Cool. I’ll see if my wife knows about them. Looks to good not to try at least once.

Iirc G$ said that’s what I call a panzerotti. Can be deep fried or baked. We make our own. Like a huge pizza pocket.

I got into roti working downtown for years. Chicken and chickpeas are the favourite but you can get beef, lamb and goat too. This is where I get ours. Extra gravy and hot sauce. 🤤

read this in an article about willie nelson...

and in a few weeks, Willie and Annie Nelson will release “Willie and Annie Nelson’s Cannabis Cookbook,” an easy extension of the couple’s long-held belief that both marijuana and food hold medicinal properties. Annie says the book was born out of necessity when Willie had pneumonia and couldn’t smoke, so she started making edibles to relieve his night terrors.

“He was a great taste tester,” she says.

Without missing a beat, he jumps in, “Still am!”

@Stoneyluv

Boil diced potatoes in a pot with just enough water to cover them.

In a frying pan dice an onion and two celery sticks, simmer with butter.

Chop a chicken breast and put in with boiling potatoes.

Once potatoes are soft add chopped carrots and peas.

To make things faster add a can of cream of chicken soup. Then add either a can of chicken rice or chicken noodle soup.

Once the onion and celery are soft add flour and stir into boiling potatoes. Add milk to thin and add body, simmer until ready to serve.

Amounts she does by eye. The potato pot is the main cooking utensil.

Love to see beef tallow becoming a thing again.

You can get free beef fat from Costco, just by asking one of their butchers back there packing meats. It'll need a little bit more trim to get 100% of the meat out but yeah it's pretty ez to get 5-10lbs of beef fat for tallow from costco for free

Thinking about my T-day bird. Gotta huge breast out in the deep freeze, a jar of herbal brine, and was considering smoked, air fried, smoke + fry but then this landed in my inbox
