Greenpoint Seeds

Man, that's it.
The remaining packs I have are going on gps discord for 20 bucks.
Let us know how that works out ;) I know where there are several shitloads of old GPS packs. They are a tough sell. :)
I never ran any green packs but I have 2 here. Ran some of the wild west series, plenty of the purple punch stuff too. Have a pack of Cackleberry and Garlix as my oldest sealed packs.
Bad hermies on Animal Cookies and Tomahawk, mild hermies on Bridezilla, Sky Warden, Adub.
I got keepers with Dubstep, Bounty Hunter, Sky Warden. The Purple Punch S1 was damn near a keeper except for yield.

I hear good stuff about the old white packs, it's these new packs that are just so bad with herms. I've only run like 15 plants from GPS, BUT this is my first grow without herms... so that tells me all I need to know lol.

Basically if someone trades out a pack, they get a GPS 4 pack free lol.

LOL I asked Gu about some of those Wild West cuts on the first page of this thread and got one of the most aloof answers I've ever heard and he totally dodged it.

Was he a part of GPS back then? Maybe a partner? It was just way different then. From quality and reliability of seeds to customer service.
They were the only people that would send me seeds before receiving cash payment. All they needed was a tracking for the sent cash. I think it was a Colorado operation back then as well then eventually some back and forth between Co. and Florida.

But yeah I still have some of those wild west series in sealed packs. Tomahawk always did well for me. Tombstone was just as good as any indica I've tried. I'd put Doc Holiday up against anything out there. Eagle Scout is still one of my all time faves.
Those are days of yore though and not coming back. Fun while it lasted!

Tombstone was one I have that I forgot

Yeah he was GPS in it's entirety back then.
Tombstone is one of the green packs I have. That sounds like a good cross actually. I ran a bunch of the Wild West series with few issues and decent smoke for sure. But.........smoking stardawg crosses all the time, they tend to make you sick of it and you just need something completely different. Same thing with the Purple Punch crosses. After they dropped the purple punch twice in a row, I took my ball and went home and started looking for other creativity. Still got plenty of GP beans left and now I'll start looking thru them again at a slower pace.
I think it was 2017/2018 or so a guy I worked with grew Copper Chem and brought that weed into work......wow, it was great and that's about when I first started buying GP. Weird though that I never actually ran that pack, lol. Go figure.

I totally get where you're coming from about the new operation. Rest assured, we’ve been careful with each step, and every batch of these seeds is tested in house and by you guys. Since autos don’t allow for cuts, we’re extra selective—only keeping seeds from the top-performing plants to ensure the genetics are as stable as possible. That’s why the supply is a bit limited, but the quality is always our top priority.

A collab grow or contest sounds like a great idea! I’m all about bringing the community together. For me it's usually public testing and I'll have those auto testers shortly.

Appreciate your interest and feedback as always!
If you ever need a tester for autos or photos I am down.

AFAIK, he signed the checks, "heisen" did the work.

only keeping seeds from the top-performing plants to ensure the genetics are as stable as possible.
thats not how that works?

  1. Inbreeding Depression: When you consistently select seeds from the same few top-performing plants, you're increasing the likelihood of inbreeding. This can lead to a decline in vigor, reduced disease resistance, and overall weaker offspring.
  2. Loss of Diversity: By focusing on only a few plants, you're narrowing the genetic pool. This makes your plants more vulnerable to environmental changes, pests, and diseases
  3. Unexpected Outcomes: Even the best-performing plants can carry recessive genes that might not be expressed until later generations. By selecting only those plants, you risk amplifying these undesirable traits.

Fwiw, Gu did almost all of that Wild West series before he ever hired Heisen.
Gu was never a breeder, of any kind.
Before heisen it was just someone else making the seeds and it was not Gu. He made some regular seeds at one point but he even bitched about that and it was during heisens time so idk if he's ever really been much other than a face for the business front.

Breeder, chucker?? Doesn't much matter to me. It's his business, he owns it. There is a video out there of Heisen pissing on Greenpoint plants. Those plants were all Wild West series. My point was that the Wild West series was in place prior to Heisen working for greenpoint.

Gu came up with the "harem chucking" program, where he hit all the hot cuts of the day with that one Stardawg male. He did well with it. Unfortunately he's been an asshole all over the internet at the same time. That's on him.

Just like the Ethos guy, the Green House guy, and onward- these guys are marketers and they spend their time marketing the business. Others do the hard work, sometimes nameless, often not. If anyone wants to get in on the fun- message me and I'll send you an updated GreenPoint list of what I have available and I'll send you a pack to get in on the fun. The more the merrier.

Alrighty now :) Apothecary is kinda full at the moment so I decided to pop some Greenpoint fare in the 36 tent and we;ll see what happens. I have the Dantes Inferno S1 and the Oreoz S1 and Creatures and Cream (which is a cross of the first two)
Also in the tent are 2 Deathstar OG's and a Tsunami x Romulan that I made. That's the only reg, all the others are Fems. These are sitting up off the floor by 22", I move my plants, not my lights. Speaking of light, they are under a 400 W metal halide. I'll switch to HPS later in a different tent.

I'll update sporadically ;)

I ran the Oreoz S1 my last run, mine stretched double in flower. It wasn’t the tastiest weed but she was pretty and also potent. Also I had 2-3 runts I culled from that pack.

I think that runt Oreoz has some root issues. It isn't taking the feed like the others. Just finished pollinating in another tent so I'm probably going to flip it now. No point in wasting time on it. Actually all these Greenpoints will be in that flowered tent just to minimize any potential problems with intersex.

The Dantes S1 and Creatures and Cream looked practically identical except the C&C is a bit taller. That is supposed to be an Oreoz cross but doesn't resemble in any way the Oreoz S1. Next week will be a month in veg. I'll probably flip these. The others in the tent will stay in veg for a few more weeks.

Oh brother.........

"Introducing $WEEDSEED: A Serious Investment Opportunity
We're launching $WEEDSEED, a Solana-wrapped coin that's more than just a digital token—it's an investment in our future. Think of it like a stock on the stock market. This is the Greenpoint Seeds stock. As Greenpoint Seeds grows, so does the value of $WEEDSEED.

Why Should You Invest?

We're investing heavily in it ourselves. We're putting 10% of our daily sales back into $WEEDSEED. That means every purchase from Greenpoint Seeds directly boosts the token's value.
Not everyone buying the token is buying seeds. This opens up a broader market, increasing demand and potential growth for your investment."

I'll add that since legalization, a good portion of initial seed money has been lost......... most of the stocks are way down, at least the ones still around. The only ones that seem to make out are the operators who withdraw as much cash out of the business as possible in way of salaries and grift.

I know this is English but I have no idea what it's saying.
Is GPS doing some sort of bitcoin thing now?
Is it a grift? Has Gu gone full tilt Florida Man or does he have a brain cell eating amoeba from drinking polluted hurricane flood waters?
All of the above maybe?

I think we know how this ends.....lofl.

He basically has gone public with the business, selling coins which will raise operating cash to run the business. Gu will take 10% of the profits and feed it back into the value of the coins. So, the coin should rise in value as more people buy it and profits are placed back into the coins value. So, no stock with high regulation. Just coins with little to no over site. This is about as risky as it gets I'm guessing.......,,

Has money laundering vibes to it.

I like K.I.S.S.
I give you money, you send me seeds. It works.
Anything layered up beyond that, especially with coins or tokens, buyer beware. I don't understand how this could be attractive to anybody except techbros in Cybertrucks and their weird grifts.
It's not for growers or cannabis connoisseurs.
