It's been decades since I've worn boots but I'm a hoodie guy for sure! Never gets too cold so hoodies are more appropriate than heavy coats and jackets. And for today, I gotta special one for our first ever playoff game on campus and first ever home game in December

I've had my eye on it since they sent the first email.
Yesterday was Treat Yo'self Friday so being curious, stopped at a really cool headshop that's also an authorized Puffco dealer and then to the dispo to pick up another 14g jar of badder on my way to work.
Same price as the web and they had the gunmetal which was sold out online. I got the last gunmetal in stock and they only had 3 of the black left. Apparently it's very popular.
It's a huge improvement over the older style coiled atomizers on pens since it uses a 3D chamber. Easier to keep upright too when hitting it since the mouthpiece is angled.
Next I want the waterpipe adapter so I can hook it onto my small titanium bong for a pretty much indestructible and discreet work and travel rig.
Hits like a pocket Hercules and is super ez to keep clean with a swab wipe after each load.
I'll also 3D print a travel case for it modeled after the box it came in but with a couple stash jar niches built in.
My Proxy will stay home from now on since it's not as discreet so now it's my couch and backyard piece while the Peak is more of a special occasion rig. I'd probably use the Peak more often if I didn't need to open the app for every session but I do love it for the recycling water chamber I put on it and it's light show.

There's a new Lookah on my radar as well and while Lookah's are pretty good and on the same level as Pulsar stuff, that Puffco 3D chamber is next level tech that puts it above everything.
Don't need it but a silly dinosaur erig is just too cool for school

i messed one thing up with my peak, i was clicking buttons and accidentally did a factory reset. changed my born on date and erased all my settings! it kept the odometer and also kept all the light shows i created. i don't get why they would even have that option from clicking the button a bunch. i was trying to do the ten click chamber reconfigure, every time i change chambers i do that because not all chambers are created equal and they have different resistances to them from factory so i like to do the ten clicks to sync it up. Home teams had all the advantage.
Indiana, Tennessee, and SMU all got pantsed and exposed. Pony QB might as well been wearing a PSU uniform because that dude was a double agent yesterday.
Like those teams didn't get the memo this shit is win or go home with how they all played. Clemson at least had some fight but our depth won the day. That 4th down and goal stop by our defense was a thing of beauty and the crowd was as loud as I've ever heard for that play.

I'm gonna plunder the deep freeze for Christmas dinner. I've got the 24th and 25th off, weather is great, and the smoker or Santa Maria in order.
I have a huge turkey breast out there plus a brisket and a picanha. Leaning toward the turkey because I also have this package of burnt ends I forgot to use in my chili and now I want to use them to make burnt ends mac n cheese.
Probably should pull it out and thaw it. Xmas done snuck up on me! Between football and warm weather the only thing Christmasee at my house are the longhorns and bigfoots

so 1x press cycle changes the temp profiles
x2 starts a dab, at any time while it's dabbing hold the button in to cancel dab. if you double press again while it's dabbing it activates the booster mode whatever you have it set to(either time/temp/ or both... i roll with 30 seconds extra and 7° more) this mode is for when you just didn't get enough of a dab or want to pass it to share. you can activate this boost mode as many time as you want!! 3x clicks while dabbing starts and stops disco mode no matter what light setting you have on. i made an xmas and halloween one, i think we can share those i gotta look!! i kinda like the newest puffcon 24 lights.
x3 presses shows battery level in logo light.
x4 presses enters and exits stealth mode (no lights)
x5 used to start a dab in vapor mode but now that is controlled in the heat profile so i don't think 5 clicks does anything anymore with the latest firmware (right now it's version AR).
x10 presses syncs the atomizer for accurate temps. (the lights flash a little and then it turns all while when complete) i don't think the manual ever mentions this. it was six clicks on the OG peak but is x10 with the pro. i do this each time i switch atomizers.

i really like the XL 3D chamber man, it hits like a cannon!!!! you can add more vapor control than with the OG 3D. plus it helps keep it cleaner!!

you talking about loading the app made me connect to mine and i like the year end review they did... my numbers are pretty impressive man!! out of 92 million people i'm in the top 6% of dab counts on the year!!!! dabbin like boss!!!!!!

I haven't customized anything other than the mood lights on mine.
For homemade extracts I go blue which is like 490 and for commercial made I go green at 510.
I run those with a pea sized dab that usually last about 4-5 hits then flavor changes and I clean it out.

I try not to dab too much so I don't send my tolerance up so high that flower doesn't do anything for me.
Overall, I still prefer flower or my home squish rosin over anything store bought. A joint after work is still my go-to then maybe a dab or two.
With much of this THCa stuff, it's kind of a one trick pony for me and gets me very high but the flower and rosin I make is full body with the whole entourage effect.
Cannabis rosin off my press seems to be like 3-5x more potent than anything I've ever bought from a cannabis or THCa dispo so that's pretty much why I don't hit rosin everyday and try to keep it a special experience kinda like how I don't drink espresso everyday and will go French roast or teas keeping that Cuban espresso as an elite choice in the morning.

With rosin, I like to start lowest heat possible and climb thru the various terps then maybe go a little hotter but once it gets that torched flavor I swab it all out.

Now that's my kind of weather @Bandit420 , I can't stand the cold! Maybe a hoodie on the most "frigid" of your days!

Hell yeah man cold is not for me at all. I like my Winter lasting maybe 100-150 hours a year of true below freezing icy Winter weather and the rest of the Winter months are lows of mid 30s and most days in the 60s and 70s

The one on the left is "the good stuff"
That might be the best bourbon I've ever had and the fact it's only $60 is mind blowing. No added hype like single barrel or small batch whatever that drives up pricing, just a damn good 4 grain triple malt. Smooth, aromatic, and delicious.
Popped it open when we made the playoffs and then we really got into it after beating Clemson. Trainers and other staff had a bottle of Crown and Buffalo Trace but they were near still full while my Cavehill damn near got zapped by everybody! Like the fuckers could smell good bourbon from the second floor and came down to the lower decks where we like to par-tay after a win!
I've got my sister's bottle topper on it too so it looks kinda fancy pants.

The Proxy is old school and has no app so it just double clicks to heat up, 1 click to change the temp, long hold to turn off and on.

That sauce looks really good man! I have a sort of potpourri going too with some rosin, distillate, and diamonds in my crucible I need to render down some more.

I'm into some tester buds as well:

Tropicanna Cherry Bagseed
2 phenos, one heavy and red, one light and grayish green.
Fairly ez to grow, moderate stretch hybrid
Color is tropical but that's where it stops. Scents of dirty socks, musk, earthy and tastes like motor oil and sweat funk.
Despite being a below 20% THC strain, it's entourage effects lends it to be way more potent than expected and in fact, I'd put it up against some extracts for a better high and longer lasting effects.
50/50 hybrid with equal balance of head and body high
Only pheno #2, the light weight yielding green pheno has been fully tested on the meter and smoke.








On a side note...Suspicions confirmed on some Farm Bill legal THCa flower

Apparently it's a 1:1 cut.
It shattered the CBD record on file by 7%. Most THC in any sample was 12% and common number was 9%. CBD never below 8% and as high as 10%.
One of the most unusual smelling cuts I've ever grown turns out to be medicinal grade.

Meanwhile, Sophia and all her cheminess tied a record for most THC ever hit on a test here. 30% still eludes me but I aint done yet




More samples in the "testing lab" coming soon as well as the stuff outdoors still needing to be chopped, washed, and dried

28 on TC is an absolute high water mark and very rare. Averages on that specimen are low 20s but around her colas tips are 24-28.

Testing is showing me some things...trends really that has me changing course on a couple things.

Common traits were excessive stretching, light yields, balanced hybrids, and little to zero frost on worn out leaves. Similar aromas of banana taffy and diesel as well.

In contrast, this is one of the most visually impressive plants I've ever grown. GPS Purple Crash, 100% indica.
She dripped with resin, turned a beautiful color, and had healthy leaves to the end however she lacked in odor and was very mild in those regards. You'd think she woulda smelled like rancid dead skunk but nope. Potency barely tipped over 20% hitting a high of 23% and lows of 19%. The smoke was good but not what I woulda thought and in fact her less frosty sister was actually better.




I've never tested frosty leaf before but I will next time. I have a suspicion leaf oil subtracts from flower oil.
If the plant is stressed by factors such as UV, insect attack or frass, drought, etc the leaves take the hit to save the flowers. In return the flowers produce excessive oil contained on/in the flower increasing it's potency. If the plant is stress free then it seems to spread the wealth with the trichomes increasing potency of the leaves but decreasing potential potency of the flowers.

Some of those flavors will be very interesting. Like IDK what braised duck tongues taste like so IDK if the chips will taste authentic or not.
The flower garden skittles should be interesting. I think those are from Taiwan and instead of fruit I think they'll taste like jasmine, rose, and cherry blossoms.
