nah, the Captain broke my cherry a while back with none other than cherry pie!! haha also grew an california orange and a gassy cream cake.

i still have packs of ny sour dapples and biscotti blonde to grow yet.
 
They're calling for patchy frost just a little north of me tonight~!
I did not think I would be asking much to keep my outdoor plants going to October.
I am good chopping them then.
I am not worried tonight but not liking the trend so early.

dipping into the 40's here tonight... won't be long till autumn. i saw a wooly caterpillar last week... a black one!!!!!!
 
The guessers can't say the same thing twice as far as winter.
Warmer than usual because el nino, more snow than usual because el nino...
Can't wait to see this~! No fall or spring would seem such change from last year.
We had a fall, we are having fall here now. But we did not have a good spring.
I haven't seen any woolys yet but I have seen the odd black one before.

i want another winter just like 22-23. i didn't have to plow once, only year that has ever happened!!

Two of my tomato plants look like they got some frost burn. 😳

But it did get a lot of them to turn orange/red the next day.

We still have cicadas buzzing and climbing around. Crickets are singing louder nightly too.

Haven’t noticed any caterpillars yet this fall.

Yea the days are nice still here.
I would like middle high 70s but 60's low 70s don't really merit complaint.
It was 41f/5c here this am but the sun is shinning~!

It’s still on the cool side here this morning. 17* & 71%RH @ 10:30am.

I’d rather be a little cold than a little hot. Good sleeping weather this week.

Alot of 3 and 5 finger leaves on all 5.
They never really came back from 2 weeks 12/12 back in March or April.
I did less than usual with them but I don't think it was about what I did.
I never flipped this plant before and flipped it back.
I had sexxed plants before but not Hash Plant.
I usually grew them out and sorted males after flipping for good.
I kind of think the plant was pissed to no end about being spun in circles.
None got over 3-4 feet tall.

You might be on to something. I’ve only grown autos twice now. But this time I left them in the same tent as my sons regs. When we flipped to 12/12 Pipecarver and/or Oldcro pointed out they leave the plants on 18/6. So after however many days they got of 12/12 I put them in a separate section back on 18/6. Neither got large but the youngest one went straight to flower after a week or two of little growth.

I assumed that the back and forth of light duration mucked them up. The smaller plant should at least be as tall as the other but it stopped growing after 12/12. I think the stretch gave it the little extra size.

Here I thought they could grow together without issue with the regs or switching light duration but I guess I was wrong.

I only did autos once myself and did them at 18/6
 
Today starts the 10th 2 day Saratoga Auto Museum auction. Last year was record breaking they say.
Over 300 cars including a Rolls Royce with no reserve and Mercedes Gull wing valued at 1.5 million.
They say a customer is coming from Switzerland to take that Mercedes back with him~!
Going to try to cruise around and see what else they got.
It is a pretty big deal here.
