This little keyboard....lol (mobile)I'll brb lol
This little keyboard....lol (mobile)I'll brb lol
This is why we can't have nice things loldaughter got into my new seeeds
found the 3 out of 4 packs but they are all mixed up now, dont know what is what, so FUCK EM.
out of sight and out of mind, guess i wont have those.
just the 4 i planted, and hope those fucking WORK
otherwise, yea, my planned out run is fucked if those 4 seeds/plants dont fucking grow worth a fuck
cause now i CANT FUCKING REPLANT THEM
im fuckin defeated
fucking fuck
FUCK FUCK FUCK
They perked right up,afterPruned. (just the drip plants mainly)
More oxygen and nutrients the rootzone can supply for the next new growth
Removed big fan leafs blocking the lower nodes
Removed the lower lowest nodes as thats too low and close to the media, in my way/drip way.
The white coloring is oxidation, lol.
I love how much cleaner the wool can be
No loose "dirt" bullshit.
The dwc kinda stalled out, dried out, water line was not there, lol.
Kratky cups are still goin strong it seems, ive been changing the solution every 2 days or so, probably dont need to as often but, fresh supply and o2 dose
Now time to seal it up, get temps and rh up mid 80s/70s, and they'll be backtowards the light, more so, PPFD back up 25-50% from 5%, 200-450ppfd
(gotta turn it down to take pictures, or my phones camera processing makes it so yellow
This is why we can't have nice things lol
Yup 18 years left till then, lol. Love her to death thoughDoesn’t change much when they get older…not until they move out and have to buy their own crap. Then they get it. So you have about 20+ years to train yours.![]()
Ok did that on 2/4 of those see what happensDrybacks.....roots start spitting out ......gotta hit those dry backs...lol

Too soggy?
Besides everything else lol, I think it is.Too soggy
Only did one RW cube 16 months ago. Fail big time. Do better other ways. I find this interesting but doubt I’ll try again any time soon.
Well, it's a lot more "sensitive" media, inert, sterile, not messy like soil or coco, no restrictions to the plant basically, ALOT more control. You let me see what I’m missing, or avoiding, depends on the outcome.![]()
Ill try to show what I mean about the root "splintering" don't want disturb these one's thoughBesides everything else lol, I think it is.
At first I thought i was doing too dry on the SEED STARTS because the root looks like its "splintering" or "breaks" like a zigzag down the sides , making me think too dry, but rn st lights off these cubes are more than likely too wet so I shake some out

It's a "high-performance" media
Little learning curve at first but I understand the concept and how to use them about now
I'm rooting these out and then I'll probably move them in the 5x /grow bags and "mom" em out from there
That’s unexpected. It seems also very important on how you place the seed in or on the cube.
It seems also very important on how you place the seed in or on the cube.
Yea so you can place the seed on top and just let it do it's thing, but if you push in it too much into the hole, into the cube it seems it can get a little too tight for the shell and seed to shed...That’s unexpected.
More PK- to/than N for roots.Using less water and a PkN ratio
So you use this recipe to seedlings after they emerge the media, huh? I use Foop Garden & FF big bloom usually, FF is susposed to help seedlings, earthworm castings I guess,Cheers bropopped another seed lol
made another "starter" solution.
i would use 0ppm water but i am currently out, so tap it was. final E.C ended at 0.2 so not bad. 5.4-5.5 pH
tap/1/gal
5.0mL mr fulvic
6.5mL H2O2 (34%)
5.9mL Ca(CIO)2
citric acid with less than 2% SiO4 to ph targ
Establish root zone, then increase N-pK for canopy, and start HFFMore PK- to/than N for roots.
Yeah I mix my own nutrient solutionsSo you use this recipe to seedlings after they emerge the media, huh? I use Foop Garden & FF big bloom usually, FF is susposed to help seedlings, earthworm castings I guess,Cheers bro
Because main macro "building blocks "for roots are PKMore PK- to/than N for roots.
Trying to grow mine.Yeah I mix my own nutrient solutions
Well that's what I "flush" the media withYeah I mix my own nutrient solutions

Yeah definitely works just takes some timeTrying to grow mine.![]()
This is why i began FF big bloom for the roots!Because main macro "building blocks "for roots are PK
Yea, basically a flower nutrient ratio, so I'll give them my starter solution (seeds), and then after the emerge keep starter solution till they are actually putting there first leafs passed cotyledons out and then switch to PKn ratio to get a root system going, and then switch to my NpK solution for canopy growth/vegThis is why i began FF big bloom for the roots!
I'm not sure about using (kelp) in NpK solutionYea, basically a flower nutrient ratio, so I'll give them my starter solution (seeds), and then after the emerge keep starter solution till they are actually putting there first leafs passed cotyledons out and then switch to PKn ratio to get a root system going, and then switch to my NpK solution for canopy growth/veg
Ive been using small amounts of soluble kelp in my starter and pkn solution
That's the idea anyways.Yea, basically a flower nutrient ratio, so I'll give them my starter solution (seeds), and then after the emerge keep starter solution till they are actually putting there first leafs passed cotyledons out and then switch to PKn ratio to get a root system going, and then switch to my NpK solution for canopy growth/veg

Old vape? LolI’m making mush ATM.

Cannabis leaves, mulch, and old vape. Sprayed with whey & molasses.
Smells a lot like a beer wort. Hoping no rot.![]()
Getting my SOPs down and water chem More understood, additives, hormones, nutrients, acids and bases, other beneficial compounds I can use with sterile growing, etc.Yea, basically a flower nutrient ratio, so I'll give them my starter solution (seeds), and then after the emerge keep starter solution till they are actually putting there first leafs passed cotyledons out and then switch to PKn ratio to get a root system going, and then switch to my NpK solution for canopy growth/veg

I micro-dose and mix my starter solution in a "spray bottle" that way I can control ratio's of nutrients and "Aim" my watering at the immediate plant or plants I am starting. Great thread by the way. We need to discuss our tactics of growing to expound our knowledge and expand it,right? This is why i began FF big bloom for the roots!
So recently i got the FF flower trio salts, its Cha-Ching, Beastie Bloomz, and Open Sesame. Seems to be working fantastic! Ill definitely continue using it in flower with the FF grow big in veg only. This is why i began FF big bloom for the roots!
Why not? If it can still get you high in cooking why not use as carbon for compost? Hoping it speeds fermentation.Old vape? Lol
i was confused on applicationWhy not? If it can still get you high in cooking why not use as carbon for compost? Hoping it speeds fermentation.![]()

the whole point of grow forums, no?starting. Great thread by the way. We need to discuss our tactics of growing to expound our knowledge and expand it,right?
