Pic was taken after 5 days of neglect. They just needed water fortunately. Probably 7-9 days since last watering at least.Other than the droopy one in the back they look healthy and have good colour.![]()

Thanks for taking the time to reply. This is only a suggestion, and considering it looks like you use organics, you may not want to do this, tough generally it all ( chemicals -organics ) to the same things in thee end.
One thing I believe is a huge problem is plants gong almost 9 days between waterings. This means there is no way the roots are getting the oxygen they need for optimum growth, and health. Its a root rot situation, waiting to happen.
Also considering you said it is a cool/colder environment, Id do everything possible to get the temps up to 80f+-84f. 72f lights out-74f. Slight breeze 24/7
Also, while I myself am a HID user-1000w- if using LED, and in a 4 x 4 tent, I would add 200w worth of Halogen light, to supply both heat, and infrared. I would pulse them 2x a day for 30 minutes, and for 60 minutes mid day. I would give them 30 minutes at lights on-60 minutes mid day, and 30 minutes before bed. install them directly overhead, not off to the side. This will supply some heat, and give infrared in ways an LED strip will never match. 700nm-1400nm.
This gives you the analog IR signature without overheating the tent.
- 15–30 minutes at lights‑on (Kickstarts metabolism, warms leaf surfaces.)
- 15–30 minutes at lights‑off (Analog sunset cue, phytochrome relaxation.)
- Optional: mid‑day 30–60 min pulse if temps allow
I generally use Promix BX, and Master Blend 4 18 38, calcium Nitrate-Epsom Salts.
Depending on STARTING WATER -My TAP WATER PPM IS 200-250- f--For seedings first coming up, and first true leaves. I use .8G Master Blend per Gallon water-.4G Epsom Salts per Gallon Water -.8 Gram per Gallon water Calcium Nitrate. Always mix MB First x Epsom Salts Second x Calcium Nitrate Last.
In Promix BX PH Water should be 5.8-6.2. I shoot for in the 5.8s. Promix tries to buffer to 6.2.
I see no drawbacks to low feeds when first coming up. And it nips any potential deficiencies in the bud.
In Veg I give 1.6G MB-.8G Epsom Salts-1.6G Calcium Nitrate.
Early Flowering gets the SAME G Per Gallon water. 1.8g x .8G x 1.6G
Mid flowering, on 9 weeks strain-
3 weeks-6 weeks = 1.8G-.9G x 1.8G = Days 21-42
Finish 1.6G x .8G x 1.6G per Gallon water. Days 43- 63.
Id shoot for dry back every 3-4 days. Maybe 2-3 in smaller pots.
I thought 3 out of 13 was pretty good also.thats a good male to female ratio at least!!! can't wait to see the revegges!!!
.
you feelin any better man?

Nice, love some hash plants! So lost but not forgotten some progress has been made after so many struggles.
I'll try to see if I remember how many things have gone wrong or given me trouble.
First this will probably be the last time I use starter soil.
I believe it played a role in the deficiencies I was seeing.
I have started in Stonington before and probably will from here on out.
Next was just getting used to the new humidifier which while set at 60% brought the tent to a consistent 70%.
Not so much a problem first week or two but after that it wreaked havoc and slowed the uptake of nutrients and water, which reduced the amount of nutrients and water I add in my effort to correct.
Then find out after 3-4 weeks that the timer was never shutting down thus running 24/7 the whole time.
Not the worst thing but was just another jab I did not expect.
After correcting the lighting cycle and getting RH to 50% the soil [ Stonington] just seems to be holding on to water with a death grip again reducing the amount of nutrients I could add since the plants did not dry back hardly at all over 7-9 days.
I ordered 3 cubic feet of perlite to mix with the Stonington which I have not done yet.
I got the plants decent [ not great and flipped them to sex out the males.
2 weeks on 12/12 and I had 3 males out of 13 plants. Many of the females were very slow to show but they all did present little pistils, and I do have 10 out 13 plants being female [ that may be the only win of this grow so far].
Lights have been back at 20/4 hoping for a quicker reveg and honestly the bud sites seem to have continued to form still..
Topped the plants after the 12/12 cycle but I see no progression yet on that front.
The plants are still in the tent in 1 gallon hard pots.
When they turn around, I will repot them probably into 5g buckets and get them back to 18/6.
This is the most sideways grow I have ever had so you all didn't miss anything in my lapse of updates.
Good news is I am prepared to move forward in positive way when the time is right and I am as patient as could be about how long this takes.
I may just bring another light bar or 2 into the tent when they get up potted.
So lost like me but not forgotten here is a pic of them.

Three have grown tall [ I would have bet they were male and the space between nodes is greater than I am used to seeing.
Hoping when the topping takes effect that they may bash up a little.
After 2 weeks on 12/12 all I could see was pistils but 1 week later on 20/4 they have actual bud sites. Go figure~!
Not sure how long they will take to reveg but when they are ready I will uppot and update this again.
I want good sized plants not where they are now so we'll just wait them out and hope they and I get better at this little game.
Thanks for looking in.
Grow BIG~!

Fan is not working. It is old and no major loss beyond convenience.
I'll pull the little hurricane from the 4x2 and if that does not work well enough I'll use the 'new' Hurricane 12" oscillator that I got two of last year.
It pays to have replacements.
I have grown the Hash Plant before and ordered two packs of 15 seeds when Ethos said they were discontinuing them.
I like them a lot and expect big buds from this grow.
Tent is sitting at 70 with light on so I guess I will hook up an InkBird thermostat to the reptile heater disc.
The RH is horrible[20%] but that is expected in winter here. I just filled up the humidifier, and we'll see where it gets us too.
Here's what BX1 means ;
BX1 in seed breeding refers to the first backcross cycle of a cannabis strain. This process involves crossing a hybrid strain with one of its parent plants to reinforce specific traits and stabilize the strain's characteristics. BX1 seeds inherit a significant portion of the genetics from the original parent plant, increasing the likelihood of preserving and stabilizing the desired traits within the strain. This technique is commonly used to address any dilution or loss of specific characteristics that may occur when creating hybrid strains. By repeatedly crossing with the original parent, breeders aim to achieve a balance between maintaining desired traits and preserving the advantages of hybrid vigor. BX1 seeds can offer a more predictable and stable outcome compared to F2 or F3 seeds, as the genetic influence of the original parent plant is emphasized and maintained through multiple generations of backcrossing. This makes them valuable in the development of cannabis strains with specific, consistent characteristics
Heading out for seed starter soil and then going to get the seeds in the C6 VG. They are getting a quick soak in a bowl now.

70f is not what I want but I will work with it and play from here on out.
Not sure where the dried buds and plant debris came from on the cedar breather~!
That is the black stuff on the floor.
Cedar breather, double layer spiral and who knows how many other names, it is a plastic product that allows air flow through it so the plants will not be sitting on the floor directly.
I did not print mine. It is a great tool though.this vg seed starter looks perfect do you by chance have the stl to print one at home?
