All I know is that agar agar tastes like shit lol@ninjadip does lollipops.
He may have some insight on gummies.
I'm sorry, I don't have much help on that. I do have infused hard candy and chocolate down to a science. And I guess also how to make canna oil with your instapot. All I know is that agar agar tastes like shit lol
That's what I tried to make vegan gummies with. I didn't like it, but I only tried once. For most people they use gelatin which firms up much better than anything else.
Never tried this one before but here's BadKittys gummy recipe. Every thing I've ever made using one of her recipes has been great. Ninja's Coconut oil infused lollipop walkthrough
Disclaimer: This was copied from my original post from the devil's website. I am reposting here after numerous requests from us defectors. Changes: I have added Sunflower Lecithin Powder. Helps in emulsification and i really like the flavor profile it adds. I highly recommend the use of this...budbuilders.org
Let me know how it turns out. And please be careful with the boiling sugar, and a candy thermometer is needed, like $12 on Amazon for a digital one, the flavor oils are super cheap too, and you can get natural onesAnother recipe to have a go at, thanks.![]()
We will know if it turns out well ninjadip ..Chemistry will go missingflying past planet milson off his tree

Here you go, only 2 things left off the recipe. First, make sure you decarb your pot first, before using. Secondly, make sure you add lecithin, which is an emulsifier and helps the infused coconut oil mix well with the jello, etc......add 2-3 capsules when adding the coconut oil to the mix.
Below is the recipe I posted in 2020, Aquaman improved it with the lecithin.
"A proven gummie recipe....... these are very potent so go slow initially
Ingredients and supplies...........
1. 1 metal bowl and pot to use as a double boiler
2. silicone candy molds (one batch can make 30-45 gummies so have enough)
3. about 10-12 oz of coconut oil
4. 2-3 oz of well dried and cleaned pot (buds, shake, trimmings)
5. 1/2 cup of water
6. 1/3 cup of infused coconut oil
7. 1 large box of jello (not sugar free)
8. 1 box of Gelatin (4 packets in a box)
Easy, peazy............. melt the coconut oil in the double boiler, then add pot to oil and stir often. Make sure metal pot on burner does not run out of boiling water, just keep adding it when low. Stir mixture occasionally, let it slowly cook for 3-4 hours, the longer the better. All the resin will melt into the oil, turning it green. When done, strain pot and save oil to use in above recipe. Keep the extra in the fridge and it will stay fresh for up to a year.
Then, add 1/2 cup of water to jello and boil for around 3 minutes, keep stirring it. Add gelatin packets to mix (I melt them first with a little hot water, then add to boiling jello). Reduce heat to just above medium and stir for another 1-2 minutes. Then add the infused oil, stirring really well for another 1-2 minutes. It's important to make sure oil is incorporated well into the mix or it will separate from the jello in the molds. The jello will start to turn a darker color, that's when I know it's done and ready to pour into molds. In a few minutes they will start to harden, then put in the fridge for an hour or two. When rubbery, I remove them from the molds and put in a container which stays in the fridge.
Careful as the jello and oil mix is burning hot when pouring into the molds. When eaten, it will take about 30-45 minutes for full effects to hit depending on how much you have in your stomach. You can also melt a gummie in a cup of tea and drink it instead."

hey hey,There's tons of "hard candy" recipes out there too, which won't melt in hot weather......lollipops as well. If you do it right, and use some good bud- one of my gummies should last most mortals 4-6 hours. Especially if eaten on an empty stomach. That's really the key with most edibles- eat on an empty stomach for the most intense highs. Or eat first, for a longer and less intense buzz.

I wish I was going to a BBQ! Sadly just ham, deviled eggs, potato salad and baked beans today. But hey, I ain't cooking it and get to chill w family so will be a good day. Sounds like you will have a good time as well, nice, very niceGood morning tokers and growers, how are you on this cloudy Saturday morning, hope your all well.Week four of flower has waved us good bye
, and at lights on this morning we move into week five. I think the Pineapple has finally stopped growing upwards, and is starting to fill out a bit, and that's no bad thing.
The Do Si Do is just chugging along doing its thing, with no problems. If these plants were you daughters boy friends, then you could take the Do Si Do to meet your grandmother, the Pineapple on the other hand you wouldn't even take it to meet your ex wife, its a proper rebel.
But as long as it makes good edibles I'll be happy.
So lets look at the pics.
The Pineapple. One leaf torched, and as those of you who have touched one of these bulbs knows, they are hot.

This is how you make tinctures right? I don't think I've ever tried that.Good morning tokers and growers, how are you on this bright, warm and sunny morning, hope your all well.Week six has gone, week seven has begun. The Pineapple has finally stopped stretching, so no new ceilings will be required, cancelled the plasterer.
The Do Si Do is just ambling along doing its own thing, with no extra work necessary, which is no bad thing.
The one thing that stands out with the Do Si Do is it look like it could be a fluffy budded strain rather than a tight hard nug, we will see, either way it will make good edibles.
Lets see what the plants look like.
The Pineapple, do you suppose it will taste like pineapple, or am I asking to much.

Started to run out of Green Dragon, so another batch was put together, this time using a different bud, as I've ran out of The Church. Now moved onto some Amnesia Lemon, I'm expecting this to be a more speedier hit than the Church, as the Church lent more towards an Indica, the Amnesia Lemon was more Sativa in its make up, so we'll see what its like when its distilled, I cant wait.First up was grinding the buds, place them in a piece of parchment, popped that on a tray, shove it in the oven to decarb for ten minutes.

started off using two jars, but used on in the end due to using less alcohol, easier to evaporate later.

This week I'll make up some canna coconut, more doughnuts in the freezer. And that's where I'm at. So this week will see me back on the jar shaking job. One thng that stands out is the colour of this batch of Green Dragon, its a different colour, its different from the Church bud, but as long as it works, don't suppose it matters whether it glows in the dark as long as a good hit is achieved.
Until next week, just keep tokin folks.
