The stew was deceptively filling none of us could finish a hole bowl. Said it served 6 but it filled three bowls. Should have left some to freeze.

Air fried chicken and tots rolled in melted tallow then air fried along with a side of green beans and country gravy

man your chicken dish totally inspired ours tonight!!! it was the gravy that got me man,,, calling my name!!!!

also air fried, skinless chicken leg quarter dry rubbed in that salt free season you told me about.. a twice baked tater instead of tots.. and man the gravy!! i put some local mushrooms in and xtra black pepper!!

Man it came out so dank, I slow cooked a deer neck for 12 hours and just let it fall apart, then diced up veggies, tossed em in and pressure cooked em for 2 minutes and done.
But smelling that neck roast for 12 hours was just awful, my stomach was pissed it couldn't have any 🤣

Thanksgiving turkey can do that to me. Smelling it all day you go through hunger pains. Then you’re sick of it and think you couldn’t even eat it. Then it’s out of the oven and you’re drooling for it.
 
torturing the family all day with the slow cooker is my favorite sadistic things to do!!!! :devilish: it's like a smell timer, once it permeates the entire house then it's time to eat!!! haha

i like chicken and turkey. oh who we kidding i pretty much like every animal!!! hell i spent a few months in wuxi china, if you can eat there you can eat anything!!!
 
Made curry a couple nights ago and it just wasn't hot enough even though the paste had like 5 peppers on it describing it as hot.
I think I may have found something to kick it up a bit. Thought about maybe habanero but skipped right on over those and grabbed these....

Im from Maryland, and that looks more like a "crab fritter" than a crab cake.......lol It can only be broiled dude! Well, I guess it can be cooked any ole way, but that's a crime in these parts. I'll work on the wife to make some soon, so I can get a pic.

it was crab deliciousness is what it was!!!! defiantly not a traditional style. i used onion, cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, old bay, black pepper. rolled the outsides in more breadcrumbs and cooked in an air fryer.
