Today is the day after feeding. They look best these days.

20250322: It’s a girl!

Ironically after checking Fugly, I was using her as a demonstration tool for LST by hand or using the clips with my son, when I sent two pics to G$ showing how they didn’t show sex yet…when I noticed the second one DID show sex.

Sure enough a second later he asked if I saw it.



It was the tallest one at the back of the tent. I even had my glasses on.

We did a short clearing of anything halfway between the pot and the net. Now we just need to find the legs for the second SCROG. Vanished.


Company is coming soon so we’ll finish up tomorrow. I’m happy with how they are for now.

No luck finding the second set of legs. We either make new ones or MacGuyver short pieces together.

They just rolled away into the great unknown. The best way to find them is to make some new ones.they will show up shortly after.

Now that his plants are both known to be female we can see about flipping them together down the road.

What to do with my plants is another issue. I made the one 1x3 section of one tent 6’ tall to see if I can grow out a plant and flower it there. This will be the first time I’ve tried it. I don’t think it’s enough space for two plants but we’ll see. I’ll move them over this coming weekend.

Now that we have a confirmed group of ladies I want to see how many days they have been in veg and time out a flip date. The middle of both plants are filling in nicely. Need to get the net on Fugly asap. Off to buy some pvc tomorrow.

The smaller plants are doing okay but will start showing deficiencies soon if I don’t clean them up a bit and move them to the larger space with more lights.

Got the new legs on earlier today. Fugly is good to go.

The humidity is finely dropping. Sat around 35% most of the day. Temperature with the lights on is 26*. It’s the same for both tents.

Just got to power up the 1x3x6 zone, set the timer, and move the two smaller plants.

Things have filled out okay. Would have liked a bit more but with this weather I’ll take what I can get.

Hoping the stretch fills things in, we have some tucking to do tomorrow as it is. I like to feed them first.

Feeding every other day for the most part.

Storm only caused the chimney to leak a bit. No where near as bad as in the past. Guessing some of my efforts have helped. Need to get that bottom aluminum siding off this spring. Without damaging it.

Buddy in Barrie had a lots of ice damage in the area. Lots of broken branches and downed trees. Power was out between 3-5 hours for him but much longer for the other side of town.

Mom had to use her generator for the first time. Powers out until Thursday, they say now. Rivers not rising so that’s good. About 25mm-30mm of ice everywhere. Again lots of downed trees and power lines.

Daughter and Pipecarver are probably still getting hit by it. Hope everyone gets through with as little damage as possible. Get gas for your generators people. Moms almost out and lineups are long. Neighbours are in the same boat so they are making plans.
