Soda is crazy expensive these days but what really trips me out is the price of cigarettes. I quit around 2002 and the prices was around $2.50 a pack and a carton was under $25 at the discount store. Now that pack is around $10 and cartons are probably too expensive for anybody. And that was for cheap cigs!! I think Marlboro is around $15/pack.
That's a habit I'm so glad I quit because seeing an ash tray full of butts is like looking at a dish full of dollar bills that have been wasted.
Haha we're the same way but with Coca Cola and my wife with Diet Dr.P. A 6 pack of 16oz bottles will last us a couple months.
It's more of an elixir for me and I love coke and ice with pizza.
We buy the bottles too because one bottle will last a few day after opening and I only drink maybe 6-8oz at a time.
I love the loud, subsonic, foundation rattling belch it will make me do. It's loud and crazy but feels so good! Like releasing a demon that's been in me.
I tell my wife and dogs that's a kiss for Y'all and laugh.
Smoothies are a big part of my weight loss journey but they tend to make me hungrier than I was to begin with.
I try to do smoothie lunches but end up breaking down and needing to eat a little more after.
Smoothies are another place I like to use hot sauce or Tajeen.
Been making a mango, papaya, and pineapple blend from Costco and kicking it up with heat and it's really good. Tastes like a beach vacation to me and the spice is just enough to know it there while the sweet and cold frozen tames it.
Summer's here!!! Well Y'all call it Summer. I call it Blue Bell season
