I need a bigger tank, so I'll be doing that sooner than later I guess lol. I only have 2 "caves" and 3 fish so maybe that's an issue as well lol.
 
What size tank do you want?

New filters and heaters also.
I bet I have every size besides a 4' 55g.
I stacked field stone to make caves.
You need more caves for sure.

I'm looking for a 75 gallon. But need to get a stand first cause I don't have anything here that'll hold a tank that big.
My floor is already reinforced under the 40 I have now, and I made the reinforcement big enough to upgrade to a bigger tank.
I have tons of field stone right outside the back door too, there's a stone wall fence right there.

Most likely will only be 2 fish now until I get more.

I have a couple new 65 that fits a 36x18 foot print like 40breeders. It is just taller than the 40b.
I know I have one 75g I blew the glass out of trying to drill.
New tanks are tempered on sides also now~!:oops:

Make a stand out 2x4 and 2x6.
I made all my own stands.
Cheaper and stronger.
I can make plans/cut list for you and link a Video or thread showing how.
You don't even have to skin it. Some use a sheet [ cloth ] or table covers for easy access.
You could use cinder blocks instead with minimal wood.
Stands they sell are crap usually press board that is waiting for water.
Old school metal stands should really only go on concrete floors like in a basement.

This stand I notched the 2x6 so it was super lite and easy.
200 gallons in those 3 tanks.
All weight goes to the corners on stands.
That was 4 2x4@8 feet and 2 2x6@10 feet and 1 2x6@8feet.
You don't need to notch though just straight cuts and 3 inch screws.
Size of tank accounts for materials but for just one tank probably 1/2 of what I listed.

I still have a 120g ' reef tank' but only live rock and brittle stars now~!

At my peek I had over 80 tanks ranging from 2.5g to 180g.
Still have the 180 and 120 running.
I bred fish and shipped them as far as Guam.
I have a fish buddy in Ha and we shipped fish back and fourth pretty regularly.

Just another cookie mix.
I can tolerate certain cookies strains and crosses, but overall they are not my choice.
Too often when I see something that interest me I am put off if the lineage is anything cookie.
Chocolate flavored smoke has no interest to me. Same with cheeses.
Still looking for the most cherry cherry is kind of fun.
Grape for another win~! Really have not had a bad tasting grape, but I haven't tried the Grape Crescendo I grew last grow yet.
The crescendo had rough odors until cured for well over 4 weeks. Probably close to 8.

Yeah I'm hunting more fruity/sour/skunky stuff.
The aroma of the gelato is nice, but the smoke is so bad. Its not terrible in a joint, but in a bong its gnarly.

I don’t like any of the Gelato’s! Not a one. Like Steamy, I don’t like the cookie strains either. Give me grapes cherries grapefruits mango and skunks!
 
Whelp, I guess for better or for worse, I’ll be able to chime in on this anti-gelato feeling after this coming tent grow is harvested/dried and cured.

I’m currently growing an Apple Gelato that is supposed to be up to 35% THC.
I’m really excited to see what happens in 10 to 12 weeks (flipped last evening).

A lot of things higher than about 17% to 20% usually makes me cough, but that’s also stuff from the dispo, and dispo weed all seems to make me cough. So it’ll be interesting to see what a high potency home grown bud is like.

I grew some Future One that tested out 37.020 in a State run lab..guess what? I didn’t like it!
 
I’ve smoked a lot of different strains or whatever we call them now, mostly it was dispo weed, but I’ve certainly tried hundreds.

There are literally no high potency bud on my list of buy or grow at any opportunity.
Most of mine are in the teens, so it’ll be interesting how that changes or doesn’t.

I’ll certainly keep this place updated, my daughter is really picky on smell, taste and throat/lung impact. If she likes it, it‘s usually really good. I used to smoke $5 bags of something that may or may not have been related to cannabis. It wasn’t always easy back in those days. So I put up with far more than she will. I’ll update with both opinions, hers and mine.
 
So, I was all excited about buying a new car a few weeks back. Thennn, after having test drove one and liking it, started reading consumer reviews.
Well that put a big turd in the punch bowl! All of the new Nissan suvs have the three cylinder turbo in it. Great gas mileage, but extremely faulty if exposed to dust. I live five miles down a gravel road! A suv that can’t handle dust? Really?
Over and over ppl reported the engine gave a loud bang and blew up going down the highway.
Ummm no thanks!
Truthfully not finding much of anything with good consumer ratings. Or that fits my needs. (Electronic target must fit)..
So, for now, my search continues…

Had that problem when we went searching in 2016.

You can’t win these days but you can do okay. Word of mount sort of works but everyone has a bios. Just do your best to look for any past recalls or known online issues.

And what was the point of dad going around kicking the tires anyway? 😝🍀

when i was a youngin we had the Tuskarora 500 around here. a small town outside tamaqua (coal regions) and big areas were flat coal waste lots and we carved a 1/2 mile oval in one.. every summer we all got together and brought a $100 car (back then you could still get something decent for $100) that was the rule, car slip had to be under $100.. everything else goes!!!

man we had so much fun back then, nobody ratted, nobody called the cops, it was just fun.. i think maybe the difference is back then we cleaned up after ourselves and didn't leave trash behind so it wasn't an eye sore.

i miss that area, beautiful country man. we would camp out at a place named the hidden campsite where if you didn't have at least 33's you weren't getting there!!!!

that whole dust thing has to be BS.. any good cold air intake can filter dust. of coarse you can't always/don't want to have to because of warranties and junk. but ALL automotive air filters can be modified to work properly if that was the only issue you had with it.

for me it would be the 3 cyl thing that would have me running.. i bet my tractor has more horsepower!

edit>> @CannaGranny , do you think Gassy Cream Cake would be a decent selection for me to SCROG? i was going with sour D but i think they're duds and need a back up.

The Gassy Cream Cake is one I have not grown, yet. I’m seeing videos from a hydro shop in St Louis that scrog all of Redbeards stuff and it’s all doing well. Everything I have grown of his I have scrogged and it’s all done well. So, go for it!
