I am left wondering if anything better could happen~!Well now that I have started my day with coffee and turtle porn..I don’t know if I feel enlightened or visually assaulted!
Yeah, I gots lots of work to do. Damn rain and temps in high 40s. Who wants to where a snow suit to work on lawn and garden? Gotta perform Summer maintenance on tractor, mow lawn, power wash patio, clean and prep grill, etc. etc. LolI am left wondering if anything better could happen~!
Morning Granny.
I am supposed to be up potting my 20 girls~!
I just put the 5g buckets out in the rain as step 1.
Cleaning the pots~!![]()
I’m loading bullets today, for tomorrow. Sounds like you better get with it! So, how did ya like that Oregon Grape?I am left wondering if anything better could happen~!

I haven't tested or cleaned it up.I’m loading bullets today, for tomorrow. Sounds like you better get with it! So, how did ya like that Oregon Grape?
Yup, I like the cure too, but..I’m guilty of a little early sampling.I haven't tested or cleaned it up.
I will only sample some, as I am full on about curing before smoking.
I may get to that also~!
Maybe my Friday night smoke?
That is also on my 3 day list~!
Can anyone say procrastinate.
I will later~!![]()
Nice!Yup, I like the cure too, but..I’m guilty of a little early sampling.
I got most of my stuff done yesterday. I knew loading was going to take about five hours today. I’ve got two matches, plus a team competition tomorrow. At least 75 loads. It’s all new brass so that slows me down..measuring and trimming necks.
I’ve built a playlist this morning good for loading. Gonna rock n load lol.
Same thing happened here. Had two weeks of 80*, and the past two weeks highs in the sixties. Running heat at night and air during the day. High tomorrow of 70*. Really strange weather in the Ozarks. Good for working these flower gardens tho!Like Tremojen said we just need to get over this early spring weather shit.
40's and raining here again today. We have had days in the 80's and supposed to have 80 again Monday they say.
What Tuesday will be like is anyones guess~!
Worked 2 days this week which is fine with me but they were not even completely dry.
I am always up for a day off though so Happy Friday early to all~!

After much thought, leaving this plant alone, will only waste a good opportunity. It will only be as good as it's home allows, and it is not really a good home. So, I have decided to attempt to move it to a more comfortable home. One that is capable of providing the plant with what it needs to be fruitful. I'll keep you posted. Here is today's Pic.Here is a fun find. I waited until I was confident it would survive, and I feel it's time to share the Easter Egg Hunt Results. Or, better yet said with great assertion...Flying Spaghetti Monster Watchamacallitwhateveryoulike. I am Agnostic. Okay, so here is the find...
You would never imagine such a thing as this. I was outside last week, tending to my soil factories, and stumbled on this little guy. It amazes me that it has survived the cold nights, and it has been near 40F during the overnight, here in the NE.
I had a hermie with seeds, hell I culled two males as well, over the past two years. I controlled everything as best as I could. But, somehow a seed made it to the foundation of my home. It is nestled right up against the foundation and surrounded by the border of Pea Stone I placed there as a landscaping feature.
I will let it be. I will water and feed, and even maintain it throughout its life, with defoliation etc...but I am not moving it.
Can't wait to see how it turns out.View attachment 99226

^ 3 above Oregon Grape^
Lots of nice big buds for 3 plants.
Have not jarred or weighed yet. Still in paper bag with hygrometer.

^ 2 above Frozen Black Cherry^
More red hairs on buds than I have seen.
Used the spinner/Bass-O-Matic for all but big buds.
Really is super easy and I will now use all the trim, trichs, and little buds that fell through to soak in 190.
I did not train well so the spinner just sent larf right to bottom and made the cutting before spinning easy and not much to think about.
The house absolutely wreaks and the wife has had to go out several times.

Hell of a day!! This is a first for me so please let me brag a little lol!
42 miles!!!
Never seen this skitI ordered a spinner I thought I would never use.
I won't deny it may be aggressive but I dried whole branches and only ended up cutting branches/ buds off and spinning them.
The spinner came with blades for wet trim or wire for dry.
I have only used it with the wires.
It is kind of like a get out of jail free card.
The Bass-O-Matic is an old Saturday Night Live skit.
Yea that's kind of how it trims your buds.
I can live with it.
