Nothing to much to update. But I bought general hydroponics MaxiGrow and MaxiBloom to try on these lady’s this year after all y’all’s responses on the Gaia bloom and need to build microbes in my soil. The maxigrow and bloom have Cal mag in there along with a bunch of other stuff and appeared to be a one step process Worth a shot…
I trimmed of a lot of the BIG fan leaves/Water leaves and anything else that looked old. The girls responded really well and they’ve been tucked twice this weeks.

Ps- I took the case off my phone to try and get better pictures for y’all

Setting them up nicely mate.I’d purchase a net something with 3inch squares to run right across both of those scrogsn for when all those tops come up just to support them all.when I do this type of growvstyle I let them come up around jan 14 and by about the 6th of feb they start budding..seems your on the opposite side of the world you wouldn’t b far off letting them come up?my scrogs are different as I run them along the ground for 3 months.height at the end are bout 1.4-1.5metres..I use plastic wood clamps when they start to split from the V ..works really well.

If that’s the case I will try and tuck through stretch best I can for max another 3 weeks then they are what they are….

Might want to clean up the underside of the canopy more. I would remove everything right up to the screen itself

Do you pull off anything that hasn’t hit the SCROG yet or give it through stretch before giving up on some of those that are currently short?

It really depends on how much potential you think that branch has to break out from the crowd. Cleaning up the underside keeps the larf down to a minimum. I would remove all water leaves from the underside. This should promote more top growth. You could wait until stretch is done then decide which branches you feel will get enough light to grow big dank flowers.

I'm assuming the trellis is a 4 x 8? So 4 x 4 screen for each plant? Looking absolutely awesome Bro!!

Just an observation but you may want to start engineering a second layer screen to support the monster colas those plants are going to produce.

It’s actually 5 x 10
I have a 5 x 15 trestle net coming that I was gonna drape and then staple the ends to the frame… not sure if that’s enough??

Since then I did a pretty heavy defoliation underneath and there are very few leaves left under the strings. Still think I need to thin out above but am fighting my brain on that. What say yeee???

They had their last feeding with MaxiGrow mixed in on Friday and I believe I’ll be running solely MaxiBloom from here on out. Ordering some UV greenhouse plastic and pvc pipe to tent everything soon in hopes to fight the moisture as the buds grow. That’s it for now! Thanks for tuning in….

Second net is if the tops get heavy. Mines usually set for 8”-10” above table.

I defoil top as needed, or feels right. Under I lollipop as much as possible.

Ha!! Thats how i feel in Michigan too. Got to make it to the finish line . 48 degrees last night after 6 inches of rain in 2 days last week. But they are looking great!!

Yeah last year I lost about half of each plant from Bud rot and WPM if anything was remotely questionable it got canned but it was my first year, after this go round I hope to have my tent going, then just run a plant or two outdoor for fun/learning…

We where just camping up by you mid July at Alpine Lake. Beautiful area, caught a ton of fish, family had a BLAST!!!

Update:
Girls seem to be happy. Feeding every watering with the MaxiBloom starting to see a few yellow leaves hopefully not lacking N and just a normal thing.
Built this “hoop house” this week with 1/2” PVC and 6Mil UV resident geeenhouse poly.
Got 2 fans blowing up into the canopy, do y’all think I should adjust?
Hopefully with the gaps on the sides, underneath and up top I have good airflow.

This the reason for all this DUMPED last night and been raining ever since, we show rain 4 days 80% chance and the Humidity has been chocking! 90 something degrees the past couple days and headed for low 70’s NY at it finest

You can see the yellowing next to the darker leaves in some of these photos
Also in the big single leaf photo this plant has a ton of leaves with these really little dots??? Thoughts??

Seeing it now as nitrogen def. Not a biggie atm but be aware of it when feeding.

I know nothing about growing in dirt or anything about dealing with possible mold problems (i just turn up the dehumidifier) here's a couple pictures frmy last grow that i kept an eye on thinking mold spores.

Thanks Smoke, these dots are hard textured and don’t rub off…is the N deficiency ok at this point in flower? I cut out the heavy N a week or so ago they should have about 4-5 weeks left of flower but I can bump the N again if need be…?

Have you scoped the underside of the leaves? Look up spider mites leaves and you'll see something similar but not exact. Any webs?

Might be too late to put the N back in the dirt as it takes so long to respond but maybe someone with outdoor experience will respond.

I don't think it's spider mites. If those were spider mites you'd see webbing and stuff judging by the picture with as many small white dots as there are.
