Yea I am not officially sure if that is how it works.
You are 50/50 in time between veg & flower basically I believe so I would figure 25% less wattage for rough math if you leds are half the 1000s.
I am sure there has to be a 'generic' timeline also which I regularly bend.
No shame in 1.25 lbs per plant.

This last grow and the one she's on now are our first vegging with a led over 4 plants before that a 1000 wt bulb.

Veg time 7 to 8 weeks, flower time 10 weeks.

Its all in the numbers and yes there's a formula

Yes

I don't put them down without a good hanfull of roots although my wife did put these in the current culture without the roots in the water and she hand watered for the first week. My way works better imo
