Not gonna be able to flower all of these out I’m not crazy enough anymore to hand water 10 of these so I’m gonna flower 6 at the most so I’m gonna need to gift at least 4 of them away and keep 1 as a mother plant. Wish I felt more comfortable shipping clones in the mail or better yet if we all lived within a 50 mile radius but unfortunately I don’t know anyone locally that also grows so I’m most likely gonna scrap the 4 that are least desirable and I hate tossing plants

I do the same. I try to have backups in case one or two don’t do well. Might gift the two extra to a neighbour this time.

Normally grow from seed so my timeline is behind on these clones
It’s gonna be tight
I’m harvesting the 4x4 on Friday morning but without being able to use my normal dry room I have to dry them in the tent and that’s gonna push the flip date back a bit on the clones. I’m thinking about flipping the smaller tent with the clones in it around day 7 of the dry around the 30th because if I let these clones go another 14-17 days I’m gonna have some problems fitting then into the flower tent plus I still need to get rid of some of these clones I really wish people lived closer to me. Offered a few of them to some friends and you would think I’m charging for them nobody wants them

Man tell me about it, i had people ask for clones when i didn't have any, then I start doing them for fun and couldn't get rid of them either

Tomorrow will be day 66 and I’m already pushing this headband hybrid longer than I should be
I won’t truly know until I test out the flower but I’m having a strong feeling that this is gonna be my best overall grow and it’s perfectly coinciding with my 5 year Growversary.
I should have a smoke report by mid March on these I’m gonna try to resist sampling anything until March 1st wish me luck

It’s crazy how people have gotten. Offer free weed and they’ll jump on it. If they have to come get it they wine. Offer free clones and it’s too much trouble, no thanks.

Harvested this morning at day 66

Plants have been drying for a week now and the clones are at day 7 after the flip
Gonna keep the 3 in back and 3 in middle, and the tall lanky plant in front left got culled about 10 min after this pic but the healthier looking small clone is gonna be the new mom and once the plants are done drying next week I’ll get them into the bigger tent under the better light right now they’re under 210w
It’s been such a harsh winter and I just wanted to remind everyone freezing their asses off that it’s the perfect time to make hash so dig out those bags of trim you tossed in the freezer that’s my plan for the weekend

Transplanted the 6 keeper clones into 2 gal pots
Today is 9 days after light flip

Had some stems snapping so I took the 4 plants down and have them broken down by branches in turkey bags in bins. Put the 6 clones in the flower tent and kept the small mother plant in the veg tent. Trimmed some buds up and I’m really happy with this batch these buds are all super dense and solid heavy buds no larf at all

here are the final numbers, nothing crazy but for 4 plants in 2 gal pots with only 2 weeks veg time and 2 of the plants were tiny runts
most important though the buds are all solid and dense with absolutely no larf at all.

This might be my best grow yet as I’m approaching my 5 year growversary
First 2 pics are my first creation the lav88
The first pheno is almost identical to the mother plant she smells like a super pungent lavender oil mixed with a lemon gas that is almost offensive how bad it burns your nostrils. The 2nd picture is the hashplant pheno of the lav88 this one smells like a damp forest floor covered in flowers and the structure is super dense already and looks like it would make fantastic hash, pic 3 is the lone Irene hybrid bless your heart she’s developing a really dank earthy kushy smell mixed with a pine needle and the last pic is the superstar of the tent my buddies been working on a special sour diesel project for a few years now and this last girl is from the f2 seeds he sent me. The only way I can describe this plant is it smells like super expensive weed from the early 2000s it’s got this hoppy stale beer skunkiness to her that’s uncanny and keeps you coming back for more smells. I have another one of her siblings in the veg tent as a mother and took some clones from her and this plant just screams excellence and I can’t wait to see how she expresses in the coming weeks

Next batch looking good at day 13
Buds starting to form branches starting to thicken I love this stage of growth when they’re mid stretch.
Upped my silica a bit to 1.5 ml per gal and started giving 2ml budxl
Tomorrow I think I’m gonna clean out the res and fill it up with bloom formula
Sampled some flower from the sister of the clones last night and I raved about it all evening to anyone that would listen. It’s the closest thing I’ve had to the real deal sour D from 2000-2008 era. Everything I’ve had claiming to be sour diesel pales in comparison to this headband hybrid it’s that good and I’m thrilled that it’s the plant that yielded the most at 6.5 oz can’t wait to let it cure 4-6 weeks then press some rosin. It has this hoppy sour ale brewery taste to it mixed with a gas which I can only describe as kerosene like but it’s light its not overpowering and it doesn’t have that OG smell to it like every other fake diesel has on the market because it’s just some OG kush hybrid that people are pretending is deisel so rant over but it’s super good stuff and was like a time machine that brought me back to my early 20s

smelled fruity while growing but fruit smell faded with dry and she developed a mocha pine smell
smoke was thick and tasty with an earthy nutty finish a slight sweetness

starting to fill in a little I took a few more branches than I should have, but they seem to be filling out the canopy
switched to bloom formula yesterday once the bud clusters started forming

I’m really enjoying growing from clone on this run. The back 3 finally caught up to the front 3 and I got this canopy like a table. Still wish I kept another node of branches on these plants but what’s done is done and they should be ok. Goal on this one is 18-22 oz
