Pretty sure I mixed up A & B in the first 10 seconds. But you’ll see what I mean. Mains or shoots basically.

I hope this shows things alright. Only a few yellow leaves were harmed in the making of this film.



Sitting on the table I can see light gets to the middle. I used softwire to pull branches outward/downward.

It’s like every leaf is feeding a nice bud. I don’t mind a little larf but if I’m going to finish this a hero rather than goat I need to act.

So A, B, or C that I can’t recall so feel free to use. (I suppose A & B with C is possible.)

Edit: I did some A & B, but not much. Opening it up made a good difference in available air and light.

All the lollipops still have between 8”-10” of foliage.

Solo I just did more under table trimming. Got to get under her on my back somehow. Tomorrow. Backs singing.

Buds are coming in, nice to see. Let’s save the BBQ until after harvest this time.

Just start slowly increasing until you see a little stress then back off a couple inches. About every 2 days would leave you enough time to see

Photontek SQ300w only does 25% steps and 450w Phlizon clone dimmer sucks so I match the Photontek with a LUX meter.

ATM 300w is at 75% and 450w is a little higher at 500 LUX.

At the end of the week I can bring up the 450w bit by bit. Would setting the 300w to 100% one day and 75% the next for a week help or a waste of time?

Inside the tents have been great for temp and humidity again. Working as originally planned just by opening a window. What a difference a day makes.


Willows under the weather but mending. Should be back to her regular self tomorrow. She joined me on the stoop a bit before going inside to sleep.

Hey, I didn't get my G3000 ( 300W) up to 100% until weeks 4 after my largest feed and I kept it there until today 8 weeks now I'm backing it down to 65%ish and let them ripen with a lower intensity . I've also cut back the food last night to below veg rates. I have been bumping my hours up to 18 at this point in a few of my past grows but I can't do that this time because my doors wide open and the light may fk up my 5x5 with passive intakes being used. I did crispy one bud that grew too close but the rest are great. I think as they get more food they need more light

I have my revegged auto alone in my 5x5 with 2 SE3000 over it. One over the top and the other at a 45* both @ 50%. 3-4 days into flower. I keep laying her over as much as I can and both lights aren't over kill with her. Its a shame I'll have to move her into the 3x3 under just 1 G3000 when they're done so I have the 5x5 open for 6 auto pots

lol...Either did I,,,,,,I cut a lower branch off an auto1 -2 weeks after It flipped and stuck it in a 1 gallon bottle of water....it stayed green and I'd add a drop or 2 of what ever nute I was pouring on my plants to the bottle to fill it up....it flowered and buds showed on it.....then about 1 month later I saw a single root out of the bottom so I planted her. That was last Dec/ Jan. so 6 months later she's an out of control beast I just flipped and took 3 cuts from the bottom and stuck them in a gallon of food...3/3/3,,, 4 days ago...no room to put them in anything yet but I'd like 1 cut to survive.......

This is Clip at 16 days. This is the clone replacing Topper. She’s already had yellow LST clips hence her name.

Clip: Before second LST.


I didn’t top her exactly. I bent her over both sides then cut off extra length. After a week or two she’s ready for me to bush out. (I’m going to be in real trouble one day when I get a heavy Indica and do this.)

Clip: After second LST.


We’ll leave her another week or until ready for feeding.

I’m hoping the flowering will be over and Clip can move in to SCROG right after a good cleaning.

I would keep clip in that pot as long as possible and then transplant 2 weeks before going to flower with her.

So these guys are going to be a problem if I don’t get a trellis or support setup. I’m thinking side not top growth now.

Keep saying rain, keep pushing it back. I should feed them now so we get a thunderstorm.

Giving a few clones away to make room for foundlings. Wifey needs to stop looking them in the eyes and bringing them home.

And they all need a haircut again.

Things shot up after a day of light rain. Can’t do any HST as we are getting 2 or more days of rain still.


Each crate is 14” square so she’s getting wider as well as taller.

Peonies are hanging in there but they won’t last 3 more days of rain.

Well...after being gifted clones and giving some away I was feeling happier. But JIC I put them in quarantine for a week after spraying with sulphur at G$ suggestion.

Then I transplanted into new soil after removing much of the original.

However this morning I thought I saw something off. I removed a yellow leaf for inspection since my son got me one for my BDay that arrived yesterday.

This is what a found a few hours ago.


Originally I thought I saw eggs but after a while under the light they must have hatched.


So all clones got another dose of insecticide. Safer’s Soap this time. Under and top of leaves till dripping. Now they sit in the bathtub for a bit.

If I didn’t need a second strain I’d try for a field goal with them.

I’ve warned the guy and a few others who got them so it shouldn’t be to bad. Just another pita to deal with this week.

But that was how i found PyGanic, and the shit destroys aphids. Immediately upon spraying them, they started dropping and never moved again.

Just be happy you only found the 1, when i had aphids in my veggie garden, there was like 3,000 of them fuckers, they were on everything.

Oh it was a lot more than one. That was just three off the leaf I removed.

It ended up being just the one plant but I cleaned each leaf by hand after using Safer’s Soap this time. On all three in that zone. Then I cleaned the tent zone. Put the one back in quarantine and the two back in their zone.

Ya I didn’t find any moving. But I’ll be checking tomorrow.

I’ll keep an eye out for it. Lots of stuff is becoming harder to find.

I have Safer’s Insecticide Soap, the similar Ortho one, DE powder & spray, and now sulphur.

They shouldn’t have gotten as far as they did. I didn’t see them when I sprayed sulphur in quarantine. I should have wiped each leaf but just sprayed upside down and right side up.

I've not dealt with aphids specifically but have had some good outcomes with beneficial insects. Can be a more expensive option I guess but effective and clean



What beneficial insect eats aphids?

Ladybeetles, Ladybugs, or Ladybird Beetles

IMO they are a little more effective if they are contained and not just flying away

Due to the damp and rainy days I haven’t been doing HST. I’ll be on it as soon as I check the weather. Don’t want a thunderstorm right after I beat her down.

Still not sure about the SCROG yet. Table top will probably be easy but a good support...might have to use crates at corners. We’ll see this weekend. (SCROG table would help with theft too.)

Indoor ladies are bushier than I like but buds are at the base of each. Kind of dealing with it day by day.

Still doing bug checks in quarantine. Another week of that to go. They do look better than when they arrived.

Thanks. Just looking for options that work that didn’t require ties or wraps. Wanted something I could take off and clean.

I use two types. The ones that lock in I twist past the lock point, heat with lighter, then they keep themselves locked.

The second net I use as a trellis support but make it so I can remove the net or frame at any time. So far they last and don’t snap like other plastics.



Almost like they are made to go on 1” bars and take some abuse.

Looks better than other options, easy to clean or replace, and available at lots of stores.

Yikes, after looking that over I'm happy I'm an indoor grower. we only deal with a few of those bugs.
