In L.A. I had 3 labs within an hour of me.
I have. I had it tested. It’s been one of the heaviest percentages I have found so far. It has been a life saver to my Daughter, and she is now completely off of all prescription meds. I had the report, will see if I can find it.Yes, I'll be sure and post that once I get it. And yea, the testing is not cheap. I am fortunate to have a lab here in my state who very generously tests all my flower for me free of charge, super awesome folks. It's very important for me to know what is in my medicine so what they do for me is very meaningful and I am grateful because I could not afford it otherwise. They have a courier who travels the state and picks up samples but I still drive 33 miles one way to meet him so he doesn't have to go out of his way. Beats a 6 hour trip that is for sure. I'm surprised they do not have couriers there like they do here, I would be facing an even further trip than you if they didn't.
Is that Future One a strain you have seen an actual report for?
Thanks @SweetLeafGrow! Keeps me from hitting him up on fakebook. I used to rep his work in classes that I teach and do a recommendation, I was rewarded by the Brother with seeds, so I have grown several of his creations. TOC, liquorice, black label cookies, breakfast in Paris and a few more.
I have two strains that were freebies that I would really like to try someday. Laffy Affy and AFCoup. Would be super cool if Bro Mendel came over here for sure. Thanks @SweetLeafGrow! I’m hoping when we finally decide on how it’s to be done, that I can bring three breeders here. Brother, Captain Redbeards and El Lopez. All three people I can and will personally vet.
Thank you for the link.
I also grew his Mendel's Aether. Exceptional strain that I want to grow again. I posted test results and some photos on a makeshift journal that I started after our migration from the other place, which is where I started that grow. I am also still learning hydro so was not a perfect grow by any means but was still able to get a good, potent harvest.Thank you for the link.
I'm interested in pain relief because of my neurological problems. Arthritis and tendonitis are also worsening problems for me. I haven't grown any plants with pain relief in mind yet, however. My growing focus so far has been to blunder my way through from beginning to end and have something to show for my efforts. So, we buy CBD as edibles from the cannabis stores. I'm completely unfamiliar with these strains, so this discussion has been helpful. I'm browsing the gomendel.com site now.
There don't seem to be Mendel's Aether seeds available.I also grew his Mendel's Aether. Exceptional strain that I want to grow again.
Interesting. I was showing my boss the strain on Mendel's website last night and the listing is still there. I do recall I think he was only selling like 75 or 100 packs of this strain so yea, they could be gone. Same thing with Tropic of Censer so don't wait if you are going to buy. There don't seem to be Mendel's Aether seeds available.
I'm hesitating because at $25/seed, they're kinda pricey. Then again, after spending so much this far, what's a few more dollars?Interesting. Thanks so much! It's tempting. The TOC sounds like it's excellent for pain management, though. So, I'll probably swallow hard and pull out the plastic for that.I have some seeds I made using the strain and crossed with a Granddaddy Purple male. Happy to send you some if you would like to try them out. They are not feminized however.
Not sure if it was a mistake or not, but I tend to think it was intentional, but when I got my order, the two strains I paid for that we are talking about now had 4 seeds in each pack. Mendel also gave two freebie packs of two other strains and those two only had 3 seeds each. Thanks so much! It's tempting. The TOC sounds like it's excellent for pain management, though. Mine was THC Victory. They got me for $50 a bean. Total bust. 0/10 do not recommend. Not sure if it was a mistake or not, but I tend to think it was intentional, but when I got my order, the two strains I paid for that we are talking about now had 4 seeds in each pack. They were the most expensive seeds I ever bought, but I do think it was money well spent fwiw.
They have a buy 2 get 2 sale Father's Day sale going on through the 25th, by the way.Not sure if it was a mistake or not, but I tend to think it was intentional, but when I got my order, the two strains I paid for that we are talking about now had 4 seeds in each pack. I let the business owner decide his method of madness, more so when it comes to seed sales and I play along or go elsewhere.I'm trying to order some seeds from Go Mendel. The site is strange. They sent an email message to ask for my payment method and my email address. Then they sent another message to say they're going to send yet another message. I'm still waiting for that third message that's supposed to let me know how to pay.
I haven't bought many seeds, as you must know by now. You also must realize that I don't know my way around the cannabis growing culture very well. I don't know anyone personally and probably never will. Then there's the Internet, which has its own perils. That said, I certainly don't want to step on any toes that shouldn't be stepped on. I do trust your recommendation, though, and that's why I ordered the seeds. It's good to know you vetted him, so I don't have to do the same.I let the business owner decide his method of madness, more so when it comes to seed sales and I play along or go elsewhere.
I have publicly vetted him, I know him personally and I don’t know of a single person that he has been unfair too. I would not vet him otherwise. Unlike a certain person on another unnamed forum.
Careful who’s toes you step on.
I don't think I'd blame a breeder without a good reason. The problem is, I doubt I would know a "good reason" when I saw one.Seed breeders and sellers have a lot to overcome anyway. Imagine working your butt off to produce a product that you sell to an inexperienced grower. Said grower drowns, buries them too deep, keeps them too wet and rots the stem, feeds them at a week old… we could go on and on.. and the breeder is always blamed. Most all breeders bend over backwards to help new growers anyway.
Years of trial and error in their product.
I can't say I've encountered one of those. Not saying there is not the fly by night backyard breeders that would sell you trash either. Those exist as well.
It's an honorable thing to do. I appreciate your help.We have so few good, vetted , award winning breeders that I am pressed to defend the ones that are.
Thanks. I could use some pain relief. By the way... Does this cultivar reduce inflammation?I think you are onto a cultivar that will greatly reduce your pain level. Congrats on your purchase of some top of the line genetics.
I will let you know when I see the terp report on this plant. It's definitely grower specific with the numbers and this was not the best grow but hoping for some good numbers even though we probably did not hit her peak potential.Thanks. I could use some pain relief. By the way... Does this cultivar reduce inflammation?

I'll hook you up, just say the word, I still have 3 seeds from this strain. That's a lot of terps! I'd be interested in running that genetic just for that.
Basically less is more and keeping ppms as low as I can get away with. Learned I can run, at least when it's not the dead of summer, without a chiller in this room. Will find out how that goes as the temps begin to rise here.6.1 oz - disappointing I'm sure. What did you learn this go that you will do differently next time?
I thought you might like to know that I received the seeds today. In addition to the Tropic of Censer R2 I ordered, I also received a gift packet of Mendel's Breath II. I plan to start the TOC when I have room in my tents. That'll probably be no later than September. One tent is in week 7 of flowering, but I have 3 slow-growing Amnesia Haze waiting for more tent space. I'll start a grow diary when I get these going.I think you are onto a cultivar that will greatly reduce your pain level. Congrats on your purchase of some top of the line genetics.
Sorry I can't help with that strain. What can you tell me about Mendel's Breath II?
Thanks.Sorry I can't help with that strain.
Thanks. I look forward to growing it. I wasn't expecting an extra pack of seeds. It was a welcome surprise. That one, I can’t reply on either. I’ve heard a lot about it, but never tried it. I believe it’s original roots lie in a strain called Mendo Breath.
If its got Mendo Breath parentage then it's going to like a lot of P and Mag. One of the strains we grew at a small outdoor farm. If I'm not mistaken they were indica dominant. I remember tight fat bushes. That one, I can’t reply on either. I’ve heard a lot about it, but never tried it. I believe it’s original roots lie in a strain called Mendo Breath.
