What's Cookin?

This slid effortlessly onto the pizza stone, didn't stick to the paddle, perfect!

Then I saw the mozzarella that I just grated still sitting in a bowl on the counter! 🤦🏻

Stoners in the kitchen 🤤 I got the cheese in, it was pretty good!

do you still have your broken trager?
I've never owned a..EZ..B...... Pellet thingamajig

I had a one of those gravity fed things...can't recall the na.... Masterbuilt 550 gravity bed now I remember

Fking keyboards man!!!!

Anyway yeah it was a good grill, I went with this because it was thicker steel and it was offset more than the other without the fans and this one last longer actually no it doesn't it's a pain in the ass, it'll last longer in terms of longevity there's no power not even the igniter for the propane side is powered so that was one up on the other gravity feds.

Gravity feds are pretty much a set and walk away they're an easy bake but they're nice because I could do a small pork butt in 14 hours and only have to load it twice probably a third time maybe depending on the pork butt.

The Oklahoma Joe is a little different fire box it's more of a Hands-On loaded because it's going to burn it type thing and to do a turkey or a pork butt or anything else like that I have to be here all day the whole time to load it and it's kind of a pain in your ass.

This one lets me hit the smoke with it and heat at the same time it's kind of a reverse sear thing with smoke first and then seare for our steaks and stuff and pork chops and obviously now fish!!.

I'll probably end up buying another one after I get my new deck built the Oklahoma Joe's way too big to go up there, and I don't want it on my new cedar deck

Yep... Touchy keyboard I pressed I accidentally pressed the button apparently

When I was a contractor in Boston I did a job in Julia Child's house in Cambridge (burst pipe, basement) it was c. 1998 while she was still alive, but unfortunately we didn't get to meet her.

The very large basement of the old Victorian was completely filled with black metal racks holding large brown cardboard document-storage boxes from floor to ceiling.

She was popular in our area and I was always a big fan, I remember my mom watching her cooking show when I was just a kid, so that was something special that I'll always rememberGettyImages-1316313727-2950022315.jpg

i wish i liked fish, it 's weird i like every other seafood but fish, i've had every kind of way and still try it now and again but just don't like it.. i'd try that though ^^^ looks delicious!! last time i had fiish it happen to be smoked salmon. salmon is probably my least favorite though.

i can tolerate it blackened sometimes.. because it's cooked beyond recognition of a fish.. and sometimes i can tolerate a rare tuna steak or grilled shark steak. and i'll eat sushi. but it just kinda bugs me how i like every other thing from the ocean except for the most abundant part with the biggest variety!! was always hoping my taste buds would change but never have.

Cheat pizza. Buy a cheese or cheese and pepperoni pizza. Bring it home and add whatever toppings everyone wants. If someone wants something else cut off a few slices and put it on theirs. Then put in the oven or air fryer.

We like it as it’s easy and quick. Fresh toppings and whatever you want. Saves $1.25 per topping here.
