photogenic at all right now so as I chop I'm gonna pull a main cola and take it out for photos in natural light. Each cut will get it's day in the Sun so to speak.


Lavender Aura F3 by Uruz Seeds
Heavy Yields. Very large and dense colas.
Short, bushy plant, and does not stretch but does quadruple her size thru early flowering until ripening.
I'd say 90% indica with some hybrid in there extending the ripening a week or two from common 8 week indicas.
Xtra veg time will do her well to get her taller and wider but she still performed quite well with minimum veg.
Unassuming and ez to care for plant. And then she started to ripen and put on an absolute fucking terp show.
Frosty buds but not much on the leaves. The leaves and some calyx did go purple at the end near impending death.
Her terp profile is out of this world.
Chocolate cake dominates the aroma. I've never had something smell like chocolate cake. It's incredible and I'm in love with her. Undertones of berry fruit jams or preserves and a subtle hint of dead, several days old roadkill.
It smells so delicious I wanna eat it. I can't wait to set her on fire and sample this one.

Power snips, anti fatigue flooring, and tables that bring the plants up to me makes me wonder if I woulda been a good barber. It's so fast and comfortable
I trimmed 'em where they stand then chop and hang or load into the dryer.

It all starts tonight with Indiana vs Notre Dame then yeah tomorrow the Lions vs Ponies, Horns vs Tigers, and the nightcap, Vols vs Buckeyes.
Every game should be a good watch since it's win or go home.

First time ever Texas and Clemson meet on the football field. Weird considering history of success between us both.

PSU vs SMU is gonna be good. The Ponies have a dual threat QB who's a handful and I do believe SMU has the better coaching staff.
SMU is also a slow starter so if PSU can get up early, that'll help but don't take the foot off the gas. A two score lead is nothing for the Ponies because they can light up a scoreboard when they get rolling.

Anytime I get a harvest I'm happy but the grow had it's ups and downs.
Had by far my worst male to female ratio ever and then the mites, a hermie, and some waterlogging issues.
Fuck that all sounds kinda bad actually! How the Hell did I even get to harvest anything? Shit, maybe the moon thing did help, IDK

Mites were ez but that many males cut the grow in half on the numbers. Lucky there were some fems in there but I never got to see what Cloud Surfing Apes or Heart Stomper coulda been so I'm thinking maybe I just popped all the males from those packs and what's left are female.
Maybe if I was the best grower in the country I wouldn't get males, IDK, but I'm sure some may see that as a grower error

Only fems this round are just the Purple Heart from irie and Wrank from Ethos. Everything esle will be regular again.
There's a few things I'll change like doing the aero to kick everything off. That's a biggie really. The new net system will be awesome too. No SS550s in this next griow man. First time since 2016, no blurple.

I think I had 3-4 wonky bags of Stonignton left over from the GGM orders. Don't know if it aged out or what but the the mushrooms and waterlogging issues were isolated to that soil so at least that's all gone and now I'll be into the amazon sourced Stonignton.
With the new mixer I'll be able to add biochar, neem cake, and oyster meal to Stonington as well.

I also need to take a close look at my water chemistry as that may have contributed to uptake/waterlogging issues as well so that's one reason for the new pH meter. Also thinking about adding a carbon filter to my water tank like for an aquarium.

The UV is a keeper. It's more applicable or usable I guess compared to floro UV. I'd like to put it on a mover next.
3 plants I saturated with UV did turn out way frostier than what I was expecting before the UV and it may have also helped tamp down any resurgence in the mites but I'm still gonna use the new ACI electric sprayer to wash down the room with dormant oil for any pest eggs.

Gotta good feeling about what's next though and am excited to get it rolling.

i checked and my DVR is set for the texas game yep 4pm.. it was cool for the last game one channel had the normal broadcast and the SEC network aired the skynet version... i had em both up at the same time!!!

ya know i had a run way back in the past that was like that kept getting all males just popping two or three seeds from a pack and then after all that bad luck i was on a hell of a female run because thats all that was left in the packs. this was all right before i started growing more feminized again.. i know a couple of those packs have still got to be close to all female yet. i'd much rather get all the bad luck males out in the open in the beginning.

i think i might look into some led uv.
