You answered a question about e-rigs before I had a chance to ask. I had bought a Lobo for one of my daughters. Now I'm looking at e-rigs for my dabbing daughter. I should probably revisit, but a couple experiences I with wax weren't to my liking. I haven't given it a fair shot, tho. Point is, I don't know what to look for and have just been watching and reading reviews. The Bomb Skycloud and the Peak are standing out, just based on what the web has offered me. Sounds like between those two, you prefer the Peak. @GrumpAzz and @Stoneyluv both seem to like their Peaks, too. Damn shame... that spinner is cool. A Proxy is in the mix, too. FIgure that's a little easier to transport, but not really sure what she'd prefer.
Slick move incorporating the Mammoth UV bar into your CLW rig.

With two people working in hospital we’ve had Covid a few times. First was the worst, so much pain like every place you had a break or wound in the past all hurt again at the same time. That lasted 5 days with crazy fever.
The last time was early this year. Almost a normal flu that wasn’t long lasting for most symptoms but my sense of smell hasn’t fully returned yet! Nose is runny more often as well, mostly in the mornings, still.

They have it too. Tried to print but one of the spools had the filament break off. Son doesn’t want me to disassemble the print head so I’ll wait until he’s up tonight before we fix things.

Where's a guy gotta go to get a new one of those glass carb caps for my OG peak? I've been using this marble I found in the road but it's all sticky..

No hermies or mutants to report despite my room never being 100% dark and the control wall being lit up like Darth Vader's chest each night.
Nothing but good things to say about sourcing genetics from Grower's Choice in Elk Grove, Ca. Yep, same EG as Kyle Larson's hometown! Small world.
how did i not know that growers choice was in elk grove? crazy cool!!!!
i gotta say this current round was my first in a long time that i didn't have a single weirdo.
.
killer ass crop man!! they look like a dream to trim, if ya even wanna call it a trim.. maybe a pluck!!! haha gave em a good pluckin'!! haha
.
hey i've been wanting to ask you bro, how did the parchment in the jars work out? i have some older jars that i really like but they're tric stealers big time..
i even have some of that slick sheet left, i was thinking of trying to line one and was wondering how it worked out for you?

Thanks for sharing your experience. It really means something to know your first time purchase out of a field of options comes with good recommendations. She's a wonderful daughter. Life has thrown her a few curveballs over the last couple of weeks, too. Her Blue tongued skink passed a couple weeks back. She got him when she was in middle school. Then we had a cat pass Friday that had attached itself to her. Sorta like my daughter's little muse. So, it'll be nice to surprise her with something.I would probably keep the shopping limited to Puffco or Bomb for the Erig. I have a Pulsar Rok and a Lookah which are okay and they work but nothing like what Puffco and Bomb deliver. It's the 3D chamber and while some look the same and are advertised like they're the same, they're not.
I'd avoid anything with a coiled atomizer too. They were good when we didn't have 3D chambers but now that we do, coils are primitive, messy, and wear out.
I really like the Puffco Proxy and it's versatility but it's for a single person and not a party piece. The Bomb Magic Bean is kinda interesting too but small and probably more comparable to the Puffco Pivot.
That I won't know for a couple more days. I haven't seen her since The Lobo was delivered, but she'll be home for Thanksgiving. Not gonna lie, I want to check it out and see if it's something I'd like to get for myself. I bought her the blue version with the starter pack. If she likes it, that'll leave room for some gift accessories for Christmas. How's your daughter like the Lobo?
It's my daily vape for morning dog walks and I even make mouthpieces for them!
Ordered borsilicate glass tubes from amazon that fit and made a 3D printable design that kinda shows off the window and wraps the glass with a tentacle.
I'm working another design that wraps the glass in a flame. I can make them for yours if ya want too!
Boo! Hope that was akin to paying dues and you guys have a long illness-free stretch headed your way,View attachment 119030
It was a beast of a bug for us. More so for my wife and yeah it attacked every past pain and ailment on me so my bad shoulder, back, and anything arthritic were inflamed. 4-5 days for me and about 9 for my wife.
Those look pretty neat. It still surprises me that you can print something that durable at home. So much I don't know about 3D printing...I wanted a wallet that looked like I could pay Imperial Credits if I needed to bribe any Imperial patrols on a smuggling run and I think I have one

I'm gonna change the lever and back sliding cover color away from the blue transparent.
Transparent filament is fun to play with on these but I also wanna do some parts to glow in the dark or maybe even have a small light built in.
I can also change the window to something else like a pot leaf, honeycomb, naked woman silhouette...anything!
As a carb cap snob, I'm frightened of that yet strangely aroused?
Whoever was selling the titanium job I have was kicked off amazon and never to be heard from again. I guess selling vape parts is frowned upon.
I've bought parts from Puffco, Pulsar, Drip Glass, Smoke Cartel, Tako Glass and maybe a few more. All sorts of sales going and I'd say Pulsar might have the most to offer right now
Setting the stage today.
Dug out all my C-vaults and gave them an iso bath. Same for a collection of Steeltainers and the new Rubbermaid Brilliance containers. I think I have close to 9 gallons of storage capacity for the cure.
Ready to hang and machine dry
They're gorgeous!View attachment 119022
These Chocolate Chunks are pretty much Afghani sisters to the Purple Kush and another throwback to the late 90s and those sacks of fat, dense rock like, chunky nugs alongside strains like the old Widows and NYCD being sold back then.
Big bulbous colas that will fill the coffers!
No chance they're ever gonna "eat" their pistils like hybrids. They wanna just keep chunking out until death so I'm making the call on trichs, color, and will to keep living.
Buds have swollen and swallowed up 3 point leaves on many. The stink is very loud rancid skunk and used up portapotty. No way they can hold themselves up and have been both netted from below and yoyo'd from up top. Density is solid firm and very weighty.
No hermies or mutants to report despite my room never being 100% dark and the control wall being lit up like Darth Vader's chest each night.

Bugs? Fuck if I know. These ladies all got bombed early and never saw anything fly or crawl.
Avoided bud rot like a champ with all the air flow and never had anything like PM.
Some nute burn and a couple burned themselves on hot lights.
Trellising has been a fight with the monsters.
Bumper crop.

Hey, why not. Your grow room really could be the inspiration. It's funner to just assume that you are. I'm going with it.Thanks Man!
Elk Grove is also where my stepbrother lives. Suburb of Sacramento in Central Ca. It was always weird hearing Larson coming from there but really racing is done all over the state and not just SoCal so it's just bias from what I remember about the central valley. Farmers mostly out there lol.
I have a roll of parchment and old squishing sheets I plan to use on all my containers. I really don't know why that's not a thing but it should be!
I even looked to see if maybe there were precut parchment bowls I might be able to use for the c-vaults.
That's the one thing Grove really had going too was the slick inside.
That's something I'm always gonna do as a long as I grow. Plus it keeps the container from getting gunked up and ya never know man that could also hold bacteria and stuff but yeah not losing trichs to the container is the main reason.
Haven't had a bad cure yet doing it IDK, but kinda like the paper bag drying method, does a nice job keeping the terps in the flowers and not gassing off.
Just popped this one open from last Winter's grow. Kind of a mixed multi strain hybrid stash of 2nd tier quality nuggetry that's cured wrapped up in parchment and smelling like sour milk and a gas leak

Our hospital follows the rules well and my wife has always kept on top of keeping things clean. She cleans the phone and PC keyboard every day and her hands get so dry NF cracked from using the alcohol gel cleaner. My wife works in a hospital, but I'm pretty sure I'm the one that brought Covid home the only time we've knowingly had it,. Probably low infection rate for us due to a mix of dumb, but good, luck and the wife and her co-workers following solid preventive practices.
Yep, I agree 100%. Once our kids were out of school our health improved greatly. LolNow, my dad may hold some kind of a record for how many times he's had Covid or bugs with similar symptoms. I blame it on the huge church he attends. Not all, but too many, people that attend services there believe faith cancels science. Petri dish venues like that make my personal top 10 list of "Best Places to Get Sick". Right up there with elementary schools and cruise ships/airplanes.
Yep. That's where the luck part of things i was talking about comes in. You can do everything you're supposed to do, but, once someone enters your controlled environment or you leave it, there are too many unmanageable things that are beyond our control. Our hospital follows the rules well and my wife has always kept on top of keeping things clean. She cleans the phone and PC keyboard every day and her hands get so dry NF cracked from using the alcohol gel cleaner.

Outstanding grow Bandit~!

On a whim, I switched to what I thought was a minimalist wallet from a company called Fidelo about 5 years ago. Nothing fancy, but super durable and with RFID scan blocking. I love the way it spreads out all of the cards when I slide the lever. Like @Zen_seeker, I was tired of sitting on a traditional wallet. I've been considering sizing down again and getting a new one that's still front pocketable, but also capable of magnetically attaching to my phone case. I went through my wallet the the other day and realized I can cut the cards I carry in half again. Insurance and RX cards, stuff that we used to need a physical version of are now on our ever present smartphones just like our Apple Pay and similar. Been that way for a while, but i'm never on the cutting edge.
They're gorgeous!

The filament seemed to be brittle or something. Broke in over a dozen spots in the feed tube. Checked the next few feet and it’s fine? IDK why but it’s okay now I think.
I printed the inside parts in the suspect grey filament and the outsides in black. For some reason one part of the outside had the grey still and it didn’t bond properly. I’ll have to reprint that part later.
This is what I got after cleaning it up this morning. View attachment 119086
