10 weeks in flower (4/19)

The green points are hermy-ing again, loads of nanas on both plants

The Platinum Kush are fine but both strains have as much clear as they do amber so I'm going to give em' a few days more, I'm in no rush

Humidity has dropped some but I still have an eye out for wpm etc.

Green point again hey? yep I've a few packs of theirs that will be getting old in my stash. I fked up this grow bad, all seeded from a glowing plug in hydrometer I didn't realize was shinning blue light for close to 4 weeks in flower. I've had to leave my tent open with the high humidity and this dam new CO2/hydrometer was plugged in infront of my tent. I came in a week+ ago before lights on and noticed it so bright I could see my whole basement with a glowing blue light. I had to chop 1 plant already at 5 weeks, all seeds and no buds fk this one is going to hurt.

I've been following your grow with interest, both you and @Chemistry have a similar light related issue going on unfortunately

These plants are real close, I can take em' anytime

when the Platinum Kush didn't germinate I started these gps seeds quick

I hadn't noticed that the plants had started to hermie yet

and I couldn't go back and start something else, I would have been a couple weeks behind

cuz I need this run to finish up at the same time 😕 it's all good, I'm getting there!

Stick with it, you might do ok. 👍 I nearly binned my run when I found out I'd been waking the plants for twenty five minutes right in the middle of lights out, for three weeks, but I'm glad to say I stuck with it, and its turned out just dandy, plants are clever things, its us that f**k it up. 😁 At the very worst you can make good hash. 👌

I have no choice now, I smoke so much I'm barely able to keep a supply and now with what looks like a real disaster I'm fked. All my buds have visible seeds at 5 weeks in flower...sad sad sad
 
I'm going to give the plants the night off (dark) and then tomorrow morning I'll chop and start the trim, it's been about 11 weeks in bloom (4/19)

Second grow in the new house, no major issues

Going to take the rest of the summer off, take it easy

Start again in September, probably with White Rhino

That reminds me I have to get some started , like today. I have to let mine go anyways and I have to start a new batch today anyways when they are done I need replacements ready and that'll be pretty soon I guess. Fk it pisses me OFF!. Its a good think we have a trip coming up I have lots to focus on or i'd be a bit hard to be around me thinks....Rage. runs through my veins.....lol I'll smoke 10 or 20 to get ov...na..I won't get over it.

I've been playing great chess though the last few days maybe rage has some benefits
 
Mid trim taking a break

The Platinum kush I'm going to keep for smoke and I'll probably make hash out of the onyx crush (or crash) from Greenpoint

I'm going to cure them both in the tent, I've got to set that up later

Perfect day for trimming if there is such a thing, overcast, and the word 'dank' comes to mind 😞

Decided to dry trim in the new salad bowl trimmer so that's still down the road a bit

Your trip sounds wonderful I hope you have the best weather too!

Back in '87 when I was teaching myself hydroponics from High times and books available in High times I threw away whole sea-of-green gardens on and off for almost 2 years 😱 frustrating but mistakes happen my friend, hang in there! 👍🏻

I'm afraid to even try the greenpoint seeds.
 
So the buds have been hanging for 5 days, I filled up half a jar and put a hygrometer in it so I'll get an idea, but the humidity hasn't dipped below 70% in a week and it's in the 80s now, it's like walking around underwater here! I don't even think they're dry enough to stay lit if I try to roll one up, which I'm going to do later.

Been a while but I recall I want the buds at 58-62% then I'll put them in the Grove bags, I guess that's how Grove bags work? I've got to go back and read that thread.

It's amazing how much has changed in just 4 years since I left cannabis boards, folks were just starting to make the switch to leds en mass back then.

Finally saw who tore up my blackberry bushes not just the blackberries she tore up the plants she's eating thorn bushes!

it's that deer that stares in the windows at me with the big goofy ears, I just ran her off told her to come back hunting season 😡 that little bastard destroyed all my Blackberry plants
 
So my second grow here in Maine is in the bag! I got almost exactly 5 zips each of platinum Kush and Onyx Crush

The salad bowl spinner exceeded my expectations and the Grove bags seem to be working, opened one today to take some bud out and it smelled fine, not like hay at all, and by now I know what hay smells like 😂🤣😂 So hoping they work out !20250718_135012.jpg20250718_124645.jpg20250718_131614.jpg20250718_140934.jpg

So I bought this as a Christmas present for myself last December and despite smoking 95% hashish since then, in just the few times I've used this it broke recently. waste of money

I mentioned this because I initially posted somewhere about it working well and I couldn't find it so I wanted to mentioned it somewhere
