How did you convert it? That seems a bit high. What spectrum is your light K value wise. Also ive had a lux light meter arrive today I had just gone and taken a reading with the light at 24" i was giving these plants 35000+ lux i converted this an was 800ppfd is this safe for the first week preflowering
Are you maxing the lix meter out? Its probably around 4k so about 625ppfd which should be fine IMOThis is where I'm a lil confused about light value? It's a full spectrum mars hydro fc evo 4800 if thats any help. I used wave length converter lux to ppfd m
I would leave out the calcium for a time or two at least. Probably by end of week 2 of flowering, you'll stop with the epsom salts and start using calmag. This set of directions could change if you continue to deal with magnesium deficiency which is most likely still being caused by calcium lockout.Hi all! so I've now had my distiller a day im planning on using a gallon for my next feed, so now my ppm's are reading 5ppm do I still add just mag salts or start adding cal mag as ive taken this out with distiller and demands for calcium will be needed as I'm now into flower stage
Backing off the mag with feed before the 2nd week or keep at the 5g per gallon?I would leave out the calcium for a time or two at least. Magnesium is the foundation atom of chlorophyll. Without it, everything comes crashing down. I'm now using calmag as I'm almost through my 3rd full week of flower ... but I used 15 grams of epsom salts per every 4 gallons every watering. So just slighly less than 5 mg per gallon ... I'm using 100% distilled water to make my feed. My plants have done very well this run. I have to say it that way because there's still a lot I don't know about your grow. You certainly don't want to run into more deficiency heading into flower. 1 gram may be enough ... but then it might not be as well. LED lights seem to cause a need for extreme levels of Mg.Backing off the mag with feed before the 2nd week or keep at the 5g per gallon?
