Day 27 bud shots
Getting some nice chunky buds in the tent and the tents starting to smell a little earlier than last run. My grow room didn’t smell until around day 42-50 last run and I think I ran my vpd a little too high and had it to dry in the tent and it killed the terps idk maybe I’m just crazy 🤪

Day 34
Changed my formula a little bit
Was doing 3g A and 1g B but the part B has all the calcium so I upped it a slight bit to give the buds some extra fuel to get bigger. Started bud XL last week at .5 ml per gal and started the top booster yesterday at .250 ml per gal. Around day 38 I’ll keep the bud xl and do an overlap with the top booster and higher pk hardener top shooter. The goal is to get the buds bigger with the XL and the top booster then harden them with the shooter.

This might be my best grow yet as I’m approaching my 5 year growversary
First 2 pics are my first creation the lav88
The first pheno is almost identical to the mother plant she smells like a super pungent lavender oil mixed with a lemon gas that is almost offensive how bad it burns your nostrils. The 2nd picture is the hashplant pheno of the lav88 this one smells like a damp forest floor covered in flowers and the structure is super dense already and looks like it would make fantastic hash, pic 3 is the lone Irene hybrid bless your heart she’s developing a really dank earthy kushy smell mixed with a pine needle and the last pic is the superstar of the tent my buddies been working on a special sour diesel project for a few years now and this last girl is from the f2 seeds he sent me. The only way I can describe this plant is it smells like super expensive weed from the early 2000s it’s got this hoppy stale beer skunkiness to her that’s uncanny and keeps you coming back for more smells. I have another one of her siblings in the veg tent as a mother and took some clones from her and this plant just screams excellence and I can’t wait to see how she expresses in the coming weeks

thanks I'm excited about the Lav88
sending some f1 seeds to @BackyardBoogie and he's gonna take them to f2 then I'm gonna work on the f3s and alternate back and forth
he's the guy that took the lemon wookie to f4 and selected the lavender phenos that's the mom I used so I cheated a little by using a female that was already stable
next up is a seed reproduction on the sunshine 4 strain
 
day 51
about 18-19 days left
first pic is the skunky girl the appalachia hybrid second is the lav88 hashplant pheno she's starting to get the lavender oil smell mixed with the damp forest smell. This is exactly what I was hunting for this pheno, just took until week 8 to develop the lavender smell.
the 2 rooted clones of appy sister doing well the 7 in the cloner healthy but no roots yet but its only day 5

Day 55 today
First 2 pictures the headband and the Irene hybrid are getting chopped at day 63 next Sunday
Pics 3 and 4 the two phenos of the lavender hashplant are still bulking so they’re gonna be taken between days 68-70
Really happy with this batch was having so many issues the past year and this grow really pulled me into the weed zone and now I wanna focus on doing as many seed preservations as I can this year so I can start building a genetic library of my own worked lines. Baby steps gonna take at least a few years to get things moving but I’m moving in the right direction.

This is such torture when you get to the end of a grow and then realize that you’ve got another 6-8 weeks before the buds will be cured and optimal. My goal on this one was to fix the issues I was having before with light yields and pathetic bud weight and it’s hard to tell until I get them dried and weighed but overall I think the health of the plants is so much better than previous grows. Today is day 57 and I’m getting ready to cut nutrients on Thursday and switch to plain water the last couple days on the headband she’s perfect but the other need more time and I’m gonna keep feeding the normal base A and B at 1.6g each until Thursday then I’ll start the cake powder for the last 10 days and harvest the last 3 on the 25th at day 70

basement dry room is too cold and dry and would be a pain to heat and humidify so I'm gonna try to dry by vpd in the tent

Drying Philosophy
This setup is designed for a slow, terpene-preserving dry over 10–14 days. The focus is on
controlling vapor pressure deficit (VPD) rather than chasing a rigid 60/60 environment.
Target Drying VPD
• Ideal VPD Range: 0.80 – 0.95 kPa
Temperature Schedule
• Day (7am–6pm): 68°F
• Night (7pm–7am): 62°F
AC Infinity Controller Settings (VPD Mode)
• VPD Control: ON
• Low Point VPD: 0.80 kPa
• High Point VPD: 0.95 kPa
• Fan Minimum Speed: 1
• Fan Maximum Speed: 4
• Fan Response: Slow / Gentle (if available)
Internal Tent Airflow
Oscillating fans should run 24/7 on their lowest setting. Do not point fans directly at hanging
plants. Air movement should be gentle and indirect.
Lung Room Environmental Targets
• Day RH: 58–60%
• Night RH: 60–62%
• Lung room should remain slightly more humid than the tent
Expected Tent Conditions
• Day: 56–60% RH at 68°F (VPD ~0.85–0.95)
• Night: 60–63% RH at 62°F (VPD ~0.80–0.90)
• Buds should feel cool, slightly tacky, never crispy
Drying Timeline Expectations
• Days 1–3: Moisture equalization
• Days 4–7: Slow, steady dry
• Days 8–12: Stems begin to snap
• Days 10–14: Ideal window to jar
Critical Do Not List
• Do not aim fans directly at buds
• Do not use heat to accelerate drying
• Do not run exhaust aggressively
• Do not chase exact 60/60 if VPD is in range

I got lucky with my dry this last time RH%/temp worked well for me...I know how important the dry is after working to make something 🔥 and then loose it in the last couple weeks. Good luck bro!!

No I was just trying my best to estimate the temps during the day and night in that room. I’ve got a 3x3 tent in the same room that will be lights on from 7am to 7pm so the room should stay a little bit warmer during those hours
 
All 11 clones rooted and transplanted
Not gonna be able to flower all of these out I’m not crazy enough anymore to hand water 10 of these so I’m gonna flower 6 at the most so I’m gonna need to gift at least 4 of them away and keep 1 as a mother plant. Wish I felt more comfortable shipping clones in the mail or better yet if we all lived within a 50 mile radius but unfortunately I don’t know anyone locally that also grows so I’m most likely gonna scrap the 4 that are least desirable and I hate tossing plants
