The Buggy Thread

fuck man. i've got a serious pest issue in the form of deer. like hell if i'm putting any cannabis outdoors here with those assholes roaming around. gotta figure out how to keep em out, soon. plan is to turn a couple acres into farm land, and i won't have shit to sell if the deer eat all my income lol
Coyote or wolf piss google it , hang it up and works great short term ! Course an arrow or bullet works great as well

I have them all over for the last two months. Supposed to be every 10-25 years I thought depending on the species but we get them every year now. Husks every where before and now bodies until morning. Something seems to get them over night.

Half inch holes all over the place.

Hello all! I inadvertently brought unwelcomed guests in my tent I was about to set up for rdwc. A week ago I was gifted 2 of these

Dunno what I was gonna do w them, but they were unexpected and free. I open my tent yesterday to c a couple of tiny, black flies, I assume fungus gnats that came from the gifts? I got this pic of a floater in a pan of water

I hear that they can still reproduce in water w/out soil. Not taking a chance and just bagged the freebies and threw them out and gonna grab some yellow stickys. Should I be taking any other measures in eradicating them? Should I wait to put water in my rdwc and the accompanying seedlings? Thank you in advance for any insights, suggestions

@SSHZ or @Aqua Man might be helpful.

So far I’ve only had spider mites and aphids. That’s more than enough thank you.

If they persist look into Mosquito Bits.

I'm hoping just getting rid of the dumb plants, and sticky traps will work. Hopefully there will b no need at looking back to this post to remind me of the product you suggested. I believe I caught them early on and they don't seem like a terrible pest from what I'veresearched, but still a pest. Lesson learned early, don't take pot plants from an unknown source :)
