Problem is, I've been working on this wood project and been keeping the garage open since I was using polyurethane and other volatile shit so temps have been hitting almost 90F in the tent. That's done though and I can pivot back to focusing on getting them moving explosively.

Figure tomorrow or Sunday I'll be getting the reservoir cleaned up and probably plumb it up to feed these girls multiple times a day. Start driving that growth as any hydro system should.
 
Haven't forgot about these, or this thread. Just the not exciting part of the grow so keeping things minimal. Almost ready for clones to be taken. Probably do that this weekend. They sure are moving along reasonably well though.

Actually I thought you were stealing my idea. One of the issues I have in the 5 x 5 is access to the back of the tent. I have it set up in a corner in my office so I only have 2 sides that I have access to.

I decided to make a base where I could stick a pole in it with a platform on top so that I can lay on it over the canopy and be able to reach the back of the tent.

you're a pretty fart smeller! I used to have that problem too with my 4x4. Not an issue anymore, though I'm sure my dumbass is going to way overgrow the tent this run because now i have all the access, and i'm a fuckin idiot lol

I sprung a leak from a crack at the base of the manifold, so off to home Depot to retrieve a new one.

Just about shit my pants boys lol the meter reader showed up, with the tent wide open and plants sitting in the middle of the garage. The meter requires a walk right by the garage to read it. So, I threw em in the trunk of my car and shut off the lights in the tent real quick like and walked out to bullshit with him.

Fuckin close call boys.
 
As much as I don't want to, I'm gonna have to go back to using potassium silicate as a buffer. Just applied my normal 10ml pH down to drop from 6.2 to 5.5, and apparently that was way too much because the res ended up at 4.3. absolutely no buffering from this water source. Dang it.
 
yes, there's shit on my shit. i need to get some fans so that stagnant air isn't sitting around and letting shit grow that i don't want growing.

but, plumbing is in and automated now. gonna try something a little different this round with having the mixing pump kick on whenever the feed pump kicks on. ladies also got a haircut before going back in the tent.

now, to figure out how to set the speeds on the two fans separate from one another on that controller. it's the basic t6 controller and i'm kinda dumb about how it works. problem is with the prefilter on the intake fan, it has too much drag to keep up with the exhaust, but with no prefilter, the exhaust has too much restriction to keep up with the intake so the tent becomes a ballon. if i could set the intake just two speeds higher than the exhaust, i think i could get equilibrium.

Leave the filter and remove the intake fan imo… 2 fans will always fight eachother without advanced controls and dampers.

nah, did that before and keeping the environment in check was a motherfucker. i had it dialed in last round, but i also wasn't running a carbon filter. i gotta dig through my electronics shit and see if i still have the other fan controller. if i do, i'll get this working right.

even if i had all the vents open on the tent, the t6 pulls so much air the tent ends up with the sides sucked in like a hooker giving a client her grade A work. plus, light blasting into the night isn't good for opsec.

i picked up some vent filter material when i grabbed the manifold, so imma fuck with that and see if it performs better than the tights the lady brought home. i asked for pantyhose and she brought home tights. dunno how a simple instruction of "cheapest pantyhose you can find, black preferably" turned into "let's buy him quality tights." and, before y'all ask, if i choose to wear tights or pantyhose, y'all would be blessed to witness it in person. it's important to stay in touch with your feminine side 😝

if only WA govt would remove head from anus and allow rec grows, then I could quit being old school. The ONLY reason I'm running a carbon filter is because the kids started school and after the last run I was walking around smelling like I was rolling around with the ladies, and not the ambrosia type. Had a clerk at a gas station ask me if I'd just finished some devil's lettuce (I don't even consume anymore) and realized, well fuck. If I smell like weed, then that means my kids do too. My kids go to school smelling like weed, CPS shows up. CPS shows up, I get busted. Soooo... here we are.

Plus, apparently I didn't do enough due diligence before buying the property I did, because 142 ft from my house lives a sheriff. It's awesome.

Totally Understand that. No kids here and dead nuts in the center of 13 acres in Mich with our 12 plants . But they are suposed to be under lock n key.

Mich figured out how to do legalization somewhat sensibly. I don't think any other state has anywhere near as rational laws, at least out of the legal states.

We lived two houses away from a state cop in fl. At one point he told me I needed a new filter ! I was like fuck I’m busted , got the new filter and he said thank you ! Never said another word or busted us thank you Jesus 🙏
 
yeah i don't think cops typically want to shit where they sleep, or fuck with their neighbors. their home is their safe space, they don't want work bothering em there.

one of these days i need to gather up the family and go talk to the guy. i'm pretty sure he has a couple youngins about the ages of mine, and i'm itching to let some rounds off and I've been told by locals so long you don't shoot at anyone else's house, it's legal to shoot on your own property in this county. with LEO so damn close, I don't want to catch any serious charges because of some commoner's words ya know?
 
Not grow related but a little proud of this project. In the inspection report, the inspector listed the crown needing repaired. It wasn't terrible but was obvious it needed a little more than some cracks filled.

So, I found some elastomeric shit online (expensive shit, too) and finally had time today to knock it out. Cleaned and prepped the chimney for waterproofing tomorrow, and applied this elastomeric sealant all over the crown. Should be good for at least five years me thinks.

Been stewing in my own issues lately and neglecting the clones. Almost lost two. Shit happens.

I’ll keep a closer eye here. Keep getting drawn back to the shroom thread more but you got a lot going on here too. 👍
