Am I gonna have issues with me having my grow tent at 80f now im week 3 flower just trying to get humidity down im having to run dehumidifier and thats making the grow 'room' to warm
This is exactly why I have decided to only grow inside during the Winter.
I haven't yet made the investment into the Lung Room (LR), and need to rely on opening windows in basement (which is the Lung Room). It works flawlessly. Temperature and humidity are easily managed. Tent is located in the retired cistern, in my 124 year old house.
The cistern is very large, so the goal is to finish the two walls that are not exterior walls. Exterior walls are complete from top to bottom. The two interior walls are only 6.6 feet high. All I need to do is finish completing those two walls, to seal the room, except for the installation of a door. I removed 90% of the material in a makeshift door opening, if you will...and need to finish, frame in and install door.
This will be a little difficult, but manageable and not cheap. Next, I will need to engineer the necessary environmental equipment and controls, in an effort to manage LR environment.
Ideally, I need to vent directly outside. That will require a 6 inch hole in one of my exterior walls. They are 124 years old and are poured concrete mixed with boulders. So difficult and not sure it is a good idea. So, I will probably take venting thru cistern wall and out one of the windows in the basement.
You can configure a panel to place over a removed window opening and configure it to accept a vent. I actually did this with an air conditioner. It uses a supplied panel that is configurable to accommodate most double hung windows. But, the basement does not have double hung windows. So, I fashioned a panel, and attached their hardware to it. I placed the panel in the window opening, sealed with foam pieces to make air tight, then connected the exhaust from the air conditioner to the panel.
Works great. So, yes it is a bitch. But, hey it is not really that bad.
Here is a pick of door opening in cistern. It's the rough cut out in progress. I couldn't feel my hands after this...lol.
