There used to be this little hole in the wall Mongolian BBQ joint in Hollywood that was amazing! It was a husband and wife team and the husband was really meek and low key while the wife was a FREAKING BITCH....but in a good way! They used to make these little sesame bread pockets that worked beautifully with the BBQ where you'd stuff the bread pocket with BBQ and DAMN...freaking magic! They were so popular that they had to limit the amount of bread they'd give out because people would pocket the bread to take home. The wife would yell at customers when they would ask for more bread! 😄 It was hilarious because the regulars knew not to ask or they'd get yelled at so whenever a newb would come in everyone would just wait for that fateful moment! Whenever it happened you could see the look on the newbs face like "Whoa! I just asked for more bread!". Usually the vet diners would let them know it was nothing personal and everyone got it. It sure was fun to watch the circus while you ate!!!!🤣

we had italian tonight... i made chicken parm and cheesy garlic bread with a side of fresh pasta made with an egg that was laid this morning by a chicken named blueberry:D

I made some new drip halos for my new batch of eight. the other ones were too big and i didn't draw them so they were very difficult to modify, so i started from scratch and made my own. these print all in one piece and i also printed out matching color tube clamps and this time i made them all a different color...

seems to work great, this size is much better for these airpots... pretty good flow too, i might try some filtered tea through them and see how it works out. if i clog them i can just print new ones, it's only pennies to print.

so with semi auto watering worked out there's not much to do except watch em grow!!!!

it's been about a week since i tried to choke all my seedlings now and i'm definitely not out of the woods yet but i might not lose all of them.

i tried to line them up similar to how they were last week so a before and after from tuesday till today...

and the three youngest... the max ac and sticky icky are in stonington blend and all the other plants are in harbor coast blend from COM.

they're lookin a little better now too, getting some vigor in them and nice deep color. since i'm pretty sure i was the problem in all this and i can't ever leave well enough alone i went and put the big boy 550 light back in there today!!!!

and i slowly bumped up the temp from 78* to now i have it at 81* both lights on and off. it's a little dry in there though, i was thinking of maybe putting a basin of water on the heater to add some moisture. right now it's at 22% rh. where is this awesome low rh when i'm flowering?!?!

even with that low rh i'm still not watering that much, in the week and half now i've only watered twice. they're about due again soon though, i'll give them the ol' dunkin donuts watering with some green aminos!!

i'm also going to set the three new ones down in the container a little deeper, i did a poor job on the early legging!! but i have a few rows on the airpots to lower the bottoms and then fill in tops with soil.

and if all this works out i will actually have too many plants!!!!! i'd love to take on that problem!!! hehehe i have another tangie still in the cloner and i think she might pull through as well!!!!

weekend update!!!

just starting week five on the oldest, SS550 is at 50% and about thirty inches up.. still raising the power ten percent every week.

this might be the only plant at five weeks actually... i lost count with all the seeds i was starting, i know for sure this plant is accurate to the controller date...

these three are the youngest, these were above soil on the 6th and the 7th of this month, so twelve days old?? i think the sticky icky is trying to break a speed record!!!

the rest are all in between those ages and good news, all the seedlings i had are gonna pull through.. all twelve of them!!! now i'm a soil guy but i gotta say i wouldn't have these plants today if it wasn't for the hydro cloner!!! it saved them and as soon as i saw new growth i put them in soil. i was very tempted to leave them in hydro for a while but i was afraid i would mess that up so i went back to my dirty roots!!!!!

but yeah, all twelve...

i put some water on my heater to raise the RH a little. it went up about 8-9% sitting right around 30% right now. i might start spraying down the floor soon.

yeah i got that idea from you... i remember you saying you just poured it out on the floor.

i figured the humidity rises up through the plants better that way too!!

i'm kind of it okay with it for right now because i feel my plants are still on the mend yet so keeping up their evaporation rates and metabolism is probably a good thing for now.

so i saw prime started some of the black friday deals... the sous vide unit we liked went on sale so i'll be making turkey legs next week!!! this weeks grocery list just got longer!!!!! hehe

decided on this one... it was normally $86 and got it for $69 got suckered on the wifi, had to have it.. and i have a inkbird temp controller that i like and has lasted so that and a couple other details like calibration mode is why we chose it.


also picked up a new soundbar and subwoofer for my mother. her's took a shit a couple weeks ago so that was a no brainer xmas gift and i was eyeballing three of them and one went on sale today!!!

those and couple exhaust clamps i needed and spent $500!!! must be in the air.... :ROFLMAO:

OH and the vac/seal i just bought went on sale again today>> for more than what i paid! guess i got that on the right sale!! :D

pretty sure i might want this too...


YOLO... check that for $26 i just bought it. guess i'll need new batteries for the fire alarm too!!!! :LOL:
