I've grown TC. Outstanding hybrid and is kind of a diesel and cookie strain. Aromas of fuel, skunk, and sweet donuts. Very potent and pretty fades at the end. Dense, beer bottle sized colas on a multitop plant and yields very well. Great companion to Sundae Stallion if you have that cut too and are looking for 2 strains that grow very ez and well togetherAfter a bit of hesitation I agreed to pop one of my remaining GPS. I chose Topanga Cookies as no one else has yet, that I’m aware of anyway.

I use double cups. Clear on the inside with 5 holes at the bottom so I can remove and check root progression. Red secondary cup is used to protect the root development from the light.

Next update is when I see green poke through the perlite.![]()

Still under a 100w on the lowest setting. Temps in low 20’s and RH between 50-70. Cups got a bit of weight so we’ll leave it again today.
That's the "splintering!" I mentioned. After a week of no show I went digging. It was stuck between a bunch of perlite that made it twist and curl into S shape. It was also sideways.

I removed it as the soil is too damp now. New soil and cups are ready. I’m pretty sure she’s toast but I have to try. View attachment 43527View attachment 43528
If nothing happens in a few days I’ll be popping a second seed.![]()

Yah my bad I never posted but some of my seeds would do that in wool too, I'm not sure exactly why that happens yetObservers' 2x4 Space
Pruned. (just the drip plants mainly) More oxygen and nutrients the rootzone can supply for the next new growth Removed big fan leafs blocking the lower nodes Removed the lower lowest nodes as thats too low and close to the media, in my way/drip way. The white coloring is oxidation, lol. I...budbuilders.org
Never saw a follow up pic for it. Unless the next pic with the clear cup was it?
I just don’t “wait and see” well. But I’m trying to leave it alone, for now.

Do you soak your soil prior to planting the seed or did you just mist it with a spray bottle daily?Day 9 since it popped above the soil. It seems stalled, but it’s cooler these days. I see no new growth, top or bottom, in the last week.
Temps are in the low 20* with humidity going from 50-60RH.
The cup has a bit of weight and the soil is damp about 5mm-10mm below the surface.
Lights on lowest setting and it sits about 3” below the light. Clones with it are fine and we’ll.

And what are your temps in there? Seems like it may be too cold.

No clue what that thing says, when i zoom its blurry as fekk lol.Lights went out 10 minutes before pic. I think cold has slowed it but not worried about rot yet. Wondering if 6/2 is an issue? Don’t recall if I did them before or just clones.![]()
and humid 65%, I use a heat mat with a 1" spacer below my seedlings. I don't have a controller but warmth emanating from the bottom keeps the soil warm. I'm a damp towel germinator though and I like to keep them warm 18/6 all the way for me.You want it 78-82 for seedlings, anything less and its gonna be slow imo.
Just my 2 cents

I dont like playing with times though.
18/6 or 17/7 for veg and thats it, i see no benefits in 4/4 or 6/2 or 2/2, i dont see ANY benefits to that what so ever. Seems ot would do more harm than good imo.

Might warm up if you ran 18/6.
Something is not happening. I would really want to warm it up using the light.
Not much growth from last picture 5 days ago.
This is where my last batch of seeds were at @7 days above soil.
