We've got a few things here that we didn't over at the farm, different thread types like a question thread, but there is this whole article thread classification that I have not even played with. It is geared towards authors. We should think about using that if you want to start writing again.

OK man, I created a new subforum called Articles.

I did a quick one here:

Test Article

This is a test of the article system. This is only a test. Should this have been a real article, a message would have followed this post telling you what to do. This is only a test.

So what it does is it grabs some info about the author from your profile and puts that in the post. It kinda makes it a sticky too. Changes the way it comes up in searches and stuff, making it more valuable for keywords, so if you write a VPD article, the article gets returned in searches higher than just random posts containing the text VPD.

I'm sure there is more too it, but we can edit things up as needed. Let me know if you need anything. First step is filling out your profile so you get copyright on your articles. PS - what you write here remains your intellectual and copywrite property, it's in the T's and C's.

Yeah been dealing with some family stuff, life and new job thats has me learning nonstop daily so really enjoying it. Timing fits also as im just getting back to posting and found myself homeless today. Wish the farm and the members nothing but the best but this will be home from now on. Thats all I’m gonna say on that matter because nothing but positivity makes life easier.
