My biggest issues are wind knocking about ten degrees off the top and even worse, maybe up to 50 in the Winter.
One of the reasons I like starting a smoke out at 4-5am is so I can go back to bed and not look at anything for the first 5+ hours.

Your Laredo have wifi and bluetooth and all that fancy stuff or just meat and potatoes basic digital temp control?

i don't know why bought the big family value pack of burger... i'm alone here for a couple weeks, the ladies went down south for a couple weeks so i've been making burgers all week!!!! still no bacon dammit!!!

with the price of wings anymore it forced me to perfect my boneless recipe and now when wings go on sale i snub my nose at them because mine are now better than the real thing!!!

Wings are right there with beef prices around here unless I buy in bulk then maybe $3/lb.
