Yes it all makes sense. Like the lady, I don't want to ingest the Everclear, and find the hot coffee evaporates most of it. I have looked into reclaiming the alcohol, but for the small amount I need, its one machine less to buy and store. And if the Ethanol works it will quarter the cost. I currently evaporate on the house radiators.

Yes, works just fine, just got to remember you put them on there, or you end end up with a black dot in the middle of the jar.
