I gave mine a sexy but snooty British accent. When i don’t listen to her she gets upset, sighs, and says recalculating. 🤣

My wife says it nice to know it’s not just her I don’t listen too for directions. 😳😝

Good Morning Granny, i really like this doing all the deeds on one day. to me it sounds like your measurements that you use come from experience and i rally like how it takes the guess or the opinion out of it if you will.. like most scrogs i've read about have been a veg under screen until a certain percentage is filled.. i like the sound of your way better, no guessing on percentages. just grow the plant to this said height and then squash n flip and if it goes the way it should the screen will be filled after stretch. am i understanding that correctly

You got it! People vegging under screen etc is not scrogging as they like to call it, it’s trellising. Scrogging is going to cause the plant a little stress, just exactly what I want. Trellising changes nothing, you are still giving preference to one main cola, versus every node on the stem. If I can have one main cola or six on a limb..I’m choosing six! I also like the fact that the colas are all even sized and get the same amount of light.
On both size tables, 18 and the 24” I like for the plant to be at least six inches taller than the table, more than six even better.
I am giving the girls some organic tea and some flower girl bloom boosters today, I will fim the plants in 3-4 days and within the week I will table them.
I plan on doing a vid showing you everything I do on tabling day.
Im going in this grow with five plants. Three under the 5x5, one under the 4x4 and the midget plant on a 2x7 table.
So much easier to just show you. This process easily triples my take. So far my best take was Redbeards Orange Widow. One plant on the 4x4 dried and jarred for a total of 15 zip.

Hey Max! Great to see you! I have three tables. A 5x5 a 4x4 and a 2x7. Three under the five, one under the four and that midget ass indica on the two by seven.IMG_3398.jpegIMG_3400.jpeg
Generally my veg period is 5-6 weeks.
This is the five I will be working with this time..

I have an Orange Widow outside. You sold me with your description of it being a daytime work weed :). I don't know about yield yet, but it is the tallest and widest of my outdoor plants. And that is after I broke an entire branch off after the second topping. She really likes it outdoors here, so far.

Yup, ya already convinced me to dig it up..(took forever for the soil to resettle)
Imma skip the red lights, don’t need much more of a stretch on the other four.
That Midget Ass plant is going to be left to its own devices!

She is for sure daytime get your work done weed! Warning tho..I smoke it start a job go off to get something for that job..see something else that needs to be done, stop there..repeat process. So in essence I don’t get anything completed..but..I’m happy about it!
She has been the heaviest indoor take I have ever had. I got 15 zip off of a 4x4 table. She puts on really long buds. Smells yummy too!

I'm glad my wife isn't on here. She might slip out and chop the orange widow, if she read your post. I already have a natural tendency to head towards something I want to accomplish only to veer off course and piddle with something different. She'd never do that, of course. She would, however, give me a speech about it, lol.

Thanks so much for confirming this Granny, i'm glad you did because somewhere i got mixed up before and i only had the screen at 12" so i moved up the brackets and have it at 18" now.

these plants are indy's for sure. on the smaller of side of that too.. these two plants where the two that didn't make the cut when i put all the soil plants in flowering.

so now that i have the correct heights lined up i have a little more growing to go and will probably be at least two weeks behind ya.

I appreciate you Granny!! I'm interested to see how you table the areas with more than one plant under the screen. to me it sounds like wrangling chickens.. maybe i'm over complicating it in my head.

side question, have you already cleaned up their downstairs with the lollipopping? or do you do all that at once too?

All is good good in the woods hood. Been on the farm since coming back from St Louis Saturday. Enjoying some gorgeous weather too. Sitting on my south porch with a big fat orange tomcat and my one hitter. Life is good. Hoping the same for you! Thanks for checking in on me! 🥰

That sounds nice Granny, oh i miss having a porch. Idk if it's just me but it would calm me to contemplate on the porch, just thinking away watching nature... Love it
 
The times, they are a changin.

Cool overnight temps are showing up here in hadean west. This week we have had highs in the 80s. That’s crazy-talk. We don’t get those temps until Thanksgiving, however, this year seems like everything has been 10 to 15 degrees below normal. We actually have a VPD that doesn’t look like the national debt!

The plants are truly enjoying the weather. I’ve been able to skip waterings and no one looks any worse for wear. Everyone is perky and showing the fruits of their labors.

We were looking at a likely up-tick in temps toward the weekend and into next week, but every news reporter learned the term Omega Block, so now there are no reliable forecasts. It is already dropping into the 50s overnight, that too us usually sometime in October, not early September.

Enjoy the days and weeks my friends, for the times, they are a changin.

It's a shitty joke on the constant stream of "thoughts and prayers" that follow every school shooting. Like the one that happened the same day and got little to no coverage...

I did not like the guy but that doesn’t mean that I'm glad he was killed. He was murdered in cold blood and that's never a good thing. I'm just flabbergasted at the collective outrage over the death of a man that spewed so much hate. I guess that's how it goes when you've made your living being so polarizing/devisive.

The shooter hasn't even been identified and yet the left is to blame...
 
Funny how different our perception of things are.
Im actually going to stay out of this one. One, because those of us that have some years behind us are very staunch in our convictions and not always understood nor appreciated and two, I’m old..I’m gray..get the fuck offa my lawn!😜
 
Can you show me where he spewed hate? It's more like progressives hated what he said. The world is divided he was trying to use dialog in a peaceful way to bring both sides of the discussion to the table.
 
tiny brain take: it’s not left or right anymore -- it’s messy. violence is lazy thinking; history already tried it. maybe we notice each other’s strengths, admit our gaps, and keep talking like adults. we all bleed red, and i’m grateful we get to argue from keyboards, not streets 🙃

The world is SOO divided and that's what they want. They want you to believe it's right or left. It's a spectrum. Always has been. The sides they show are the FAR right and FAR left.

i believe the platforms he stood on are hateful. We apparently disagree and that's fine. To me it's about morals and I can't stand with a guy that could debate/argue some off his points.

Just because the guy did so with a calm and polite demeanor doesn't mean that the message behind it isn't hateful.

That doesn’t mean the guy should've been murdered in cold blood. It's a tragedy, for sure, on several levels. I'm only concerned with the collective outrage that's been lacking for, in my opinion, much more just causes.
