@Bandit420 I agree with everything you said.

I started the grow using the Animal Cookie parentage, knowing that this lineup has had some issues with hermies. My son requested these strains so that's why I'm growing them. However, you can count on me reporting my outcome at the end of this run. My setup is well dialed in so there's not much chance of environmental variables causing these to herm. If hermies show up, it will be 100% due to seed stock.

When I have spare plants I abuse them just to see what they'll do.
Most recently last week I gave a runt female and 4 males two weeks into flower 24 hours of light going from indoors to outdoors. So they got 12 hours of LED and 12 of Sun. Couldn't get one to hermie or anything. The female stalled out and is growing again while the males just kept going like it didn't matter at all. I can't stress a plant into hermie no matter how hard I try.
This LA hermie has been absolutely pampered but it went full send on the tranny bits anyways

Hey I have say 10,000 seeds after a few full on hermies over the years, maybe more if I sweep up. Whats to stop me building a website, advertising with a bunch of pretty pics of strains i've grown over the years adding all of the appropriate B.S, spread rumors of great grows from my BS web site on all the platforms and mail off seeds? Some will be great others will be iffy, just send freebies and carry on with the complaints, I'd get a good year maybe 2 after before all hell would break. Stop open a new site and carry on? Fk seems easy.

Hey forget what I said above I got some great seeds going for $100 get 10 and I'll add a free pack of 5 super duper seeds. Now for the website....I'll be rich....lol

Everyone knows when a plant throws balls it has both male female reproductive organs.same with us…it’s genetic lmao.is he going to say if you grow outside and it throws balls it’s grower error .I bet 100% he’s talking about when a plant throws a nanner(s) that can b from from enviromental stress or the plants late ditch to reproduce..that is not a 100% hermaphrodite.

Don't defend him cause that's not possible.........this has been going on for years, and he's done nothing to improve the issue. I've grown some of his fem's that were full blown males but feminized. How is that even possible?

My last grow, his Dalato testers, only had 1 out of 4 herm, and it was a weak herm. I only plucked balls once and it was nothing like I've plucked in the past. I wasn't surprised, since they were labeled testers and I got them for free.

HOWEVER, 3 out of the 4 grew like the retard mutants described above. First sign of mutants, for me, was how they never stopped stretching. 6-7 weeks into flower and still growing INCHES per day. Building buds and still stretching. Stretched through the roof of my tent clear to the ceiling. Granted, I could've supercropped them but their buds were visibly behind the one that grew well. Airy/Spacey nugs like a plant full of LARF. I ended up chopping 2 of them and I just threw them out on the back porch to make room for the 2 I kept. They were hogging all the light and casting shadows on the 1 I was actually proud of.

I was kinda surprised how ez it is to neuter a hermie. I've always just trashed them but I want to keep this one alive so I can inspect it's roots later. So I knocked the pods off so it wouldn't pollinate anything else in the backyard. And the good thing is that it's rainy this week so if any open they'll be tamped down.
But yeah man all I did to remove them was put my fingers on top of a cluster and push down. They snapped right off. Some of the smaller and tighter ones I just smashed and deformed. Others if they persist, I may just remove branches but two days later they don't seem to wanna pop more out.

The ones that aren’t full blown can catch you out too when they are in the mid section where you can’t see sometimes and most of us aren’t really looking for them either. not down there.ive found them open once and was real pissed off but I never scrapped them.hoping that there will b only so many seeds …at the end there wasn’t any seeds…apparently the pollen wasn’t viable.
i was taking them off just like you was bandit.wetting my fingers .was going over the plants like a fine toothed comb.what a pita that was checking the plants for weeks lol.

It's best to wash the plant down before the pluck.....this will minimize any floating pollen that may happen.
