I'm seeing this on two of four plants, it first shows up as a dark blotch on the lower leaves which to my eye looks like a potassium deficiency

a third plant has what looks like the beginnings of a magnesium deficiency and a fourth one looks a little pale like it's about to show a magnesium deficiency

They're about 5 weeks into bloom and this is too early for this much leaf drop

They're in straight Pro-mix BX getting Masterblend (3 part) at 600-650 PPM every feeding, upped to 700 last feeding

All the flushes I do give me near perfect readings of between 6.4 and 6.8 and between 400 and 500 PPM (a little low?), and I specifically checked & it's NOT reading 10x on the PPM meter

The flush water is 100 PPM at 6.8 pH

Because of the near perfect runoff readings I believe the plants are underfed which are causing them to show these deficiencies

I would like to get opinions as to what others might feel is going on here, thank you in advance!

Could be some natural shedding as this would be the right time.

The other possibility is under or over watering…. Frequency wise.

You could also bump up the ppm a bit to maybe 800-900 ppm.

Water with your nutrient solution as close to the media temperature as possible to reduce any shock.

Its probably a combination of the 2 and wouldn’t be overly concerned at this point but i would pay attention to the weight of the pots before each watering. As they get closer to finish and abort leaves they reduce their water uptake. That why i suggest a slight bump in ppm as they may go a bit longer without needing watering

Thanks for your reply & Happy New Year!

I'm bumping feed up 50 PPM every watering, I'm at 700 now

They've never dried out and wilted, but I am watering with less volume than I normally do, so will increase the volume, thanks again for the input!

Happy nee years brother. Hope life is treating you well

I notice this from time to time when over watering. I tend to give everything the same and it's usually that one plant that is rejecting water or not taking as much. I usually just water that plant and put a tray under it to basically allow it to sit in its runoff for a while and slow drink the water it rejects when poured faster.... after a couple times of watering like this they usually start taking water again.

I think my soil goes hydrostatic or whatever you call it ...gets too dry then doesn't sponge up the water. Then I pound it with water and it never really wants to accept it, so next day it needs watered again.. then eventually you see leaves like this because ya over watered...the catch tray allows it to slowly soak up the water and get over it's water phobia, seems to be the ticket for me atleast

I know aqua explained it and covered it all ...just reporting what I notice from time to time with it 🤘🏻
