We used to make a trip once a year on the bikes to get buffalo wings, in Buffalo. Supposed to be the original place it started but they all say that.

Love wings but dislike how many places in this region use Frank's hot sauce. I vastly prefer Crystal but none of the grocery stores carry it up here.I've heard the original Buffalo Wings were served cold. Mostly because they were deep fried then sauced up at Bills game tailgate parties in sub-zero temps so after the fryer they got cold pretty fast. The hotter the sauce the better to beat the cold.

Man I used to give the neck away until I made stew one year, now I keep every single one and the hearts too!

I had to google Crystal. I don't think I've ever seen that around here. I put Frank's on everything, but I like to try different stuff.
