honestly just trying to make it through the next week/week and a half then transplant time. After this run, I will pick my keepers and go back to running 4 or 6 plant scrog. These last two seed runs were a nice change, but Im looking forward to less plants and really dialing in a few of these strains.Nice mate..they are doing incredibly well in those small pots.I’m surprised the roots aren’t busting out .thought of trying those air prune pots bud ?.I reckon they would work well in your instance and when you up pot the roots would take off better…

Damn bro! Looking hella good in there
Hey Nesta, one question, as I use canna A & B coco I supplement cal/mag, I guess it's un-nessary huh? SSgrowerIm really excited to start this diary. I will be testing out @dragonsflamegenetics Blackberry Moonshine Bx1 x TriangleSkunk. A huge thanks to Jeff for letting me give this awesome sounding cross a run!
Details here:
Lights: 2 HLG 100s seedling/early veg - AC 2x4 tent
Phlizon FD8000 for late veg/flower -AC 4x4 tent
Medium: Cannacoco (perhaps 20% perlite)
Nutrients: Canna Light, Canna A&B, Cannazyme, PowerSi, Mr. Fulvic, Orca
Containers: Solo cups for seedlings/early veg then into 2 gal plastic containers.
Watering System: Once in the 2 gals, I will setup the Blumats. Generally running the nutes at 1/4-1/2 strength.
I have 11 DFG testers beans and would like to flower out 12 in the 4x4, so for shits and giggles, im also popping 5 Pluto S1s from Gas House. So far im 0-6 germinating these beans, so we’ll see if they make it. My last germination I tried the float tech method and it worked great, so doing that again.
Please follow along and provide comments and feedback along the way. Should be a good ride! Lets gooooo!

I as well, I use 3% h2o2 in a cocktail glass and when the tail appears, I directly plant into 3-5 gal most of the time. Some I use solo's to get started for a "Staggered" start in my perpetual grows. SSgrower Cheers Max!I’m same..do you guys plant shoot up but on an angle.it helps pull the seed pod off as it moves up.old timers taught me this in the eighties.seeds allways know which way is down.I plant soon as I see the tail appear a mm or 2.

That looks awesome @Nesta! Gonna be a good harvest!Got most everything transplanted into 2 gal containers. I was three short, so those went into 1 gals. May transplant into 2 gals later, we’ll see. I decided to throw in a Jealousy and a Forum Cut GSC to bring the total count to 16 in the 4x4. A few were out pacing the others, so I topped them to try to keep a more even canopy. Will let these go a week or so before flipping to 12/12. Will install blumats when I get back to town Thursday. Things should start getting interesting!
Here is the current strain count:
11 Blackberrymoonshine x TriangleSkunk
3 Pluto S1s
1 Forum Cut GSC
1 Jealousy

These will grow a few main tops and the rest trimmed away. I ran 12 last grow and it defoliation was pretty easy.I'd lose my mind trying to defoliate 16 plants in a 4x4, I could not manage, cudo's Nesta. SSgrower
100% Coco. Last run I ran some with 100% coco and some with a 70/30 coco/perlite mix. I found the 100% coco ran the best, especially with the Blumats. Is that pure coco media or is it a mix?
Thought so. The media looked like pure coco. Have you had any pH issues running pure coco? In my pure coco media runs I noticed that the media liked to drop pH when I'd check runoff. That and it likes A LOT of Mag.100% Coco. Last run I ran some with 100% coco and some with a 70/30 coco/perlite mix. I found the 100% coco ran the best, especially with the Blumats.
I’m running Cannacoco nutrients with no dry amendments. I run them in blumats with a few other supplements, but I’ve had no pH issues. With bluemats you don’t water till runoff. I run 1/4 strength nutrients, and the coco stays wet 100% of the time, so no runoff. I only have one Coco run under my belt, but no issues really to report.Thought so. Are you running dry amendments and doing straight water feedings with the blu mats?
I ran a recipe like yours for a friend that I was tending garden for. I liked Canna. They performed similar to Dutch Masters or House and Garden nutrients. IIRC, the reason I didn't use them was they were pricey nutes.Thats correct, these are salt based nutes.
I run the following regimen through the Blumats:
CannaCoco A + B
Cannazyme
Rhizotonic
CalMag
Mr. Fulvic
Orca
Drip Clean
There is a lot of noise out there that Blumats dont work with coco. I only have one grow under my belt with them in Coco, but so far im really happy with the results. I have several organic soil grows under my belt with them, running straight water. In between my grows I ran an H202 solution through them a few times to clean everything out, and then set them back up for this run. ICMag has a really good thread with a lot of case studies on what works and what doesn’t with Blumats. Most issues are caused by the user’s with improper setup. Def wouldn’t run organics through them.
If they were running straight water and dry amendments in their medium, there shouldn’t be anything to clog the blumats. Who knows though. Jeremy from BuildaSoil recently ran an episode where he explains how to set them up. That is fairly close to what I do. If running straight water or even fairly clean salt nutes the majority of “run away” drippers comes from air in the line. That could come from improper installation or letting the reservoir run out of water. I have had the res run out and it’s important to bleed the main line and reset all the drippers if that happens. I’m certainly no expert, but have run them for the past year perpetually, and love them. No pumps, just gravity.I ran a recipe like yours for a friend that I was tending garden for. I liked Canna. He was running in a coco heavy peat perlite mix. It was a special blend he had developed and had a local nursery make up for him. I was hand feeding so no drip clean.
One of the issues some of my friends have had with BM's are something to do with them overwatering. Not sure if some sediment got into the system and jammed the valve open or something of that nature. I just remember them telling me they really loved the system when they had to travel on business or vacation. All of them ran dry amendments.
Even without the organics running through the system do you have to run a cleaning process after harvest through the system or does the drip clean keep it clean enough to be ready for the next run?
Great white + pure coco produces the big girl roots.100% Coco. Last run I ran some with 100% coco and some with a 70/30 coco/perlite mix. I found the 100% coco ran the best, especially with the Blumats.
Im gonna try out Mr Fulvic cuz I give em Diamond Nectar and evidently it doesnt do much.Thats correct, these are salt based nutes.

Dang they look GREAT man. What is your defoliation plan cuz....yeah its thick in there lol. I've learned my lesson and will be defoliating lots this next run.Almost a week since transplant and things look great. No change in feeding regiment. I was able to hook up the Blumats today though! Im going to let these go one more week then flip.

Did you find Great White more effective than Orca? I have seen recommendations for each of them and some for running them together.Great white + pure coco produces the big girl roots.
Never used Diamond Nectar, so cant speak to it. I have been happy with Mr. Fulvic.Im gonna try out Mr Fulvic cuz I give em Diamond Nectar and evidently it doesnt do much.
Thanks Zombie! I will trim everything but the main tops off. Will likely drop a trellis on these for support. I am vegging for another week so I can get good cuttings from each plant.Dang they look GREAT man. What is your defoliation plan cuz....yeah its thick in there lol. Dude I started using that great white stuff and been filling my brutes w roots lol. Makes terrible bread though. Smelled kind of like yeast, I dunno. My first time using mycorrhizae and am pretty pleased with Big Foot.

Killin it bro! Really looking forward to this oneIts been about two weeks since my last update. Some of you may have stopped by my “oh shit thread” where the kind folks here at BB helped me quickly identify P lockout due to too much Calmag. A special thanks to @Anthem275 for quick diagnosis and a plan for correction and we are back on track. I flushed the most affected plants with straight 5.8 ph water and did a reservoir change with no Calmag or Fulvic. Most of the plants corrected on their own. The most severe took a few days to respond, but all 16 are back to praying with nice green new growth. Some don't look the best today, but much better than they did a few days ago. Will keep an eye on them and gradually add back in Calmag and Fulvic. These are getting pretty tall, so im hoping to flip to 12/12 soon! Oh, everything has been defoliated and lollipopped in anticipation of the flip.
