Gmorning Granny, a cold -11C here, it was a nice clear night with a bright full / close to full moon, with the small amount of snow we have it was like dusk at midnight, Would have been a beautiful time for a walk in the dark if it wasn't so cold.

Yes, 6 times and tried 6 different fixes but they keep blowing 1 side of 2 - 30 amp fuses. I'm now thinking our house has an imbalanced load some how effecting the load on the 30 amp dryer fuse...its making my head spin. I have a small 30 amp sub panel off my 100amp and total load is getting up there but its a poorly wired house anyways and it needs a rewire.
Over loading dryer , check exhaust vent line right to outside if pluged up will kick dryer out blow fuse, to much on one circuit
Thanks for the heads up on the LLL, I liked how my plants turned out my last run after a short veg. This run I had issues getting all my seeds popped and growing at the same time so 2, (the ones I'm having issues with) are almost 3 weeks older than the rest. If I can get my girls all healthy at 4 weeks old I'm flipping. I've been vegging too long all along I think shorter with an early flip is the way to go..

If the fuse blows after 5-10 minutes its not a short in the circuit.Check for tight connections at the fusepanel, receptacle & dryer connections to be sure. If not maybe need to change out the 30 amp sub panel

We had issues years ago with the dryer but then other things. I noticed after a week of checking things that it was only on windy days. The main line coming into the house was loose. Every time the wind blew hard we’d lose one phase. When the service guys arrived he said he reached up to grab the cable and it came off in his hand.
Been a year or two here as well. Haven’t used sugar since I started making cannahoney a few years ago so that’s still a win.Morning Granny~!

Yes! The next morning they had dogs, drones, ppl on side x sides and horses. Got them found pretty quickly.
No I don't have an amp meter, they are not usually needed on residential power. Unbalanced loads are uncommon in homes with such a small load. Other than the dryer and some lights and TV, Fridge we don't have the stove going or Microwave or anything that draws a lot of power and there's no dead short, it runs for a bit then blows a fuse.
Gmorning, another cold snappy one this am. Clear and no wind but the ground is solid like concrete. We feed some crows and small birds that hang around through the winter, Peanuts, Sunflower seeds and suet the crows come for the Peanuts and will sit in the trees calling for us when the ground is covered in snow. I shovel off our old well head and put down the nuts and seeds. I call it Diamond mining, hoping the crows drop me something shiny as a payback....nothing yet...still hoping...lol
If your exhaust line is clear to the outdoors then its your 30 amp pony panel thats blowing the fuse change the panel
Hey. Gmorning. The air exhaust line is clear and its not the 30 amp sub panel that's blowing the fuse, The sub panel holds a15 amp 2 pole for my well water pump and the 2 pole 20 amp hot water tank with 2 other 15 amp utility power plugs that currently have.......come to thinking about that I may have some of my grow lights on them but that still doesn't explain the Dryer blowing a 30 amp on the house panel....I have some work to do, I'll have to trace out all of my circuits and see wtf is going on. I've traced the 3#10 from the panel to the dryer and its not cut or split. I've tested the lines to ground and there's no faults. The receptacle is good wires tight. The wires are tight in the panel and I have now 7 dead 30 amp fuses in front of me and drying close all over the house...lol...not a happy chuckle there.
