Hash Plant regular grow

Fan is not working. It is old and no major loss beyond convenience.
I'll pull the little hurricane from the 4x2 and if that does not work well enough I'll use the 'new' Hurricane 12" oscillator that I got two of last year.
It pays to have replacements.

I have grown the Hash Plant before and ordered two packs of 15 seeds when Ethos said they were discontinuing them.
I like them a lot and expect big buds from this grow.
Tent is sitting at 70 with light on so I guess I will hook up an InkBird thermostat to the reptile heater disc.
The RH is horrible[20%] but that is expected in winter here. I just filled up the humidifier, and we'll see where it gets us too.

Here's what BX1 means ;
BX1 in seed breeding refers to the first backcross cycle of a cannabis strain. This process involves crossing a hybrid strain with one of its parent plants to reinforce specific traits and stabilize the strain's characteristics. BX1 seeds inherit a significant portion of the genetics from the original parent plant, increasing the likelihood of preserving and stabilizing the desired traits within the strain. This technique is commonly used to address any dilution or loss of specific characteristics that may occur when creating hybrid strains. By repeatedly crossing with the original parent, breeders aim to achieve a balance between maintaining desired traits and preserving the advantages of hybrid vigor. BX1 seeds can offer a more predictable and stable outcome compared to F2 or F3 seeds, as the genetic influence of the original parent plant is emphasized and maintained through multiple generations of backcrossing. This makes them valuable in the development of cannabis strains with specific, consistent characteristics

Heading out for seed starter soil and then going to get the seeds in the C6 VG. They are getting a quick soak in a bowl now.

70f is not what I want but I will work with it and play from here on out.
Not sure where the dried buds and plant debris came from on the cedar breather~!
That is the black stuff on the floor.
Cedar breather, double layer spiral and who knows how many other names, it is a plastic product that allows air flow through it so the plants will not be sitting on the floor directly.
this vg seed starter looks perfect do you by chance have the stl to print one at home?

So just a brief update.
Everything was getting better and they were up taking water and nutes 2x a week. Seemed like I might have been over the hurdle.
When I went to check them last night I was shocked to see they were wilted and burned badly~!
I was going to take pics but they would have been horrendous.
I really can't believe the issues with this grow.
I have hesitated to repeat my feelings from long ago but I feel the need to say I HATE TENTS~!
I may end up losing 4-5 of the plants as almost all the fan leaves were golden brown and crispy when I watered them last night.
I was thinking I would up pot them and move to the room this weekend but now I will just wait and see if recovery takes place.
Even without this latest issue the plants do not seem to be revegging. I see little growth and change from when I switched them back from 12-12.

That sucks. Any updates?? Luckily, I havent been driven to have to use a tent. For me, a tent is something that has to be used, because you cant use the whole room. IMO they are way to restricted, and unless one has CO2 or huge fresh auir exchange. They are a big compromise. And Co2, the area has to be 100% leak free, or is a waste.

Sorry to hear about your struggles @steamroller I have no doubt you'll be able to whip em back into shape!

Adding some perlite into the mixture should definitely help things out, and another variable to consider is switching to fabric pots! Plastic is great for really warm, dry environments because it holds moisture for much longer but the inverse to that is also that fabric pots work great in the opposite way :) I firmly stand by using fabric pots inside of tents in addition to high perlite soil mixtures, I really like the dryback and I want my plants needing water every 2-3 days.

OK I'm just slacker because I will not run out of weed for years~!
There are still 5 female Hash plants hanging out in the tent and they are starting to show signs of revegging finally.
They are not pretty plants still but have a bright future IMO.
They don't know but their future will be outdoors for the whole summer~!
I will put up some pics when I up pot them and move them out in a couple weeks. Probably second week of this month pending weather.
I debated starting a couple more seeds and putting everyone in the room but outdoors seems to be the best idea at the moment.
Debating getting large [ 25g+] pots since it will only be the 5.
