New growth is what we gage recovery with.
Get up some pics of new growth/tops.
Not much to worry with MG and some use it every other feeding.
I believe LEDs or some LED lights drive up the need for Epsom.
You should probably plan on using it on a schedule of every other watering/feeding.

Do you have the ability to get an ACI exhaust fan/controller ?
They also control temp with multiple settings and are a big help in keeping the grow space at proper parameters.
Alternatively InkBird also makes humidity controllers that would turn your dehumidiefier on and off for you at a set level.

Hi steamroller I've purchased this inkbird humidity controller and also a new dehumidifier with auto restart! but lil confused how to set this to parameters needed also i runn a fan controller with this? Would this need to be ran high? Cheers

This is a great question and shows great awareness of your grow.

What kind of dehumidifier do you have now? Yeah, they do have a harder time removing humidity in cooler temps. Not sure if a dehumidifier with a bigger compressor would help or not.

I have mine hooked up to a controller like @steamroller so I can run it based on the tent's humidity instead of the lung room.

I don't say much, but I am following this and happy to see the ones with more wisdom helping you. We do have a great community here for sure

Unfortunately, I don't have an aci controller.
For the dehumidifier I have it set to constant on, and the controller at 58% with a range of 4%. It turns on at 62% and off when it gets below 58.

I don't have an ink bird so the settings are probably a little different

For the inkbird and dehumidifier set the inkbird to what you want and the dehumidifier to 100% [ full on].
The controller will turn the dehumidifier on so you want it running as best as possible.
The fan you can set on your ACI to whatever temp and RH to exhaust I believe.
That is how mine work. The fan and dehumidifier are separately controlled.

I think you run work 1.
I run work 1 and have nothing in work 2 outlet.

That's the thing about Inkbird though ... they have a wide variety of these devices for different uses. Yours might not be identical to his.

I'm using the UIS system currently. I also not using a dehuey right now. There's a good chance I'll have to use it come April with all the usual rain. My dehumidifier is set to keep room humidity at 50%. This would be the room that all my tents are in. It kind of acts like a lung room.

As for how I set my UIS device, I have it controlling an ACI Heater, an ACI humidifier, and an ACI 8" fan/carbon filter system. My heater is on max level 10 and set to run until the tent is 76F. My humidifier is also set to level 10 but I have it set to VPD and 1.10kPa. My carbon filter fan setup is set to VPD Triggers "Low" - 1.1kPA. What this is doing is running the carbon filter fan when VPD is lower than 1.1 and then stopping the carbon filter fan once we hit the set-point of 1.1 kPa. The 3 together do a pretty good job keeping my "environmentals" inline.

I used my inkbird device for something else all together.

I use my dehumidifier in lung room too but to get humidity lower the temps raise quite a bit, where I'm from mainly damp and humid

It gets that way here too. Michigan is surrounded by water on 3 sides. During winter here, natural gas heating dries out the air so houses stay relatively dry. It's the rest of the year that gets humid. Our weather just recently started thawing out from winter. Next month comes lots of rain. From there, Michigan will then remain pretty humid until winter hits again.

My grow area is in my basement. The dehuey is on the other side of the room and it doesn't raise the heat significantly. Being that it is a basement, I can let it get pretty cool. Using the UIS controller, I have the grow tent set to 76F and it stays pretty close after lights are off. Lights on temps are around 82F most days.

As I progress through flowering, I'll be drying out the air by raising my VPD. When I'm in the 1.30-1.35 kPa area during mid flower, I will slowly allow the grow area to be cooler at night. I don't want it too cool right now because of how much it raises the rH.
